So I'm a doordash driver and I've picked up from here a few times so one day I Just decided to try them out. I was not dissapointed, the pho was amazing and the tea they serve is just as good as any Boba place I've been to. I definitely recommend it to anyone!
Nice little place not far from Mansfield "square" . Used to be "Uncle Bo's" for anyone familiar with the area. Good food. I paid $16 for beef Pho with extra noodles and it's over 2 servings for me. The only reason my initial review wasn't 5 stars is they gave me all the pho ingredients separately and no way to put it together. Luckily I had a bowl stashed at the office for when I bring soup. I would recommend they add an option for "extra bowl" or something. Also , i didn't get any peanut sauce for my spring rolls, and honestly I use them as a peanut sauce delivery system. So that was disappointing. Edit: Updated review , been back more than a few times now and I have to say the owners/staff are always super friendly and accommodating, the food is always great.
I had been looking for some good pho around me since 2022 when I moved to the area and I have finally found the best pho 🍜 10/10 recommend. Also their friend rice is so good full of flavor, I ordered on uber eats but will be visiting the place in person soon.
My first taste of Vietnamese coffee! WOW! That'll stay with me for a while! It was my 60th birthday and I had only tried regular coffee for the first time, last year(and not a drop, since)! So, my daughter wanted me to try something different...and it was...very much so! Don't get me wrong; it was very good! I'm just not used to it, but if your into that type of thing, please try out this place! The people are wonderful. I was there before lunch and only for coffee (I had a sip, then got tea), but the people around me had food. Large portions and they seemed to really enjoy it! I'll be back to try the food, too. It smelled delicious! I'll probably order tea, again, but ya' know what...I kinda want to try the coffee, again, too!
For our first experience, may I just say the girl serving us was super friendly! The food was way above my expectations. I read the reviews and people said how good everything was and they’re not lying! Neither am I! My lemon pepper wings were so fresh and tasteful. My boyfriend got the seafood gumbo (I don’t like seafood but WOW, that was packed with flavor). Egg rolls were really good too! Can’t wait to come back!
Absolutely love Pho Em! Michelle is an amazing cook. I have yet to try something here that I don’t like. Friendly staff, cleanliness is above par, and the food is so delicious! Definitely 10/10 recommend to anyone that wants to expand their palate to exotic cuisine.
Great selection of delicious Pho, the staff here is so quick. Always hits the spot
I had the pho it was good The broth was flavorful I could have used a few more vegetables to go with it but it was still a great meal. Oh the Thai tea yeah I wouldn't order that again it wasn't really strong
TOP TIER. The broth was perfect. Aromatic and rich but still light. I ordered take out and everything was packed perfectly and still super fresh when I got home. Portion sizes were great. This place puts alot of love into their food.
It's not the best pho, but it's pretty good. Small businesses are struggling right now, and they are very nice and do their best. I'd rather eat here than go to Arlington for something slightly better.
This place was delicious. The food had so much flavor and it was just great. The price was just right it wasn't too expensive and it got me full. I got the grilled catfish po boy and it was great. It came with fries and the fries were good the seasoning on them made them really tasty. My friend got the tofu pho and she said it was really good . This place has some vegetarian options In case if you are vegetarian. The service was great and i will be coming here again.
This is my 4th time here and second time I tried something other than pho. I got the catfish plate with added shrimp and calamari, but I didn’t really like it all that much. I specifically didn’t like the catfish since I didn’t finish it and didn’t plan on taking it with me either. My wife’s steak and meatball pho were amazing though and regret not getting something like it. Honestly, I would recommend getting what they’re known for and that pho because it never disappoints. This is the third time trying pho and it's the first time I actually loved it. I got the beef and meatball pho with some egg rolls for appetizer. The egg rolls were good and freshly made hot. The pho was honestly super good and healthy with its bean sprouts. I did add some sriracha to the soup to spice it up but it's good without it too. The bowl alone fills you up, so much that my wife had to take it to go. The place was super clean and the food was out fast. This probably didn't look right but I honestly was slurping this big bowl just because it was so delicious. I'll come back after it's nice and cool outside.
Came back for more. We were seated right away and the service was quick. This time I tried the grilled chicken vermicelli instead of the pork, while my boyfriend got the chicken pho. The flavor was really good and the veggies tasted fresh. He enjoyed his dish too. Definitely a place to try if you’re in the area and want something yummy.
I decided to try this place based on the Google reviews. I really enjoyed the atmosphere when I walked in and everyone was extremely nice. The place is very clean , especially the restroom which is important to me. The food has amazing taste however they did not put much noodles / meat in my Pho. It was mostly broth. I would recommend to raise the price to be able to add more noodles/meat. Overall the flavors were perfect and strongly recommend this place l.
I got takeout. The pho was amazing. The fried okra was perfect. The portions are large even for takeout. I ate for two days. The staff were nice the short time I was inside.
Great food, great service and pretty atmosphere. Love the little banana puddings <3
Delicious meatball & steak pho.
Went there for dinner and great menu selection. They also have fried catfish and this is the first Vietnamese restaurant I have been that serves catfish. Did not try it but heard several customer order it. Order pork chop rice and it was delicate good portion size. Wish the plate was bigger so I don’t make messes.
I recently dined at Pho Em Vietnamese Noodles & Seafood, and it was an absolute delight, earning a well-deserved five stars! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a cozy vibe that makes you feel right at home. The menu is a treasure trove of authentic Vietnamese flavors, but the pho is the true star—rich, aromatic broth simmered to perfection, paired with fresh herbs, tender noodles, and perfectly cooked meats or seafood. I tried the seafood pho, and the shrimp and scallops were incredibly fresh, bursting with flavor. The staff was attentive, friendly, and quick to offer recommendations, which made the experience even better. Portions are generous, prices are reasonable, and every dish feels like a labor of love. Whether you're a pho fanatic or new to Vietnamese cuisine, Pho Em is a must-visit gem that will leave you craving more!
Seems like I came to a friend or families place to have dinner! Great service from order to finish. Not cheap but the bowls of Pho and Bun Bo Hue are big! Got multiple meals out of it! My son's eyes grew huge and said "this is amazing"! Lots of flavor and sweet tea was great!
I had the beef pho. It was delicious. The portions are quite large for lunch. Everything was fresh. I get hungry when I see the picture. It was a perfect lunch.

I work all the metro plex and have had pho at countless places, the flavor of the broth easily lands this in my top 5. The portions of meat are about average, next time I will order extra meat. Appears to be ran maybe by husband and wife or possibly just a small operation but everyone was very friendly. I will definitely be returning and bringing co workers to lunch when I'm the area.
One of the tastiest things I have ever put in my mouth are the garlic noodles. I like to add shrimp and a little sauce to them. AWESOME. I'm sure there are many other good things at Pho Em but I love the garlic noodles so much, that's all I ever get!👍

There is nothing not to like about Pho, and Pho Em did a great job for us. Food selection is interesting. Not just Vietnamese dishes (which were fantastic), but also Cajun (which I haven't tried yet). Service is friendly. The dining area is quiet, like a lot of places are, but with everybody getting more comfortable going outside again, I hope they stay busy. I'd like to go back!
Really enjoyed food and atmosphere. Nice lady decorations on the walks and ceiling. The family running the shop is polite, and the food seems to be of true Vietnamese origin. Only concern would be sanitation and health code compliancy, hence the 4 stars.

Pricey. We dined in and waitress still forgot part of our order. Food was meh.... We won't be back.
Spring rolls were basically all veggies and 2 pieces of meat. Don’t be fool by the pictures on the menu like me. Wings were alright. Pho was decent but the beans sprouts were black.
The waitress is always very sweet and pleasant. They didn’t have seafood pho instead they had only shrimp pho. I ordered it with some slices of brisket. I do admit the broth is very hardy. However there was not a lot of noodles, and no vegetables. They did bring out the bean sprouts, basil, jalapeños and lemon. Overall underwhelming, it was on my route and thought I’d try it since on Sunday I had a great seafood pho in hopes I’d gained some experience I guess.
Honestly I wasn’t feeling the broth, maybe it’s okay for some people but definitely not for me. I’m not even picky but it didn’t have the deep rich flavor that’s Pho is known for. With that said you’re welcome to try for yourself and you be the judge.

The fried pickles were some of the best that I ever had. Loved the breading, it had great flavor. The no-meat pho was good, broth tasty. Wished that there were a few more items given to add to the soup, but overall was good. The restaurant looks more like a sit down then what are provided in the pics here but maybe they revamped? Will def go back.

Food was ok, spring rolls were mediocre, was filled with mostly lettuce & no noodles. Combination Phö literally only head brisket, and meatball in it. No tendon, no tripe or anything. Flavor was over all okay. Small portions. I’ll stick to pho palace or pho 95, get more for your money.
We were exploring the neighborhood and wanted to find a good viet food go-to place, but this is definitely not the one. Menu is full of non viet style food, like seafood baskets and poo boy sandwichs that you will find at a Cajun food place. That is okay if you are not looking for traditional Vietnamese food. We ordered their number one pho dish on the menu and a rice dish. I must say they are quite pricy and tasted mediocre. Not very satisfying. There are 3 tvs but none of them is turned on. Service was pleasant. But dont think this place made it to our list. Adiós.
I come here a lot and order from them off uber eats that will soon come to an end due to my husband business is right up the street in the mansfield area why not eat here.. The last two orders the spring rolls sucked with nothing but a lot of lettuce i sat in this place maybe twice the boba is already made in these pre sealed cups disgusting for one the pho the broth is disgusting and so is the chicken i’ve tried this place numerous of times to give it the benefit of the doubt but I must say I WILL not be coming here again. Great service but the food is losing quality each and everyday.
2 orders of 2 peace catfish and this is the amount of friehguess you for ketchup because they certainly don’t offer it. This is America, we shouldn’t have to ask for ketchup with our fries, no plastic ware to eat, not even chop sticks. No bread! No biscuit! No jalapeño! Will the owners please go to the nearest Lisa’s Chicken and see how real food and portions are presented?! For a better price also!
Order was pricey and meh. Ordered combination pho & dark chicken pho - there is only one size available. It’s a small portion for the price & very little meats. The bean sprouts and basil were fresh. One order of crab rangoon is 4 tiny pieces with minimal filling for 3.99.

Owner was nice, but I was disappointed with the food packaging, the plastic lid for the container cracked and melted into the hot broth. It was completely inedible and dangerous. Food was mediocre tasting at best for the remainder of what we order thats bot contaminated with broken plastic .

I placed an order over the phone around 8:40 PM for 2 combo phos, when i came to pick up the order was combo pho rice. I told the employee i had ordered the pho soup and he just stared blankly at me. I then walked out as it didn't appear he would help. I came back in a few minutes later asking for a remake as i would not be eating the rice plate given to me. When i approached i was met by a lady who spoke with rudeness straight off the bat and would not offer solutions. I then left crying because of how rude and dismissive she was. I have previously ordered and it was amazing customer service but this has ruined the restaurant completely.
recently had the misfortune of visiting Pho Em, and I must say it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I had heard mixed reviews about this restaurant, but I wanted to give it a fair chance. Unfortunately, it failed to meet even the lowest of expectations. To begin with, the ambiance was incredibly lackluster. The interior decor was outdated and shabby, giving off a rather unappetizing vibe. The tables were sticky and the chairs seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. It was not the kind of environment that makes you want to stay and enjoy a meal. Moving on to the service, it was nothing short of abysmal. The staff seemed completely disinterested in their customers. They were slow, inattentive, and downright rude. It took forever for someone to take our order, and when they finally did, they got it wrong. The wait time for our food was ridiculously long, and when it arrived, it was cold and unappetizing. Now, let's talk about the food itself. Pho Em claims to specialize in Vietnamese cuisine, but the dishes we ordered were far from authentic. The pho broth lacked flavor and depth, tasting like a cheap instant soup mix rather than a well-crafted broth. The noodles were overcooked and mushy, and the meat was tough and chewy. It was a far cry from the flavorful, aromatic pho I have had elsewhere. To add insult to injury, the portion sizes were incredibly small for the prices they charged. It felt like they were trying to cut corners by skimping on ingredients. The lack of value for money was apparent, and it left a bitter taste in my mouth. Overall, my experience at Pho Em was a complete disaster. The lackluster ambiance, terrible service, and subpar food all combined to create an unpleasant dining experience. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this restaurant to anyone. There are far better Vietnamese restaurants in town that offer authentic flavors and attentive service. Save your time and money, and steer clear of Pho Em. I honestly felt so bad after that I should have called an ambulance.
Ordered late I’m guessing a little before they close. The food we received literally felt like left overs. Spring rolls only had lettuce and some pieces of shrimp. Fried calamari was overly fried. Wouldn’t be placing any future orders.
I tried to give this place a chance, but the best thing I can say is that the decor is ok and it was fast - which gave us enough time to go somewhere else and get a decent meal. The place wasn't very clean, the drinks tasted like dishwater, the pho was bland at best and some of the meal looked so unappetizing that our friend commented it looked like it had already been chewed! I cannot in good conscience recommend this place. Horrible on every level. You'd be better off going to somewhere like Pho Palace in Arlington or just nawwing on cardboard.
Wasn’t too pleased with our visit today. Egg rolls were way too greasy and tasted like they were made with old fry oil. Son had the grilled fish, was the thinnest slice of fish I’d ever seen. Looked more like half a portion than a full one. My wife had the Pho and liked it. I had the grilled pork fried rice and it was not good at all. Way too greasy, had hard pieces of rice in it too, didnt even eat half of it. Service was very poor, only had one other table in the restaurant besides us and nobody came to check on us after we got our food, so it wasn’t like they were super busy. Nobody bothered to come by, not ONE time to see how everything was or if we needed anything else. No excuse for such poor service. I had to go get my check, was never asked how everything was or anything. Definitely not worth the money we spent there. Would have been better off going somewhere else. Wont go there again.
Told the waiter twice that I wanted the R2. Twice, he nodded his head like he understood, and I added an ice tea. Got my ice tea and waited 30 minutes past and no food. Asked the guy about my food, he said he did not place the order, he thought I only wanted ice tea. Then he has the nerve to change me for the tea.
Got the tofu spring rolls for $6 and Thai tea boba for another $6. Tofu is extremely thin, almost absent. It’s mostly lettuce, 2 bean sprout and one cucumber strip. Boba tea was gross, diluted and bobas were bland. Very subpar. Would not order again. Overpriced.

I ordered the chicken pho the broth was okay on a rate scale I’ll say it’s a 5 out of 10. The chicken was good the broth was not tasty. I will not order from there again. The broth gave me a stomach ache after each serving. I did not eat to full order in one serving. I will stick with Belle Craft Kitchen for the Pho.
