Everything I get here is delicious. I really like their 4-pastry box for $6. Heck of a deal. I also get the classic egg, bacon, cheese breakfast bagel. They can add tomato , no extra charge. Their bagel sandwiches for lunch , are really good , too!

Well, I was getting a coffee at Starbucks next-door. By the time my coffee was done. I walked over and my bagel was toasted and ready to go great experience, friendly staff clean store.

First time having Eistein and I should have never delayed. I love that the entire menu is available all day! My family had the cheddar and egg, cinnamon sugar, plain, Turkey egg cheese, and the brisket bagels. We greatly enjoyed them. Like the option to heat/toast the bagel with nice options of shmear! They completely fill each bagel. Totally returning!

Everything here is always fresh and amazing to eat. Also, if you havent signed up for the rewards program on your phone you should. Nothing is better than getting something for free that you would have paid for anyways. Highly recommend for a quick healthy snack or to stock up on some amazing beagles.

First time at this location. Their one-egg chorizo sunrise is a filling protein packed breakfast, and offers a little kick to your morning breakfast routine. A flavorful chorizo patty, cheese, an option of one or two eggs, fresh avocado, and a Schmeer !in between a green pepper bagel, combined with a small strong Caribou coffee is a good way to start your day. The price of these two items after tax is $8.63, which is a reasonable price....Their Caribou coffee offers a fine alternative to the competition next door, don’t forget your half-and-half and sugar!

It's kinda hit or miss here. I love it but you HAVE to check your order before you leave or you may not have a correct order.

I've placed a few large orders at this location and every time the orders have been well prepared and the staff have been wonderful. Friendly, efficient, helpful. They have gone above and beyond to make sure my visit was enjoyable and that I was satisfied. They have just done a wonderful job and deserved a thank you from me.

I been coming or this location for about a year or so and lately ( about or so) I’ve notice that the beagles on Sundays are way better looking and fluffier that during the week. I love to come on Sunday’s because I know my sandwich will be the best of the whole week. I don’t know if there are multiple bakers for for sure the one that’s makes them for Sunday is the best.

What a wonderful discovery for a breakfast stop. There is a variety of selections for every flavor you can imagine on a bagel. They offer coffee drinks and other drinks as well. Browse the menu online before you hit the road so your not overwhelmed by the selections when you arrive. Definitely worth the price.

Food was good. Customer service okay. Food was a little pricey 8.00 1 bagel but I guess I’m paying for the name . Big think was customer service was not very helpful or friendly.

Delicious!! The coffee, bagels, smearfulls, etc are so tasty!! You can’t go wrong at this place. The bagels are so fresh and are great for several days. Not only is the food wonderful, but the staff is very nice and helpful. Great service and friendly! The six cheese bagels are a favorite and the Asiago smearfulls are wonderful!! If you haven’t stopped here for breakfast, or really any time, you’re missing out!

Bagels are delicious and a very wide variety. The egg sandwich is a bit expensive. If you plan to go here often, download the app to earn freebies and discounts. Make sure you present it first because last time I went the cashier was quick and I ended up playing twice as much because he didn't scan my app for the promotion I was using. ( I didn't want to hold up the busy line) Mondays you can get a dozen bagels for $7. The only drawback about the location is the lack of parking spaces and it can get busy during breakfast hours. Also try the caramel coffee. Its delicious!

Decided to try their brisket sandwich. Got two eggs on it. There is not a lot of brisket on it and the eggs overpowered it. I hardly tasted the brisket at all. I suggest one egg only. Also, the sandwich really lacked flavor. Even the chipotle sauce seemed lacking. I say this sandwich is a pass. Otherwise, service was friendly and food came out quickly. So I'll still be back.

Seems like the food we ordered was good and tasty. The coffee was great. My only real downer is the breakfast burritos are "pre-made" and don't taste as fresh as they could be. You can not request a fresh one nor can you have an ingredient be removed if you don't care for that in the product. It left me unable to order anything to eat for one of my family members due to medical diet reasons. Unfortunate.

I’ve only ever had one employee at this location that was unpleasant to work with, but for someone who goes to this location weekly, I almost always have a good experience. I will say you have to get their early on Monday to get the bagel deal and get bagel flavors you actually want. But that’s to be expected when it’s only 7 dollars for the bakers dozen. The drive through isn’t very fast but still worth it!

Ladies were nice and food/coffee was great. We were able to eat inside so that was nice. Clean floors and bathrooms.

The food tastes good, but don't want expect to be able to order something complicated like 6 unsliced, untoasted bagels. They didn't understand, and the screen had 6 bagels, sliced, toasted, with cream cheese when I pulled up to window. Got 6 bagels, two sliced, one halfway sliced, 3 unsliced. All untoasted. They also separated the French toast bagel instead of the garlic like I asked.

Upset about my order today. What looked to be a brand new hire, said my total was one thing then up-charged me, forgot my chips. .. overly priced lunch as it is but then you forget an item.

The drive thru employee was super sweet after I explained to her it was our first time, she recommended stuff for my kiddos and was patient when I ordered. The only problem I had was that I ordered a Blueberry bagel with Blueberry cream cheese. I got the bagel without cream cheese and it wasn't cut. Like they just tossed it into the bag. Kinda disappointed in my first experience but for what part of the order was correct, the food was yummy.

This location messed up my order. I really love Einstein Bagels, but this is the 3rd time this has happened to me. I didn't receive my hashbrowns and I asked for a blueberry bagel with smear, but they gave me a chocolate chip bagel instead. I paid to add an extra egg, but only got one.

Services is inconsistent. Order several times and depending on who is making it. Put way too much black peppers on the eggs, my kiddo couldn't finish it even though he can eat spicy food. Cold brew was really inconsistent too, way too much sweet compared to other times I have ordered. Not coming back here for awhile until they train their staff properly. A bagel sandwich with extra egg and extra bacon with a cold brew cost $24.00. too expensive for the inconsistent services over here.

First time trying it and its ok... rather eat at home. Asked for toasted bagel with cream cheese on it. Instead received a cold bagel. It was tough trying to eat it because it was cold. Also order a Chorizo Sunrise, which was pretty good... just spicy.

The brisket bagel sandwich is delicious! However, they could put a little more brisket on the sandwich. Two bites into the bagel and you've eaten all the brisket!!!

Placed an online order today and paid extra for schmear only to get home and find none in the bag or on the bagels. I avoided the Burleson location today because of this problem, so I was bummed for it to occur at this location. It has friendly staff and a clean environment, though!

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but after reading others it’s validated my experience. I always go through the drive thru and have never had any issues with staff. Recently I decided to dine in, the older Hispanic lady came across very short with me, I work in a coffee shop so I understand they’ve probably been there since early and are tired. I didn’t take it personally. I sat to eat and noticed they forgot my condiment. I go up to ask for it, both ladies looked at me and continued to walk right past me. Again, I understand being busy. They finally ask what I need and give it to me with the straightest face. I’m sitting facing the register so I can see them tending to the next few customers and it’s a completely different demeanor, friendly, but the only difference is that those customers were all men. I’ve seen her working a few times and I’m assuming she’s a manager if not a lead. I recalled seeing her speak harshly to a young lady employee when I was in the drive thru once before. It sounds dumb, but it’s giving a sexist vibe or some kind of animosity towards younger women.

First time here and the worst impression ever. I was just standing there for a couple of minutes and the employees were just looking at me or ignoring me. There was only one woman that was so kind to ask me how she can help me and I finally got assisted. There were three women and if one of them was busy at least the other one could ask me or tell me (we will be with you shortly). This store really need to work with their employees teaching them what good costumer service is all about. Two stars for the service from the other employees , but 5 stars to the woman that actually helped me.

50/50 chance of getting the Baker's Dozen. 3 out of the past 6 Monday orders, they shorted my order by only pulling 12 instead of the 13 bagels. Love their products, but the service has been shifty.

Is this a joke?? I literally ordered the Turkey and Cheddar and homie behind the counter looked at me like I just asked for 3 party tacos and a McFlurry... So before he called corporate to ask what a Turkey and Cheddar is I just settled on the Pepperoni Bagel.. ice machine wasn't working so I asked them to put ice in my cup... Diet Coke was flat... So I poured it out and asked for more ice... Coke was flat so I decided I guess I will just get tea.. She filled my empty cup to the brim with room temperature tea and then asked if I wanted ice in it.... Not to mention the guy sweeping up the pile of what not in the floor and kicking it up all over the room rather than delicately sweeping like he was in a room full of food being prepped... This place needs people who can walk and breathe on their own..... Einstein is an overstatement

The reason for the low scores is due to the fact that 50% of the time or more whenever I order your very popular maple house sandwich, I am forced to put it on another bagel. I'm sure plenty of others have the same problem, but nothing is done about it. The sandwich is not nearly as good without the correct ingredients. I'm being charged over 7 dollars for a breakfast sandwich that you can not even make correctly. You should have some of the ingredients set aside to make it as advertised.

Last didn't have a good experience they didn't wrap my food correctly, and it fell out, so I went back in and told them with my card in hand because I was going to by another one and they started talking shit about me and making it look so obvious when telling other employees they all just looked at me and was laughing very poor service that day.

Burnt one of our bagels and nobody here knows how much cream cheese is appropriate for a bagel. Why the bagel comes with cream cheese on it is beside me, and there isn't a way to alter it online.

I recently ordered the Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich thru DoorDash, because when in North Ft. Worth, one of my co-workers let me try theirs. It was so good and delicious. Now the one here was small, only a little sauce, barely any Brisket, and it was only in the middle and dry. Very disappointing. Never again.

Placed my usual order. Service was good no complaints there. However, I bit into a hard small piece of plastic while eating my sandwich. Looks to be a cut-off tip to something... please advise your employees when preparing the orders. It ruined my appetite.

Don't uber eats your food from here. Staff is not careful enough to make sure your sandwiches are correct before handing it off and uber eats can't take responsibility for it. Sandwich was half made and then packaged. Missing cream cheese and syrup on my maple sandwich. Ice cold food. Usually I drive thru, and never have an issue.

This Einstein’s has suddenly started going down hill, at least from a drive thru perspective. The last two months we have been trying to give them a chance from over a year of great service, but CONSISTENTLY they continue to screw up orders. Today, I get all the way home to see my sandwich, which was correct on the screen, is a completely different sandwich when I open it. Absolutely unacceptable.

I visited this location for the 1st time on Tuesday and I received the wrong bagel. I ordered the green chile bagel and received the jalepeno cheddar bagel. The lady at the register did greet me. I should’ve checked my purchase but I trusted thatbit was correct. Hopefully, future orders are double checked by the staff and I will remember to check as well.

First time trying here. Ordered the Santa Fe Thintastic Egg White breakfast. Got it home… ABSOLUTELY NO FLAVOR, FULL of yolks, and NO red Santa Fe hot salsa that is shown in the picture. The turkey was literally 1/8 inch thick also and was about 25% smaller than the bagel itself, so you don’t even get to it until you eat all the way around the bagel. The hash browns that my coworker said were amazing was a hard, dry rock as well. To say I was disappointed is an understatement… the only reason I gave two stars was bc they were nice. I included what it is SUPPOSED to look like and have on it and what I GOT, instead.

I had a taste for an Everything bagel and pulled in..... Had a bit of a wait because the order taker was deeply engrossed in taping a to go bag shut... she told me "I'll be right with you" a couple of times. Finally, took my order. I saw 1 Everything Bagel left behind glass. Ordered it toasted with garden veggie cream cheese and a coffee with Equal. While I was sitting waiting, the woman who took my order came to my table and said they were out of Everything bagels. I knew I saw 1 in there but just ordered a sesame bagel. 4-5 minutes later a guy came and handed me a bag with the bagel in it. I asked about the cream cheese and coffee. He went back behind the counter and asked a couple of other employees about it. Soon, another woman came to me with a coffee saying she put 2 sweeteners in it. A few minutes after THAT the young man came back with a small container of cream cheese. I opened the bagel and found out they put the cheese on it already. I don't think it was toasted either. I felt like this was a grand opening with nobody trained, no one managing the chaos, and just a difficult "quick bite". I give this a "fail".

This was my first time trying out this location. I was definitely disappointed. I ordered 4 bagels. I waited a second when ordering as I’m used to being asked if I want them sliced, if i want cheese, and if I want them toasted - but did not get asked any of these. So i spoke up and said that i wanted them sliced and with no cheese, i forgot to ask about getting them toasted. When i got them, they were just thrown in a bag together, not wrapped or anything. Didn’t even get napkins or get offered them either. (Maybe my usual location in Plano is just overly nice, but my bagels are always put in a paper sleeve and then bagged and they always include napkins with them as well.) Then I get home and the 3 cinnamon and sugar bagels I ordered are just cinnamon bagels - no sugar on them. They were also cold. And they must have been sitting on top of cream cheese or some other type of bagel with cheese because when I ate the bottom half of the first bagel I had an allergic reaction as I’m allergic to milk. They also had sesame seeds all of the bottom of them, which also led me to believe they’d been mixed/sitting on top of other bagels. With as many people that have allergies now, you’d think people would be more cautious. I really love Einstein’s but not sure I’ll be going back to this location again - which is sad because I live in Mansfield.

I really hate that I have to gI've this last visit a one star! The manager was waiting the register and this day it was obvious that there was a small crew. After our order was made we were told to sit and the order would be called. There was only 3 inside orders ours was included (one made beforebus and one after us) but we noticed the drive through was very busy. As we saw the order that was behind us leave I asked the cashier whi was also the manager if our order was ready she went to go check. After returning she started that she had called our name one time and no one answered? I looked at her and told her that we were sitting here all the whole time waiting and never heard our name called! this place is not even busy so we would have heard you! She argued that policy is we call your name once and if you don't answer then we sit it on a rack and you can pick it up there! When I made her aware that this order she so adamantly says she called out our names for is not complete because the drink I ordered is not sitting in this supposed shelf because you never made it! She still continued to deny the fact that she forgot to call us by name when our order was ready or make the drink order. She was rude and ignorant about the whole situation. If she is a representative of your establishment then you must be scraping the bottom of the barrel for staffing. My husband and I eat at you location periodically 2 or 3 times a month and we have never run into such indignant personnel. But you don't have to worry about me coming back either she gave the wrong contact Information tok report her as well! I assume she still works there.

I am very disappointed with Einstein Bagels in Mansfield. It’s been a third time on a row that they messed up my order. First they gave me my sandwich on a wrong bread and barely warm, the second time they forgot to put in a cream cheese and danish but yet they charged me for everything, and today I have ordered applewood sandwich on everything for my husband and salmon sandwich for myself, instead they gave me two egg cheddar sandwiches. I asked the lady to double check if everything is in the beg as lately my order either isn’t complete or mismatched. I have allergies for cheddar and was very disappointed what I discover in my bag when arrived home today. I have called the office number that is on the receipt but no one picked up, left a voice mail and no one called me back. I am very unhappy with the service I’m receiving at Einstein Bagels in Mansfield

I have been a huge fan of Einstein Bagels for a while. And was even more excited when this one went in near my house. Unfortunately, the quality at this location has plummeted recently. I'm assuming it's due to their inefficiency, but if they're busy, my bagels are always barely warm hardly toasted which I know it's a tactic to speed up the toaster. Half the time they don't have the bagels I'm looking for. They're always running out. It just seems to be an absolutely horribly managed location. Unfortunately, I will no longer be visiting this location.

The food is great but I am tired of them not being able to scan the app on my phone without taking my phone from me. I would go there more often but it really bothers me that they can't move their scanner away from the register and scan my phone from the drive-thru window. I know, I'm a germaphobe, but c'mon, this is the 21st century and COVID times. But that's not my only reasoning. My phone case is also a wallet. I don't want to give a stranger my phone and wallet! So I guess I will go get my breakfast from Panera, Chick-fil-a, or a donut shop.

Thanks a lot! I love this place. So delicious. But, you never have the 6 cheese bagels. I mean, every time we come you are out. So, now the hubby says we will never be back again. I’m so disappointed. If you are always out, why don’t you make more? I just don’t understand.

don’t come here if you wanna get what you order. why even take the order if you’re just gonna put whatever you want in my bag anyway?? i get the same thing every time i come: a tasty turkey with no tomato and an apple cinnamon bagel toasted with honey almond smear, and every time they find a new way to mess it up or get it wrong. i come here because it’s on my way to work. one time there was tomatoes and NO TURKEY (how do you forget turkey on a turkey sandwich???), one time i got red onions on it, one time i got tomatoes, today i got AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT BREAKFAST SANDWICH. I work in food service, i get being short staffed. i get making mistakes. but it’s not hard to make a sandwich and put it in a bag. you have the ticket in front of you. EDIT: just checked and the bagel isn’t right either. do better

I went to Einstein in Mansfield this morning and ordered 3 bagels and smears foe each. I got home (in Arlington) and only had 2 bagels but all the smears. So I get my receipt to call them and there was no phone number on the receipt, and it gets better. I was only charged for 2 bagels and I paid $17.10, this did include the smears and a coffee. Does this seem correct?

Love Einstein bagels hate this location drive-thur! By far the worst wait times in a drve-thru. I will try the inside next time hoping it's better. It didn't used to be this way what happened? The bagel I ordered was literally sitting there while the girls doing nothing there was no need for that wait.

Ordered the new maplehouse bagel which is supposed to come with sausage and bacon and received just sausage. This isn't the only time I've been here that I've gotten a bagel missing key ingredients. These bagels cost too much to not be as stated.

I decided to try out their lunch bagels on 11/11/22 at 11:30 am and literally got stuck in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. Cars finally started having to back out of the drive thru just to leave. This seems like very poor customer service to leave people trapped in your drive thru for so long. Nothing at this place takes that long to make, and the professional thing to do if there's that long of a delay is to close your drive thru. Not allow customers to get trapped like that and get late back to work. Management needs to seriously consider their wait times and find a way to either close it if they can't get the cars thru within a reasonable wait or have cars park like every other business does.

If you want to go to a restaurant where the staff is rude and your order is wrong 75% of the time then this is the spot. I have made (4) visits to this location ( Trying to give a business the benefit of the doubt) in the past six months and 3 of them ended with incorrect orders and rude staff.

Arrived at 5:07am. They open at 5:00am made me wait outside even though lights were on, marquee was lit up and product was in the case. Mouthing the words 5 more minutes from the female employee. Left at 5:17 never did open the door while I was there. Totally ruined the Birthday Breakfast Bagel day we planned at work for 2 employees. Manager never even acknowledged me standing there.

The bacon, “avocado”, tomato sandwich had about a teaspoon of avocado on it, under cooked chewy bacon and the tiniest slice of tomato. Seems like a joke but this is really what was served.

Very upset because in St Louis Einstein bagels is one of my favorite spots I was excited to see that there was one here so I easily found something for me to order I ordered the all-night sandwich and a cheese and egg bagel for my son for breakfast. We ate about 30 minutes later next thing you know we both were Ill to the stomach. I had to go home from wk the rest of the day. I was called to the sitter to pick him up because he had the same thing

Horrible!!! For the third time!!! We ask for our bagels to be double toasted, wait a while, come home and again!! Not even toasted once. How does the order go wrong from the counter to the grill, when he only has to turn around to the preparer? TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!! Also, there is always a bucket and mop around the floor. What is that???

Apparently taking a correct order is difficult for them. On many occasions my order was messed up. Just today I asked for no bacon on all the bagles and guess what? its on all of them. If I ask for extra eggs sometimes it doesn't get added even though I was charged for it. Do I really have to open the bag and check/touch each bagel with my dirty hands to check if the food was made right? Also apparently if you ask for the bacon to be on the side they charge you "extra bacon" even though they just moved from the bagel to the side. Food quality is hit or miss. Sometimes its great and sometimes its burnt and having many customers is not a factor it seems as I had the same experience when it was crowded or empty so im assuming its the person in the shift. The only reason I keep coming back because they have cinnabon next door so I can get both in one go but today was the last straw and i'll just get my bagels from another place. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it mainly because they mess up the order frequently and we have people with allergies getting wrong order.

Update: April 2025- no change….people standing around and then didn’t give me my discount when I paid for items on my account. Over charged me $5 and to get it fixed…no way such a hassle. Also not hard to understand who is in charge and who the workers are. Come here all the time since day one that it opened! Ownership has changed and customer service is horrible….rude give you looks and rolls eyes! Girl then went and told the others I asked to use points after I asked she still charged me on the account. Asked a simple request and she was soo rude and it appears in charge. A Saturday morning and no one in here…wonder why! Also table as a mess with old food, windows are dirty and carpet is stained.

I never had any complaints about your food until today. As many orders I've placed I was surprise at today's failure. Both of the apple strudel were old, dried-out and stale. I took a bite without looking and stopped at 2 chews. I looked at it and was disgusted at what I saw. This is not the caliber of food I've ever received before. I would love to keep ordering from Einstein but I will no longer.

When I asked for a Nova Lox, I asked for light cream cheese since the last couple times I went, I got more cream cheese than salmon.

Bought several bagels. Asked for them toasted and they were burned.

Ordered online on the app. The store was closed. They told me the bakery was not available today and I could either wait for them to make the bagels or come back tomorrow for my food. Apparently there is no way to cancel my order in the store and I have to find a phone number on the app that isn't the store number to cancel. Dissatisfied all around. I normally love the food but I better off without it. Also, when I arrived I had to talk with them using the drive thru. When I called they answered the first time and then hung up. The second time they refused to answer. The third time someone else picked up, I assume the manager, and he told me the information above. If I could rate my experience a 0 I would.

Worse location I’ve been to. I came on Monday (more than once) for the Monday special and they were out of Asiago and six cheese bagels by 10:15. Hello? It’s special day. Don’t you think you should make plenty? It’s happened several times so you think they would learn. Employees are rude too.

Edit, years later and it's still wrong. They continue to provide sub par service. Expensive mediocre food that you have to go through the line twice because they can't check the order. Why it's so hard to count to 5 it's beyond me. Consistently wrong. Every time. Bagels that are supposed to have cream cheese are served without. Toasted instead of untoasted. Missing bagels or wrong bagels. Every time it's something that's just negligence and incompetence. Even when they are "making it right" to correct the previous mistake it's still wrong. The manager asked if she could just put the bacon in a bag for me since they didn't put it on my sandwich. They gave me someone else's order through the drive thru and after I opened it and went through it touching the bagels and handed it back they took it back and didn't throw it away. I am lowering my review to a two-star because I went through again today and met with more of the same. Order was missing a bagel. When I asked for my bagel I received the wrong bagel when I corrected the manager about the bagel that was wrong she gave me another Bagel which was still wrong. In addition they gave me a latte that was not stirred so it was basically milk with syrup at the bottom because they were too lazy to stir it properly before handing it to the customer. So now I leave again after paying a lot of money with a still incorrect order and no latte that I ordered. All of this was done under the eyes of the manager in charge.

I come to this place pretty frequently, 8 times out of 10 the order will be wrong. Who ever manages this place needs to do better with consistency

I’m a regular at Einstein’s - the PGBT & Arkansas location in Grand Prairie is fantastic - but this Mansfield location is consistently run poorly. I ordered a drip coffee and sandwich inside, and the cashier handed me a cup knowing full well the coffee bar was completely closed down. No coffee in the urns, no cream, and no condiments. When I asked for help, employees avoided eye contact. Eventually, one person started a brew cycle, telling me it would be a 10-minute wait before disappearing back to the drive-thru window. The lack of customer service was startling. I had to ask separately for cream, only to be handed an open carton from behind the counter. I eventually requested a refund. Even that was handled unprofessionally: they refused to provide a printed refund receipt, instead scribbling a note on my original receipt with a pen that was nearly out of ink. It’s telling that the dining room was completely empty during the morning rush, and there were only one or two cars in the drive-thru. I ended up taking my business a few steps away to the Starbucks on the other side of the parking lot. Save yourself the frustration and skip this location.

I ordered from here on ubereats which I've done before and the food is usually fine. The last time (last week) i ordered 2 bagels with smear and a sandwich. I received 2 bagels uncut with nothing on them. Having paid extra from cream cheese i complained and was told i received what i ordered despite the receipt on the order and on the bag itself saying with cream cheese. I couldn't get any help from uber because they have no customer service past a robot that ignores details and only cares about receiving the order or not. I contacted customer service for the company about the employees completely messing up the order by ignoring part of it and didn't even get a response let alone compensation for paying for something i didn't get. I ended up not having a use for the extra bagel. I ate one plain but it was dry and disappointing. The second was supposed to be for later but i didn't have anything to put on it at home. I didn't order a bagel with nothing because i knew i wouldn't enjoy it. Yet that's what I ended up paying $20 for. I wouldn't trust this location to make orders properly, especially not for deliveries. Nor the company to care about creating such a bad experience. I won't order from any locations again because they stole my money.

A bagel store that is out of almost every type of bagel???? Sounds like we need new management. It is a real shame cause they are pretty good when they actually have the food.

Couldn't even finish my farmhouse egg sandwich due to a strong distinct burnt taste. The top of the begal was black I even tried to rip off the burned parts but the flavor was too much ended up throwing it away.

Worst experience ever! After waiting over 20 minutes in the drive thru line, we finally made it to the front window where I confirmed our order with them. They have us 2 plain bagels, one with sausage and one with bacon. We ordered the Farmhouse bagel and the chorizo sunrise. Then they gave us a cinnamon buttered bagel when we ordered a toasted cinnamon toast crunch bagel with honey cream cheese. We paid $22 worth of food that should've been maybe $10-$15. All this to say we CONFIRMED THE ORDER before they handed it to us and still have us all wrong items and we were already long gone on the freeway when we noticed. Will not be back.

Look I'm not complaining about the flavor. It's decent. The service was fine through the drive thru. But every time I go there the $10 lox portion gets smaller and smaller.

Came in at lunchtime and was surprised by the mess inside the restaurant. All the tables were dirty, the floors even more grotesque, and every employee looked like they were miserable. The employee taking my order for my name completely wrong. My name is Conner, not Carl. My partner and I waited around 20 minutes for our bagels. Pictured below, you see that my bagel looks like absolute garbage, and was also burnt. I love Einstein Bros. but I would NEVER go back to this location.
