I ordered this place via uber eats and I will tell you one thing .. I am NOT DISAPPOINTED!we ordered the nachos with shredded chicken . Even the chips tasted fresh! Omg ! These did not disappoint !

Huge shout out to the team that worked last night. We noticed 30 minutes before our guests arrived that DoorDash had canceled our $200.00+ order that we had placed earlier in the day for pick up later. I called and the manager communicated immediately with the kitchen to see if they could crank out the order and they made it happen! Team dinner was saved for the Lake Ridge High School Varsity Lady Eagles ⚽️. They're carb loaded and ready to take on Weatherford tonight. Thank you Fuzzy's!

Always a great time. Savannah, Keisha, Mel, Nailah and Sam are the bartenders I be kicking it with that always look hot/ hooking it up! Food is always cooked like Abuelita makes it from scratch, it's made to order and has white people sides like feta cheese. Love this place! Tease the managers Miguel and Cameroon, Order a tres agaves, and tell them Danny sent ya! They'll treat you right. Update: thank you guys for always making sure I feel great before going back to work!!!

Five star for one main reason - Justin! This man brought our whole experience as a family to a whole new level by simply being kind, generous, and great with kids. Seriously, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop in Mansfield, you have a great employee in Justin! Food: We come here often because you get a lot of food for the price without sacrificing the taste. I often get their taco plate, but today I got their Chicken Fajita Quesadilla and it did not disappoint. My wife got the Shredded Chicken salad, which came with a ton of chicken and made for a leftover box. Our two boys shared a chicken quesadilla plate and had leftovers, as well. Overall, good food with different options. Location: Lots of parking in front of the store. Located next to a few other stores, but never too crowded and always easy to get around.

We went on Sunday for lunch, not busy. My only complaint was the cashier, had a very dry personality for customer service and seemed very unhappy to be there. Other than that food was very very good, with great portions.

We got here at 5ish for happy hour on a Monday. Margs were $3ish for frozen or on the rocks. They have some pretty solid deals for food and drinks for sure. We got the blue curacao, strawberry, mango, and modelos. Drinks came out nice and NOT watered down. 😂. We just got chips and queso with birria beef and chorizo. The queso was really good. I think they could've add more meat to the queso and tossed the chips. This place is really nice though. A lot of people looked as though they just came off work, so the place was lively. The server was real cool. She rang us up and served our food. Pretty dope spot to hangout for sure

The food here is always good, and I genuinely love the atmosphere. It’s a great spot in terms of ambiance and consistency with the meals that’s why I keep coming back. However, the customer service is the reason for my lower rating. The staff has consistently felt very disengaged and lacking personality. There’s little warmth or friendliness, which really impacts the overall experience. Hospitality goes a long way, especially when the food and setting are already great. I truly hope this improves because this place has so much potential to be amazing across the board.

The manager who was a chick was sitting at the bar taking shots instead of changing the tvs to the Thursday night football games. Most times I come in i see her sitting at the bar drinking, ive been coming here for years and its sad that i see this now when its never been a thing

This location is usually pretty good but my most recent experience wasn't the best. There were a few people there when I arrived. I ordered chicken nachos at 9:18 but didn't receive them until 9:50. The chicken was cold, like refrigerator cold. The people that were there before me were still waiting when I received my food and they eventually left without getting their order.

This place is SUPER overrated... grilled veggie taco: mostly lettuce and black beans (menu should say it's a black bean and grilled veggie instead)... potatoes, bacon, egg and cheese taco had to be sent back bc it had garlic sauce in it, tomatoes and lettuce (really, wth?) Got the new one and had only a few potatoes and HUGE amounts of fat in the bacon... brisket taco had a TON of grease just DRIPPING from it AND again HUGE pieces of fat laden brisket in it. Cilantro Lime Rice was okay, a bit dry, so it's obvious it has been sitting awhile. Overall, the flavor of the food was good but having to dig around globs of fat and drain your tacos, while waiting for a remake of your other one is not what I would say is decent service, at all. This was a Tuesday at 7:30 also, so it wasn't even that busy.

This is a cool place with potential but it's getting wasted. I feel bad for the company that owns this place. I have talked to the GM about it and found that they have made more excuses than replacing these TVs. This is/has been a PLAGUING issue for this place. PLEASE sell the patio to put a a place that prides itself in reflecting a positive image on the community and can afford 199.00 tvs for patio. Not only does it reflect a positive image of your establishment. It helps people with.disabilities feel included in your establishment. I understand that management may not care about this, but the parent company of this restaurant should review this and should make changes to make this place more inclusive than exclusive. Again the service is great the management might need to be changed out since this is reported repeatedly and they have fail to make it more inclusive. It's sad to put a review like this but it's LONG overdue

I was disappointed by the service yesterday. The bartenders are fantastic and attentive and always make everyone feel welcome. They make the place a very family like environment. The college game was on and a lot of people were there to watch the game. The bartenders were super busy and the manager left them to figure out how to operate the tvs while she went to eat and the other side of the restaurant which had no customers. I left because I was looking forward to watching the game at fuzzys like I normally would and people started leaving like I did since the game wasn’t on. The last manager would step in and help and would support the bar side since it is usually busy especially on game days but I didn’t see that yesterday. Very disappointing. These bartenders work hard at keeping the people coming back and it was sad to see they don’t get support from upper management.

7/11/25 8:40PM. To say that I was disgusted would be an understatement. Went in to place a to go order and immediately noticed another customer feeding her accessory dog (this was not a service dog) at a table…..literally, the dog was sitting in the owners lap and eating food directly from the table top. The real issue was when I noticed the female worker that was assigned to handling customer orders when they came out of the kitchen go to the table, feed the dog from her bare hand, and then immediately go back to handling customer food orders with out so much as going to wash her hands. Multiple health code violations in the span of 10 seconds. I’m still a Fuzzy’s fan but I can’t support this location if management is ok with this type of unsanitary behavior. If management is reading this, go back and check your camera footage from the timestamp above and you’ll see for yourself. ***7/12/25: Respectfully I acknowledge your auto response (only calling it that because it appears to be a standard response that is posted for the majority of the negative reviews). No need for additional feedback outside of advising your staff (specifically those handling food) to not feed dogs from their bare hands and immediately go back to handling customer food orders. I’m not a health inspector but I would hate to imagine the outcome if a health inspector was there to witness this. All the best, we’ll continue supporting the brand at an alternate location.
