August 31, 2025 Had lunch today. Our waiter was Jacob. He was phenomenal. He has the best personality. The restaurant is lucky to have someone like him working for them. He was very friendly and professional and very attentive to our needs and made the dining experience exceptional. Thank you, Jacob.

The food and staff are always on point. This isn't a safe place for people with allergies to peanuts. The restaurant is crowded, loud, and chaotic on weekends but it is well staffed and managed well.

We had such a good experience tonight!! Logan who was not our waiter, but helped deliver our food was so kind! He kept checking on us and was just such a nice person! He recommended the brownie dessert and it didn’t disappoint!! Logan deserves some major kudos! He was great!

I'm always happy with the location. Had a minor problem at my last visit. We were seated in a hot area, although it was just hot there, the waitress did indicate that the air conditioning was on and to be moved we had to wait 30min more (I wasn't the only one in that area to mention this). We stayed since we waited so long already but hope they fix the issue.

We love coming to this location. We sign up online on the waitlist and usually get seated pretty quickly. The service is always good and consistent and the food is on point.

Overall the place was nice and food good. The issue for us was that they would not seat us until all parties had arrived. Some of us had gone to visit a friend in the hospital which delayed our arrival time and caused others to have to wait 30 minutes for us. Had we known in advance what their policy was, we would have adjusted our activity.

I joined the waiting list thru their website prior to driving to the restaurant to kizimize the waiting time and as soon ad I got in, I was able to get a table. The service was great, food was exceptional. I usually just took one drink with good food and too shell magarita did not disapointed. I got the medium rare ribeye steak and it was very juicy. Overall, I was very happy with my dinner. Highly recommend this place.

Just always a great dining experience at Texas Roadhouse. Good food, plenty of it too. Rolls are great and just keep coming. Manager always seems to come by the table to introduce themselves and asks how everything is going.

This location have a little more parking space. Do suggest to get on the electronic waitlist. Can preselect the cut of meat that you want. We order 1 stake too many. Had the stake cooked medium rare. The “Road Kill” is good if you don’t want a large stake. The stakes are enough for 2-3 to share. Don’t forget about the side dishes. Staff is friendly, and helpful. Look

Very good food. The sides are alright but ma is the steak always good. Same with the bread and cinnamon bread. If they had mac and cheese or good rice, Texas Roadhouse would be insane. Always love Texas Roadhouse. Always good to eat at the bar.

We got here at 5:30pm on a Saturday night. We joined the wait list when we were on our way. Once we parked we texted HERE to the restaurant. It was an additional 30 min until we got a text that our table was ready. We arrived inside and showed the front staff our message. We waited about another 10 min before our group was called. Service was great! The rolls were nice and warm with the cinnamon butter, so devine. I got the Dallas filet and my husband got the medallion. They always have the most tender steaks.

Today Experience at Texas Roadhouse was amazing Casey M was very informative, friendly with a happy spirit. He came in and took care of me and my family with no problem, no complaints. He is definitely a good one for this location as I been there numerous times but this Experience was way different. I’ve visited this location numerous times, but this visit truly stood out thanks to Casey. The food was delicious, the service was fast, and everything flowed smoothly. Casey M. is definitely a standout team member, and Texas Roadhouse is lucky to have him. Keep up the great work, Casey—more servers like you would make every visit just as memorable!

If you have NEVER been to Texas Roadhouse you’re missing out! Iv been to MANY different locations from New Orelans to Texas of course. I’ve been to this location on MANY occasions, but ALWAYS tend to forget to leave a review, cause MOST times I’m with family ENJOYING them have such a GREAT time. My/our experience here have NEVER failed m/us & guess what? Today I stepped out of the box to get something other than I ALWAYS get on other visits & it DIDNT disappoint! Brittany did a great job on hosting, my salmon was cooked to perfection, my salad is ALWAYS cold & fresh & my sweet potato…… just say it my 1st time in alonnng time getting it loaded & I TOTALLY forgot how sweet that was, lol, but it was DELICIOUS! That was DEFINITELY my dessert 😋😋😋 I STILL HAVENT got use to them NOT having shells on the floor from the peanuts, lol but overall they’re STILL my go to restaurant overall! I ALWAYS get: the bbq chicken breast w/grilled shrimp & sweet potato with some kind of appetizer. I’ve tried’em ALL. Did I say: I Love Texas Roadhouse, lol! BTW: I WAYS take my Dad there for Veterans Day, I love the way they treat their Vets. Fantastic job TRH

Texas Roadhouse never misses! A friend and I stopped in and it was packed. There was an hour wait for a table of two. Luckily, they offered us the option to try bar seating. There just so happened to be two open spots (not together), but shoutout to the kind guests who scooted over so we could sit side by side. Southern hospitality wins again 🙌🏾 Service was on point, drinks were great, and the food? Excellent as always. Juicy steaks, buttery rolls, and zero complaints. What I appreciated most was that even after we finished our meal, there was no pressure to leave or free up the space. We were able to enjoy our time without being rushed. Overall, a solid, satisfying experience with great energy. Texas Roadhouse stays in my top-tier comfort food lineup!

The rolls were dangerously good — like, “I could skip the meal and still leave happy” good. I had the Fort Worth ribeye with steak fries and a cup of chili, plus a Patrón margarita that hit just right. The waiter was funny as hell, cracked jokes the whole time, and somehow kept everything running smooth. Honestly, between the rolls, the steak, and the comedy show from our server, I left full, happy, and slightly questioning my life choices — 10/10 would do it again. 🤠🥩🍹

We love Texas Roadhouse! To minimize the wait time we use the waiting list, and have an early dinner but the waiting time still above 30 minutes. Fresh bread with cinnamon butter spread are served fresh as soon as we are seated. Food is very delicious, steaks are always cooked exactly the way we ordered it.

The prime rib (very rare for me) was cooked to perfection. But the draft beers are just appalling tasteless lagers. With so many great craft ales to choose from, Texas Roadhouse really could make a better offer for their customers.

Hands down the Best Texas Roadhouse. Food always good….not only that people works here genuinely kind. I forgot my purse here and I freaked out it was late at night and they were closed already. They don’t open until next day 3pm , I headed to the restaurant and they have my purse at the reception untouched. I love the honesty of the people works here . 🫡

It's a comfy steakhouse - very popular too. It's hard to come to this place and not see a crowd. Service has always been excellent in my trips here. Haven't been disappointed at all. I could honestly list the entire staff, but the waitresses I have had: Geanna, Frida, Shelby, Miranda, Erika, and Alissa have been awesome. The food is what you expect from a steakhouse, and it is of course very good. Don't need me to tell you that. While I don't order the food often as it is rather filling, I do have to say that their mocktails are also quite pleasent. Tropical Breeze is my personal favorite. The location is also very convenient being right off of 287. Nice to have a steakhouse in the Mansfield area that is so close to everything else. I recommend it if you are in need of a good steak, or just want a relaxing bar to chill out in for a bit... that is if isn't packed to oblivion.

I had a great experience at Texas Roadhouse during my recent visit. I ordered the grilled shrimp, and it was cooked perfectly—tender, flavorful, and seasoned just right. The shrimp came out hot and fresh, and the portion size was very satisfying. The service was excellent from start to finish; our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything we needed was taken care of without any delays. The atmosphere was welcoming and upbeat, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Overall, the combination of good food and great service made this a visit worth coming back for, and I would definitely recommend Texas Roadhouse to others.

If you want to enjoy a great piece of meat served in a generous portion, this is definitely the place to visit. The service is outstanding—today we were attended by Gabi, who made our evening truly pleasant. Even though we had to sit at the bar because it was Friday night and the place was busy, she made the experience special with her kindness and attention. The food was delicious, the atmosphere lively, and the service simply unbeatable. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys good food and excellent customer care.

Always busy, good food, staff attentive to our needs. Bought a dozen rolls to go with home made barbecue only to discover they were nearly burnt. Went back and they replaced for fresh batch, but took 20 mins. These were too dark and dry. Third picture show what they were supposed to look like. New dozen was light and fluffy, two shades lighter than these and very good. It could depend upon who is baking or monitoring the system. If they hadn't replaced them this would have been a 3 rating

For the side, I had salad and loaded baked potato, which was smaller than expected. The environment was nice and family-friendly. The price was fairly affordable, too.

The bar table was available right away. Dining table will take 20-30 mins of wait time. Waiter served us sweet buns with butter. Started off with combo appetizers. Boneless Buffalo Wings with hot sauce, Rattlesnake Bites (diced jalapeños with jack cheese), and tater skins with bacon bites. Boneless wings were ok. The rest of the appetizers were just oily. I ordered 5 oz grilled salmon with steak fries and Caesar salad. The salmon and steak fries were very salty. Note: If you ordered online you can remove some of those ingredients on the salmon (salmon seasoning, lemon pepper butter, parsley, lemon wedge, or tartar sauce). My friend ordered 16 oz hand-cut sirloin steak with steak fries and house salad. He couldn’t finish it all. The server was nice enough to give us a to-go plate.

Showed up at around 4pm no wait which is great because if you go to the other Texas Roadhouses in Fort Worth they are usually super packed. The steak was delicious but the waiter could have let me know that there would be an extra charge for smothered onions and mushrooms. The waiter was taking our orders in a rush but other than that it was good.

This is one of my husband's favorite spots because he's able to pick out a fresh steak behind the counter and cooked the way he likes it. My favorite dish is the he catfish. Most of the sides I have ordered are delicious. Customer service is always great.

First let me say that the ambience is amazing, full of happy people enjoying a great meal with god country music. Of course, it's probably a good idea to make reservations if you don't want to wait 30 minutes to an hour. I ordered the chicken fried ribeye and really liked it. The white gravy was a bit too salty though, I suggest asking it on the side instead of on top. The buttered corn was nice and sweet and didn't taste like it came from a can like other places. The loaded potato wasn't that good or anything but I would ask for extra butter and sour cream if you really want to try it. The sweet potato on the other hand was amazing and I loved the crispy mini marshmallows that it came with. Also, I hate green beans but these were tolerable if you want something semi healthy. Lastly, bring a light sweater or have one in the car because it can be kind of cold at the restaurant. Overall, it was great and the atmosphere is perfect to bring your family to.

1/12/24....Dinner with my wife, we ordered the 3 pc catfish and mashed potatoes and she ordered the Ribeye steak with broccoli. The fish was really good but the menu said 3 filets. Now here's the tricky thing about this, the pcs looked as if they are cut in half and made to look like 3 pcs of filets. Well One filet in half and a half of someone else's filet. I know what filets are being an avid fisherman. So I actually paid too much for this meal, although it was good. So be mindful if you order catfish filets as Farm Raised Catfish are pretty good size and you get large filets from those. Texas Roadhouse, if someone pays for 3 filets, give them 3 filets. Or these aren't true Farm Raised Catfish. The ribeye was tough and dry at this visit but manageable. Service was excellent and the wait in line was 2 min.

My family usually orders takeout since it’s easier than dining in. The service at the pickup window has always been okay, but during my most recent visit last week I had a different experience. I went to pick up an order for my dad and was left waiting at the window for a while. One of the employees, a bigger white young woman, saw me standing there, made eye contact, and went back to her phone instead of helping. She continued to look over at me while remaining in the corner of the room. I was starting to get frustrated when another employee, Julia, came over. She was very polite, friendly, and helpful. She made sure our order was correct, offered sauces and peanuts, and even double-checked that fresh rolls and butter were included. Despite how busy it was, she was patient and overall the customer service really stood out. The food was great as always, and thanks to Julia’s service, WE’LL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING!

This is a good place to take your family to eat as long as you don't mind it being loud and a potential wait to eat. Most of the time when I have gone, there is a wait time of no shorter than 45 minutes. It is also very loud in there, so if you are looking to eat somewhere that you can talk with friends, this is not the spot.

Early dinner. Wait, it wasn't long we made reservations for a table online. When we arrived, we checked in and was seated at a booth that had plates still on the table. The floor of the booth had not been swept, and they had food and forks underneath. We also were given wet plates with our rolls. Our server replaced the plates. Our food was pretty good my gravy just needed to be a little hotter. But over the food was okay.

I got the 8oz salmon with Mac and cheese and broccoli to go. Salmon and broccoli were great but the macaroni is garbage. It tasted like boiled elbows with no cheese sauce! Also they gave me complimentary bread but no butter!!!! Why even give the bread then? The butter is what makes it pop! Overall not bad but check ur orders completely before you pull off.

Just to be clear the 2 stars for atmosphere is because it's so busy and always noise. However, in this occasion some of the servers weren't paying attention to customers and some had a frustrated look on their face. That in itself wasn't very welcoming. The service was good. We just felt a little rushed. I believe it's a management issue. I comment that because I'm sure the servers are encouraged to turn the tables quickly. The young lady was nice and courdial. The food is always good. But I have to share this point. My son likes his steak mid-rare, which is the Texas way. But he always asks for mid-well because he always get it mid-rare. Works every time we're in there. Overall, it was a good time. Well certainly be back.

Overall a good experience. Employees were polite, they seem to have a pretty good flow, & they stayed on top of things from the hosts to the wait staff, really everyone was excellent. Food was fine, I'm not a steak fan but for some reason I always find many Texas Roadhouse steaks to be too salty. I got a smothered porkchop this time, just a tad dry. Chili was yummy but the mac 'n cheese seemed a bit skimpy on the cheese sauce... at least towards the bottom. My parents liked their steak, ribs, fries, & potatoes while the green beans were a bit liquidy. Again, overall food was good! Mansfield is just so busy, but I do wish this location had more seating for waiting guests. Many were waiting in their cars, which some prefer, but probably not by choice. Getting on the waitlist was super easy through the website, it helps avoid any unnecessary back & forth at the host stand.

Our first visit to a Texas steak house. We arrived for an early dinner so it was quiet inside. Food was good quality, served pretty quick. We started with the onion for the table, it looked amazing, and for the most part was tasty, however the batter/fry coating was raw in places. The steak itself was great quality one of the best ribeyes I’ve had for a while. The food was pretty salty and could’ve taken less seasoning. Server was friendly.

Stopped in because we kept hearing about how great this place is and we are so glad we did. Our server Kyle was amazing and his attentiveness to our needs was spot on. He was able to easily help us with making decisions on meals and beverages and seemed to actually care about doing a good job. Drinks were great, the onion blossom appetizer was PERFECT, salads were delicious, the rolls were soft, buttery and warm. Now portions may seem a tad small for the price, but the quality of each meal was simply amazing start to finish. There was a very active and high energy atmosphere when you walk in and it seems very busy and crowded, but once seated it feels very nice and comfortable with plenty to look at, talk about it just watch one of the TV's of you like. Staff seemed to constantly be on the move with food, drinks, cleaning or helping to celebrate birthdays. If you've never been in we highly recommend giving it a shot.

When you would have to wait took about 25 minutes. That was not an issue it was late. I gave the food a two but could have been a one Period Because the steak tasted pretty good But could have easily been a Because It was lukewarm at best After waiting Gosh I don't even know how long had to be about 40 minutes For our food We would have expected it to be at least hot. Kenzie the server nice and kind but seem to be overwhelmed as were the others. The food probably came out cold because it had to sit there a minute. The chicken strips and fries for the kids we're barely warm. I may try the place again on a slower night to see how the food and service Stack Up. Finally it appears the calculation the tip was wrong wasn't much but it was more than what I wanted to give so the memes and videos you see on Instagram and other social media platforms are true don't trust that it's calculating 15, 18 20 %, do the math...

Placed pickup order from app. Had a coupon for free bloomin onion, but could not get the app to take it. Placed order anyway. When I got to Togo window told the employee about the coupon not working. Said there was nothing she could do. 🤨. Got home with the order and there was no sauce for the onion. Requested Italian dressing for the salad - but received something else - it was sweet. Ribs were a little chewy. Not the experience or quality of food we normally get. Very disappointed. Mansfield,Tx store. 10/2 6:15 pickup.

To the Management of Texas Roadhouse Mansfield, Attn Manager Casey. I’m writing to share a recent experience I had at your restaurant on October 25th at around 6:30 p.m. Tonight. My family and I have been loyal patrons of this Texas Roadhouse for over a decade, visiting multiple times a year. Over the last few years, things have been financially difficult for us, so this dinner was a rare treat we were really looking forward to. Our server, Michelle, was fantastic and attentive whenever she could be. The issue was with the steak I ordered—a large Dallas filet priced at $28.99. After a few bites (and sharing some with my son), I noticed an odd texture and taste. My daughter even gagged when she tried it, which made it clear something was wrong with the meat itself, not just the preparation. By the time I could flag someone down—Michelle was understandably busy—we had nearly finished our meal. When the manager, Julie, came over, her initial response was simply, “I’ll make sure to let the kitchen know about it,” and she started to walk away. I asked, “That’s all?” She did offer to recook it, but by then everyone else was done and I had lost my taste for it being that it was so bad. Only then did she offer “10% off”, which I later found out was only on the steak itself. That discount ended up being $1.73 off a $28.99 steak on a roughly $100 meal. Not even 10% off the meal. Given the circumstances—and especially considering how meaningful this dinner was for us—that response felt dismissive and it did not change after I approached her again once I got the bill.

Food was ok, steak was really meaty and not good in the middle but good besides that. I think they need thinner cuts and more marbeling. The sides were horrible. The max and cheese was disgusting and mashed potato and fry were ok and good. I ordered ribeye and mashed potatoes + max and cheese. It was a good deal for the price.

Food was good , however i got there exactly an hour before close and could tell the host did not want us to eat there , she even went as far as saying the wait was going to be 30-40 minutes . Noticing that there was only one family waiting i decided to take that with a grain of salt and went and got my baby and fiance out of the car and needless to say we only waited 5 minutes before getting a table . Our waitress (she said she was new)was honestly THE BEST server we have had anywhere in a very long time . Food took far too long to come out and by the time our food came they couldnt refill our drinks because they already cleaned the machine and threw all the tea away so we could only have water , which they did take one drink off our ticket to make up for , but if food is still being served your customers should be able to have a drink with their meal . However food was delicious besides cold shrimp and cold mash..

I went in to Texas Roadhouse, Mansfield on 2/1 hungry and looking forward to my regular order..i requested an end cut of prime rib, which was costly. What i got was very delicious little piece of meat and about 3/4 of the rest was fat..pure fat. I did what I've been told to never do, I sent it back. I guess the cook was in his feelings because what came out was for the dogs, seriously the dogs were probably the only one that could chew it. It was so overcooked im Sure it was not prime rib, but I guess I was too stupid to know that this slab in front of me that was so dry couldn't even come from a prime rib. To add insult to injury one of the managers said we'll take care of you, we'll that meant subtracting 3$ off the price. I saw quickly this wasnt gonna work out i put it in a to go box for a treat for the dog. ..he's got the teeth for it. I will say this was my first experience like this which is why I went there for the prime rib l. What surprised me is the waitress told me that they didnt provide the end piece, I will say this won't need to happen again..the location is too far, the meal is costly and we believe in tipping we'll to have that kind of food.

I have never been a huge Texas Roadhouse fan, but I was in town to visit family, and someone suggested we meet there. A family member had recently been in the hospital and this was their first outing to a restaurant, and Texas Roadhouse was one of the most convenient options. We checked in online using the app, and then checked in with the host at the door (on an ipad) upon arrival. 15min went by and we noticed others that came in after us were being seated. We checked in with the host stand only to find out we weren't even on the waiting list although we had checked in online and with the host (on an iPad). So, we waited an additional 10-15min to be seated. And the only standing room was cramped with the other 40 people waiting to be seated and in the way of the kitchen staff, waiters, and hosts. It was an uncomfortable way to wait. This place is a popular destination. It was absolutely packed when we arrived. The atmosphere was relatively lively, but it felt cramped in that there were so many people. Our server was bubbly and gracious. It's not entirely their fault, but we had an appetizer coupon and we did feel slightly rushed to make a decision. This lead us to order something without realizing what it was based, on the servers recommendation. The food itself was hit or miss. The chicken we ordered was extremely salty, and I know they're known for their steak, but we weren't feeling steak this night and there were plenty of chicken options on the menu. The baked potatoes were solid, but the French fries were incredible soggy. Now, the house salad was actually impressive for a house salad, having cherry tomatoes and egg in addition to the usual ingredients. And the rolls with cinnamon butter are always delicious. While there were some disappointments in terms of our experience, the staff was pleasant and helpful. Even a bus boy noticed a family member with a walker and said we could park our walker off to the side to get it out of our way. Also, a manager came by our table to check in with us early on which was nice. When it came time for the check we noticed that they hadn't used the coupon we had provided them, but they worked to correct this. Some tips: They are known for steak, so, I would go with a steak option. Also, the cinnamon butter rolls are delicious, and you can order multiple baskets. You can even ask for a togo order. If you do choose an appetizer, you might want one go with the Bloomin' Onion. Cheers!

Dinner was great but service was terrible. Our wait person was slow and inattentive. We were hoping to order dessert for a birthday and the waitress never came back.

Unfortunately we ordered the cactus blossom & it was full of grease. Tasted burnt like they refried it in the fryer. Couldn’t finish the appetizer. Ribeye steak was supposed to be medium (came out almost rare). My steak was supposed to be medium came out medium well. Place was busy and the waitress checked on us twice. Never asked if we needed refills, even if our glasses weren’t empty yet. Last few times we have eaten here the food has been mediocre. Guess it depends on the cooks.

Never in my own personal years of servering I have ever done this or experienced this till today. Kristine was her name I believe and was really friendly and nice at first, but when we paid, we chatted and read for a bit drinking our very full drinks! until we were about to head and out of nowhere she comes by not saying anything with a blank expression on her face, rudely taking our full drinks and rolls away and disappearing after! I understand we stayed a little past our welcome, but no excuses you give bad service after we pay you. We talked to a manager and she was kind and apologetic I just hope they really talk to her about the rude behavior.

We ate here to celebrate our anniversary. The beans and bread were delicious. I ordered a ribeye and it was hard to cut, took forever to chew that I had to eventually swallow whole and it was over salted. Very disappointing. Oh and the fries were as dry as the Sahara. Subject: Concern Regarding To-Go Order and Manager Interaction Dear Customer Service, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with a recent experience at one of your locations. We ordered two meals and appetizer to go—the Garlic Herb Chicken and the Smothered Mushroom Chicken—and upon arriving home, found both dishes to be extremely dry and far below the quality we expect from Texas Roadhouse. This was particularly upsetting because I had just come off a lengthy plane ride and was looking forward to a reliable, enjoyable meal. Instead, at nearly 9 p.m., I had to leave my home again to return the food. When I called the restaurant, the manager instructed me to bring the meals back for a refund. While I appreciated the offer, the way the situation was handled in person was unacceptable. The manager thoroughly inspected the bag and contents before processing the refund in a way that suggested distrust. When I voiced concern about being treated with suspicion, he stated that he lives by the phrase “trust but verify” and that this approach was part of his training. While policies are important, the manner in which this was carried out left me feeling more like a problem than a valued customer. After a long day of travel and the added inconvenience of returning food late in the evening, I should not have been made to feel as though my integrity was in question. This interaction did not reflect the standard of service I associate with Texas Roadhouse. I ask that you take this feedback seriously and review how managers are trained to handle customer concerns. In addition, I believe compensation beyond the refund is warranted, given the poor food quality, the inconvenience of returning at that hour, and the manner in which the situation was handled. A more respectful and customer-centered approach should be expected, particularly when customers have already been inconvenienced. I look forward to your response and to learning what steps will be taken to ensure other customers do not leave with the same impression.

Please check your food. My food had a piece of metal in the chicken. They said it was because of the new fryers but it’s really dangerous. I’m not sure if I ate metal fibers. Children could easily miss metal fibers in their food.

They screwed up our position in line. After waiting for about 20 people to go ahead of us, we told them to take us off the list and we went to Saltgrass Steakhouse and had a GREAT meal. In my humble opinion, the hostesses did a poor job.

Tried to order to go unsuccessfully for 30 mins via phone decided to come up here to order. Placed a togo order with Alexa who said drink comes with meal at NO CHARGE when I asked how much was a drink. She asked if I wanted to have a loaded sweet potato didn't mention an upcharge neither did the little menu she had. I also specifically asked what sides had NO PORK as I dont eat PORK. I was told the corn and broccoli so I ordered broccoli with cheese added. I received my meal over 30+ mins later saw charges for both once I got to my destination. My broccoli had bacon all in it and fish was barely warm. Extremely disappointed. Called to speak to a manager Kelsea got on the phone I let her know all the above and she said they do not train their staff to tell customers every up charge. She also said she think they gave me a loaded broccoli.. Really after I specifically asked for NO Pork! I said any additional charge should be advised to all customers as they are spending their money. And people should get what they ordered not what was assumed. Kelsea said very nonchalantly "well if you're not going to eat it you can bring it back." I said you know what I will do just that. Then she asked do you want something else?? After a plethora of excuses and insulting me?? Absolutely not. I came in and gave her all the food including the drink she took it back to the togo area and opened up everything I returned and said she'll refund me. I asked for my receipt. Once she gave it to me I walked out the store. As I was walking to my car she opened the togo window and yelled " Hope you have a better night!" WOW. I went back to the window and told her about how she disregarded their mess up with my food no accountability or any thing. She gave more excuses and they are the top location of all blah blah blah. Well this location clearly isn't the top tonight and she was the one that needed a better night after messing up my order, who knows who elses orderes, and not taking accountability. Her attitude says they could care less which also is not a quality of a "Top restaurant." She definitely needs training. Customers food allergies are extremely serious and nothing to take lightly. I will NOT be back thanks Kelsea and btw my night is still great, I went and got some delicious hot food to top it off.

I’m not quick to leave negative reviews but this will be the last time I visit this location. We’ve been disappointed with our overcooked steak the last few times we went. Tonight we checked in online, it said 20-30 minute wait, an hour later we were sat. We then sat at our table for 15 minutes without being greeted whatsoever. 4 waiters walked by multiple and saw we had no rolls, no drinks, and had put the menus down because we already knew what we wanted. Then a manager walks to the table next to us and chats with some people she clearly knew. After talking for 5 minutes she finally looks up and makes eye contact with (and my face clearly said I was unhappy) then she proceeds to deliberately turn her back to me so she can continue her conversation. When she was done she just walked away. That’s when my family and I decided to also walk away. I’m well aware that my family of 4 not eating there will not hurt their bottom line, but this is simply about principle.

Not the first, 2nd , or 3rd time to order “to go” has been messed up. Wrong sides or no sides. This side order of shrimp for $8, couldn’t be smaller, smothered chicken with no cheese. Looks like it fell on the ground and they just scooped it up and tossed in a box. Called to talk to someone, been on hold for over 30 minutes, but will not give up. Unbelievable terrible service, would not recommend.

I’m very disgusted with the service I received when I came here. Me and my sister spent over $150 So when it was time to go to the restroom, the only two stalls were full so we went in together. I guess there was a Manager in there too, who saw us go in there together, so she yelled at us as loud as she could “ LADIES ABSOLUTELY NOT “ then said how Inappropriate it was that we went together, but we just didn’t wanna wait. Had she asked nicely it wouldn’t have been an issue, but then she stood outside the stall watching us pretty sure she saw me going to the restroom and waited for us to come out. She then searched the whole restaurant to find where we were seated and afterwards she told our server as well as a few other employees and just stood there in a circle staring and pointing at us for about 10/15 minutes, which made us feel very uncomfortable because obviously they were just gossiping since they never came And told us anything it just was very rude very weird and then they deleted my review I don’t know it was just a weird vibe. Had she told me Oh sorry that that’s our policy. It would’ve been fine but the fact that she yelled at us and then gossip about us it was just weird.

$60 for cafeteria quality food. Steak fries were soggy and in pieces. The pickles were sticky with raw batter on top of the potatoes and hot wings, they were thrown in one container making everything taste like pickles and Buffalo sauce... the mac and cheese had no cheese , was dry and gummy . I woke up sick this morning and I only ate one rib , a couple fries and a roll because everything else was so bad. Do what you will with that info.... but don't waste money here.

I am really disappointed in the we had at this Texas Roadhouse. My party was large, so we understood waiting a while — but we ended up waiting over two hours at this Texas Roadhouse. What bothered us was watching a big white family arrive long after us and still get seated first. It was hard not to notice the preference given to certain customers that night. We’re former servers and always tip well, but the lack of communication or basic customer service made the situation even worse. No updates, no apology, nothing. It felt unprofessional and reflects poorly on the management. We left extremely disappointed. This kind of experience reflects poor management and a lack of attention to guests who are waiting patiently. We expect better from an establishment like this, and I hope they take this feedback seriously because the way we were treated was not okay.

Today, on my husband’s birthday, we came into your restaurant to celebrate his birthday dinner. Upon arrival, my husband showed the waiter his birthday coupon, which had literally been resent to him right before we walked in and clearly stated, “You have three days to use your birthday coupon.” After checking, the waiter returned and told us the system showed the coupon had already been used. My husband calmly explained that today is his actual birthday and that the coupon had just been resent, indicating it was valid. Despite this, we were given the same response and a manager was called. Unfortunately, the manager displayed a horrible attitude and appeared to find the situation funny. Instead of being understanding or attempting to accommodate what was clearly a system error, we were met with sarcasm and dismissiveness. This experience was extremely upsetting, especially given that we were there to celebrate a birthday. Customer service particularly from management should reflect professionalism, empathy, and a willingness to resolve issues. To laugh at a customer’s concern and show attitude rather than offering a solution is absolutely unacceptable. I am highly disappointed and disgusted by the way this was handled, and this experience completely ruined what should have been a special celebration for my husband.This ruined his day and this wife is not happy . Someone needs to reach out to me ASAP!

I am a little disappointed in the management team as I voiced my concerns the night of our visit, and then proceeded to call the following day and speak with management again. Our server was great, atmosphere was nice, but the food was absolutely horrible. Our steaks were not done to our liking, they were extremely tough, and felt as if we were chewing on rubber. Possibly just a bad batch as it's never been an issue before, but after spending close to $300 I would expect them to make this right and fix the 2 meals that were an issue. I was told I would receive compensation by email, and they apologized about the meals. However, when I open the email, she sent ONE voucher for 25 which was not even enough to cover one of our meal replacements, much less 2! I'll just disregard the $25 and give it to someone else, as I'll never be attending or visiting this establishment again. Horrible management!!!

I'm giving a 1 for service but the manager is horrible. My son and daughter-in-law got stuck in traffic on their way from Colorado but the manager said no exceptions your party has to all be in the building. We were told we would have to go to the bottom of the wait list after waiting an hour so we got seated as 5. We asked about pulling up one more seat since the table had 6 which complied. When my son and daughter-in-law arrived they were told their food would be packaged to go since they came late. The waiter apologized but the manager was very rude. This was my dad's birthday dinner and his first after losing my mom. We won't be back.

My husband and I ordered the prime rib, which we had always loved. He ordered his “medium” and I ordered mine “medium rare.” Both were largely inedible. The meat, what little there was of it, was so tough that the steak knife had a hard time cutting through it. It felt like I was getting blisters in my hand trying cut through what was mostly fat and membranes on my plate. Every single bite I managed to cut loose was so tough that I had to spit it out without swallowing it. The mashed potatoes were lumpy, full of skins, and dry. The rolls were the only good part. This was THE WORST RESTAURANT MEAL I have ever had. Definitely not worth the price.No stars.

I waited almost an hour for a table at dinner time on Saturday night. When I was served my meal, there was a hair in both my steak and my chicken. When I told my server, her response was that happens too often. What took me by surprise is that a manager did not come by to speak with me.

Service was off from the beginning, drinks and appetizers were ordered pretty quick, then it went downhill thereafter. Drinks were delivered by someone else as well as appetizers. Twenty minutes later our meals were finally ordered. They arrived at the table my Filet looked like it was chopped up and was overcooked. Explained to server she acknowledged it was more well done not mid rare. She took just the steak away and was going to have a manager deliver it when it ready. Fifteen minutes passed a manager came and asked how everything went and I explained I was still waiting for my steak. I had already eaten my sides and my son had finished eating as well. Another manager brought my steak( it looked great , one piece) she asked to have me cut into it and of course it was border line blue rare to rare. It was dark red center and cold . She said that’s the way medium rare is. I have eaten here many times and I said the center is supposed to be warm . She said they could go put on grill and warm a little more. I just asked to to take it back , as I said we have been here already 90 minutes. Got the bill and they did deduct 15.00$ for the steak and charged for the sides.

Let me advise, that My family have supported this business for some time. We order almost every week on Friday in a month.. We love steak and to enjoy family time on the weekend. Today happens to be my husband's birthday, We order "To Go" to fulfill our plans. I verbatimly tells the "To Go" Rep to Ask the cook 2 things, Not to give us a Bad piece of steak and not to give us Medium rare or Well done.. We want both 12oz and 16oz to be "Medium" . Which if anyone is a steak eater it is a very light pink and not looking like its almost medium rare.. The rep repeated our order back, which I believe she put it in the way we ask. So the cook gave us exactly what we asked them not to give us! Pics of both steaks right here in the review... Now mind you we had a similar incident 3 weeks ago, in which the manager at the time literally did right by us. Sent us a voucher for the price of the steaks .. So this caused us not to give up on giving business to them .... BUT TONIGHT!!!! 11/14/25 ... When I spoke to Clara the manager, she tried to make my husband come up and show them the steaks- Literally have our day inconvenienced 😡😡 ... I explained that I already told them it was my husband's birthday today... We would not have the time and it would mess up our plans to have to drive back up and show our steaks literally which we threw away after taking pics! ..... I only asked for a partial refund OR a voucher/gift card to replace our dinner that was not even eatable ! The steaks was so chewy and rough, we could not even eat it 😡😡😡 .... So then she gives an excuse about policy, rather than coming to a resolution that would work for us- A FAITHFUL CUSTOMER !! ... When your in the wrong, why do we have to be inconvenienced??? ‼️‼️ So then I tried to resolve by emailing pictures to show proof of what we said AND asked again for at least a refund that would cover the 2 steak meals ONLY ... She calls me and literally insults saying " they can only offer 15 dollar voucher" ... So you are offering me WHATS NOT EVEN THE PRICE OF YOUR 2 STEAKS ? Then says to bring it back up here, after I told you, We Are in plans for tonight for a Birthday? ... So you want us to change my husband birthday plans, FOR SOMETHING YOUR COOK DONE WRONG? You want us to put steaks in the fridge, stop what we are doing, just to bring back 2 plates of steak that we already threw away, back up to the restaurant Just to do the right thing and refund us accordingly ?EVEN WHEN I SENT YOU PICS AND THIS CLEARLY SHOWS BOTH STEAKS ? ... The same pics posted on this review!!! TERRIBLE!! 1 thing is clear, YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO Deal with Customer Service .... The one thing, that will keep your business moving and you have competitors..... So Whatever you do, Do not be faithful to this particular steak place. Disappointed with quality and customer service. I ordered a family meal from Texas roadhouse that included four sirloin steaks cooked medium. Unfortunately, all the steaks were overcooked and had a significant amount of fat. After trimming the fatty portions, I was left with barely a quarter of each steak – which was incredibly disappointing given the price. I called the restaurant the following day and spoke with a manager name Isabel. I explained that my work schedule had prevented me from calling sooner, but she told me there was nothing she could do since the order was placed the day before. I understand policies, but I expected more empathy and flexibility, especially considering the poor quality of the food. With the rising cost and declining food quality, I’ve become more selective about where I spend my money. Sadly, this experience has made it clear that I won’t be dining at Texas roadhouse again I value good food and good service and I didn’t receive Either.
