Okay, this McDonald’s is seriously on another level! The place is super clean, the vibes are great, and the staff? So friendly and on it! I barely waited five minutes and they surprised me by upgrading my small fry to a medium—like, how nice is that?! Little things like that make me wanna keep coming back. People that worked her didnt speak much English. Made it hard to communicate. Specials that were advertised were not available. Place was very clean. No problems with the food.

Even though everyone already knows what to expect from McDonald’s, this location really stands out. The service here is friendlier and feels more personal than in many other branches. The staff take the time to make sure customers feel welcome, which makes visiting this place a very positive experience.

Cheeseburgers are NEVER fresh..taste like they threw it in the microwave before rapping it. In french fries were limp and taste it like old grease. Very disappointed

Whats to say? It's McDonald's. Junk food for the price of a good sit down restaurant meal. This particular location was nice and clean though and the staff are nice.

Food taste as normal, order hot chocolate. It was coffee🤦🏻‍♀️ didn’t want to drive 30 minutes back. Ordered hotcakes with bacon, got sausage.. Coffee tastes like dirt.

Had a night of craving sweet & salty…came to this location drove off the second time concerned and disappointed about my order of fries. 1st trip they were cold. 2nd trip they took the cold order of fries back and dumped them in the frier when I requested a fresh order. How do I know they did this horrible unsanitary method of poor customer service. I bit a few fries a placed them back in the brown paper bag. They gave me the exact bag back with the fries I bit off of in the bottom in addition to the 2nd fries not task fresh yet hot and still stale with the evidence of the fries I bit off of in the batch. Manager should be ashamed of herself as the bag was handed to her from the young lady at the window. A simple craving turned into frustration of trashing the food.

There is no changing table at a restaurant for children with a children’s play place. Absolutely unacceptable. I had to change my baby outside in the cold. The staff are unsympathetic. There was another mother also looking for a changing table at the same time as me.

This is the third morning I've drove through this McDonald's early morning. Its 6:43a.m sept 3 2025. I ask for one large coffee 10 cream 10 sugar. 3rd time now and I get yuk coffee. Taste like its been cooking all night and No cream NO SUGAR!! REALLY BAD SERVICE!!

Had a coupon from McDonald’s for a free sandwich with the purchase of the same. Ordered 2 exactly the same and the manager wouldn’t honor the coupon. Never had this happen to my before at McDonald’s. I will never go back to this location.

Beware, they tend to not verify the right order is being handed out to the right guest through the drive-thru. Happens a lot, but today a young lady ran out to stop the car in front of me way over at the intersection, which was my order they had received, then runs back inside and tries to hand that exact same wrinkled bag that was given to them. Then she tried to play it off when I refused to take food that was just taken from someone I do not know what was done to the food. So they tell me “hold on” then come back seconds later with a new bag with most likely the same food from the original bag. I told them just to cancel the order. When I called back later to get a refund they refused and NOW insist on making a fresh order for me. All they had to do was offer a fresh new order from the start and it would have been understandable.0 stars for professionalism, customer health and service. The money they took from me is the last I’ll ever spend at any McDonalds.

I decided to stop for dinner at this location and I was in the wrong place at the wrong time a employee from this location got into and argument with a customer talking about weapons hollering in a very serious tone of voice I did fear for my life from the stuff they were talking about don’t want to mention it in here but it’s awful 😞 so many kids and families at this location when the incident occurred I didn’t even get to eat right . Hope something was done about this matter. This happened 04-27-25 dinner time .

I don't ever leave reviews however this needs to be shared. I have frequented this location for a few years now, and have run across the usual of missing food or long wait times. However, I've never had an issue is this large. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal got halfway through the hamburger patty and this is what was found. The burger is not even cooked. It is going to be hard for me to go back and trust this location. Here's hoping I don't get sick.

Food was fresh and good. Service was a little rough. They had ran out of ketchup, there was a trash can with an unchanged bag outside and it was there since I got there and still there once I left just like the rest of the things in this picture. They left out their cleaning rag and spray. A broom and dust pan, a black trash bag. Oh and I told the register employee the ketchup was empty and not once did he go and switch or replace it. I was trying to do it myself but they had the little door locked underneath. Also the front register guy who was taking the food and just went and put the food out and never offered a refill or sauces. I had to go get sauces myself and i had to wait upfront for a bit of awhile. As you can see one of the managers in this picture. In my opinion it was poorly handled last night. I will also be submitting a McDonald's review on their page.
