First time eating there. The food was delicious with ample portions. I was a little surprised that the chicken was blackend a lot. But apparently that is the style for that chicken dish. It was very tasty.

Had the 8 piece meal, marinated char grilled chicken. Was fantastic. The beans are great as well. The salsa are solid. The service was a little weird but okay. Would recommend to a yone looking for some authentic grilled chicken.

I had the pleasure of being served by Nathaly during my recent visit to Pollo Regio, and I just had to share how incredible her customer service was! From the moment I walked in, Nathaly greeted me with a warm and genuine smile that made me feel right at home. She was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Not only did she make great recommendations, but she also made sure that my order was perfect and came out quickly. Throughout the entire experience, Nathaly went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made my meal even more enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about providing excellent service, and Nathaly certainly does. I’ll definitely be back, and I’m hoping to see her again next time. Pollo Regio is lucky to have such a dedicated and friendly team member! Highly recommend her for an outstanding customer service experience!

it was my first time here. I was actually at Domino’s getting the kids pizza and I had to use the restroom and I decided to try one of their beef tacos. It was amazing. It felt like I got a street taco. It was so delicious. The price was good and I will definitely be back💜

The food is great. The beans are my favorite. I recommend the family meals as they come with corn tortillas and sides. The green salsa is also excellent. I was disappointed they didn't have curb side service. When calling as suggested on the sign in the curbside parking space, there's no answer before going to a recorded message to call back. But I do always come back because of the food.

Great attentiveness!! I was assisted by one of the managers, he was super charismatic & was delighted to assist me! I will be back just because of their recommendations 😋

Food was made fresh. Bake potato was not done. Fresh Salsa bar was well stock. Service walk-in was very slow; took 18 minutes to receive order. Updated: Tried to call 13 and 14 January no answer. Edited: Told manager about potatoe she took care of issue.

First off, this spot is very clean and the staff was rather nice. I was able to practice my Spanish with the staff which I thoroughly appreciate. I ordered two barbacoa tacos and they were decent. The barbacoa was not as tender as I expected. But overall, good customer service and a clean environment won me over.

This is the second time I’ve tried to Get food from this place and they have shorted me what I ordered. When I tried to call and rectify the situation they were not willing to rectify. They just said that they would check the cameras. They were supposed to do the mixed meat platter and they only gave me one meat per platter.

At 8pm on a Tuesday, with basically no people in the store or in the drive thru, I am waiting over 15 minutes for a single item. I'm picking up a doordash order that needed to be delivered by 7:49, and I'm still sitting in the lobby waiting. An employee is standing on the other side of the counter in uniform, talking to a friend, who is out of uniform walking around behind the counter. Employees are ignoring people in line to stare at their phones and converse. As someone who has worked in food service for years, this is unacceptable and the worst service I've ever seen. I'm shocked the reviews for this place are so high. I will never accept a doordash order for place ever again, and I certainly won't be eating here. Edit: Turns out the order was sitting in a heater the entire time! I was told they would "start making it" twice, what a joke and a waste of time.

There very cheap people especially the chubby lady there she always has a attitude when you ask for sauce they never give you sauce they are so stingy with it and I’ve been here atleast over 10 times and and she won’t change that’s why I’m leaving this feed back stop being cheap with sauces we’re all human now me and my family had to eat dry tacos.

Small portion compared to other Pollo Regio. #6 Tostada Siberia was missing the top tostada…Extremely hot ask a manager at counter was nice but where we sit at it was 80°. Her response was I have to keep my employees cool and keep my employees out of the lobby.

Over priced below average food. Should have gone next door to Taco Bell. $20 for this empty quesadilla then charge me extra for onions and cilantro.
