Daynetta is by far the best server ever! When it comes to showcasing customer service she DEFINITELY puts on a clinic. She was patient, attentive, and suggestive. Waffle House is not lucky but BLESSED to have her. She is the reason why I will be back!

I had to hang out here while my sweet puppy was in surgery 🥺. However, I just bought coffee and told the server I was just waiting on my puppy, and he didn't hassle me at all. I appreciated the waitstaff here. Everyone was so friendly.

I went straight to the counter, placed my order, and got a few giggles from the hostess as she brought me my drink and silverware. I don't get to eat there a lot but when I do this will be the waffle House I choose. Close to home, clean, and the people seem to enjoy their job. I'll have a two egg plate, scattered smothered and covered, sausage on the side...Lol... Wash it down with some hot Java, and good atmosphere. The only way to start your day, is the waffle House Way!!!

Ruby an her cook held it down for midday rush ! We seated and our server Jen I think was her name forgot our drinks, kept wondering off to the back, and overall lacked enthusiasm to be participating besides taking the order and dropping the food (Ruby had to ask her if she took the order after forgetting our drinks) and we'd already been seated a minute. It was super busy so I totally get it! Ruby balanced us and the entire restaurant bouncing back and forth being a happy addition to the environment and the cook getting as many orders out efficiently-they was handling the mishaps from Jen and remaining professional. Once it seemed some form of leadership entered our server returned to us and was smiling, even asked if we needed anything as if she'd been attentive the entire time. My husband and I laughed ! 😅 then proceeded to go get cash to tip our real workers ! Overall though it's nice to see the mansfield waffle house have good food, service, and atmosphere provided besides our server Jen. I mean it's all in the open so kinda hard to hide the guffs and dirty looks our disgruntled server was giving. Don't know what happened besides it being busy. Hopefully next time she realizes the value of adding to the atmosphere. I'm still giving 5 stars because I been coming to this location for nearly 12 years now and know the ups and downs it's had. I love my town and knowing good things happen here ! Thank you for the good food and still providing high customer service under stress. It was seen and appreciated.

Late night before the sun came up. Wanted something to eat and didn't want to cook .Thought about the Waffle House. Let's give them a try. I ordered 2 eggs over easy ,biscuit sausage, bacon , hashbrowns, and waffles, and everything was delicious.

The food is wonderful! I wanna shout out the cook, who does a great job. His name is Dennison! I can taste the love in your cooking. Keep up the good job!

5:05 a.m. Working with only two hours of sleep, a long shift behind me the day prior, and a jog already finished at 3:00 a.m., I was on my way to chase another Waffle House farther from home that I had never visited. But something stopped me. Just before I hit the on-ramp, the glowing yellow letters broke through the dark. A hidden Waffle House I’d never noticed before. It felt like fate, like the road itself telling me to turn in. The lot was mostly empty. Just a couple of cars, the kind that looked like they had been parked there since the night before. Inside, the building wore its years proudly. The kind of Waffle House that hadn’t seen a remodel in decades. The same tile floors. The same worn booths. It was like stepping into a time capsule of grease and comfort. Two tables had customers when I sat down. Within minutes it was only me and one other soul, both of us scattered in this big open diner. My food landed in front of me: eggs soft, hash browns spread across the plate like a golden carpet, two Springer Mountain chicken sausages that tasted far better than their simple look. Steam rose into the air like incense. Then I thought back to yesterday. I remembered a TikTok trend where people claimed the rapture was supposed to happen. Some were selling their belongings, some saying “today is the day,” and others warning not to be on the toilet when it came. And I realized something. If it did happen, then I wasn’t left behind. I was raptured, because this was heaven. Heaven had double hash browns, a quiet jukebox humming in the corner, and the kind of fluorescent light that makes you question what time it really is. I ate slowly, glancing at the other diner like we were two survivors in an empty world. When I walked back to my car, I looked at the sign outside still glowing, holding its place against the night like a beacon. I thought to myself: if the real rapture comes, I hope God raptures at least one Waffle House into the pearly gates. And if He doesn’t? Then I’m perfectly fine staying down here. Praise the Nikes.

Jay runs a tight ship here and Bri took really good care of us this morning. Even the Assistant GM was making sure service was running smoothly. We came to the Mansfield location on a busy Labor Day Monday and were treated exceptionally well. I had the All-Star Special with scrambled eggs, bacon, and grits. And my fiancée had the Waffles with bacon. Bri was really nice and always made sure our drinks were full and food was hot. Overall, well-run operation here so 5-stars 🧇🧇🧇🧇🧇

Waffle House is always busy regardless of the time you visit. Came in with my wife, and we seated and were helped right away by Bre. She was very attentive and made sure we were enjoying our food and if we needed any to go boxes. They do seem to have plenty of parking spaces unlike other locations.

Most of the time waffle house would get a five star rating from me but this one fell short on getting my order right. I was the only customer there at 5:45 this morning. Their place was easy to find and get using Google maps. I will try again in the morning and see if they can improve to five stars.

I enjoy this location, this is the only one I like to come to. However, it would be nice if the tables can be THOROUGHLY wiped down. It’s kind of gross sitting at a table that is nasty and being served food. And when I say THOROUGH, I don’t mean a soft wipe down like you’re scared to touch the wet towel, I mean clean the table, there is clearly syrup stuck on the table so clean it please…wipe the germs off from the prior guests that just sat there.

It was pretty good. The service hostess was kind of dry in the friendly department but my food came right off the grill directly.

This place was packed but the staff handled the flow quickly and efficiently. I was impressed how they relayed information to each other abd worked as a team. One if the better waffle houses in area. Definitely stop here for brunch, the bacon egg cheese melt was superb

Only one person available to cook and take your order. Cleanliness was desired as if a rush had come through and young man was unable to clean, cook, and take orders. Young man had a great personality. The size of that grits to go!! Never the same amount for your order nationwide...lol

The experience at this location was pretty good. My son ordered a ham that ended up not liking and they replaced it with bacon and only charged us for the bacon. The food came out hot like it usually does and it was good. It's always hard for them to keep the small location clean however they did a good job.

Food was fast and delicious had the chicken and egg breakfast. Waitress even even heater on for us to amke sure we were comfortable. Definitely our go to place :)

There’s really not much to say besides I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. It’s always been one of my favorite late-night places to grab a meal with friends. Always fast and food is always great. Specifically at my visit tonight I really enjoyed my service provided by Miss Veronica. She is probably the best server that I have ever had at Waffle House. She was very quick at refilling our drinks and pre-bussing the table. And my favorite thing is that she was able to laugh with us and joke around with us as well. She deserves a promotion for her hard work!

It was very crowded at 10:00 on a Sunday. The employees did a decent job of moving the customers to seats. There was a challenge getting food at a decent pace. The teamwork was excellent during 80% of our visit which helped customer flow. The teamwork started suffering when the head cook decided to go clear a table. She then put dirty dishes which slowed down the flow. The food taste was good and food was warm.

Works when you need food. I think the hygiene and sanitation really needs improvement. I did a look at the fridge on far left side after I ate. Oh boy should have done that before. Do the city health departments bother to check places. The young man that waited on me had been pulling double shifts for at least 2 to 3 days. He was exhausted. Right when you come in should tell you something. They need mid and upper managers very badly according to their hiring sign. Once again the healthiness of these firms literally and physically makes one wonder if our food systems of restaurants are about to die. It is down right Scary and it hurt my gut too.

Service is great. Lisa took very good care of me. Food was ok. My hashbrowns came out burnt and my waffle was cold. And the manager refused to provide me with hot syrup for my waffle. I have been to other Waffle House restaurants recently and all of them provide hot syrup upon request.

As a Mansfield resident we visit Waffle House frequently. The cooks are fantastic and wait staff is super friendly. We have never had a bad experience. However today, as I was eating I heard a veteran ask for a military discount and the manager at this store has opted out of military discounts. I'm very disappointed in the decision the store manager has made. As an American the least we can do is give a military discount. This will definitely effect my decision to eat here in the future.

Food was good. Nice portion sizes. 1st time there. The atmosphere was like the family kitchen that too many ppl are trying to cook in. I didn't like how congested and disorganized it was. I'm concerned for cleanliness. However they were getting the job done. Counters and a few tables. I appreciated the experience. I had heard so much about the Waffle house. Glad I tried it. This was my first time going to this location. The only positive part about being there was the young lady named Scar.... at least that's what her name tag said. You could tell she was new, but she could give the rest of them there a lesson on customer service. She was trying to take my order, but was waiting for someone to give her direction. First she had to wait while one woman took 5+minutes to complain how noone showed up to work and how all the managers had to come in and how she told a young lady she couldn't come back THEN she changed out the drawer so the other lady could assist Scar with taking my order. The lady training Scar was condescending and treating Scar as if she was "stupid". Scar was just new and didn't know all the answers. I ordered to go and didn't realize that I didn't get my grits which was the main reason I went in the first place. I was so annoyed I ended up throwing the rest away. If I could give 5 stars for Scar I would give her 5 stars and tell her that she has way too much potential for a place like that. I don't think I will ever go back to this location.

When in a rush I understand customers may not have time. That is not your fault. Id rather wait for cooked food than undercooked food, it just makes me lose my appetite. I love the overall service.

Food was good. But why 2 stars? Employees just hanging out not doing much. That I don't care about. They where loud, talking about there life and using profanity. The greeter was sitting at the bar watching on his phone. Our drinks where empty all threw the meal. Not really clean. There where bugs on the floor. Not Family Friendly. I do not recommend. More then likely will not go back.

This Waffle House needs new owners or it needs to close. It's the 2023 and their online ordering is always down and they don't answer the phone at all. We just go to the one in Arlington on 287 now. Their online ordering always works and they answer the phone! In 2023 nobody wants to or has time to go into a business place a order and wait. I might as well ear there if I'm going to do that. This is a very poorly run Waffle House.

I love the waffles. The grits were cold and lumpy, and the bacon was half cooked on one side... the young lady helping us made the visit all that much better, thank you.

Was able to call in a to go order and when I went in to pick it up. They had a customer in the building without masks on. Clearly one of the employees friends. Also the two young employees did not have a mask on either. The cook did have a mask on but one of the others made my waffles did not. Food was fine but, if the public has to a wear a mask would be nice if your employees did as well.

It was not clean. Had to wait 15 mins to be helped. Never did clean the table. The food preparers did not wear hair nets. Gross. Waffle had a strange taste. And another waitress took the syrup from me and gave to her customer. What's up with that. Won't go back

The grill was down we were warned. We decided to power through but the service was incredibly slow. It took 10 minutes to get drinks at least. When my order arrived it was incorrect and undercooked. No discount for not being able to order meat... LOVE Waffle house, just not this one.

Ate here for dinner tonight. One couple left as we were coming in, making us the only customers. 3/4 of the tables were dirty and remained that way the entire time we were there. My wife's and my orders were wrong, only our sons order was correct. The bill was wrong, the food was mediocre at best. We used to enjoy this location and the waitress seemed like she was trying, maybe not trained well.

This has got to be some kind of joke. I wrote this review 2 months ago. I got a response to day that said if there is a pricing problem go here. There was a double charge problem. The price was to high but not the problem Were extremely busy, I decided to call in an order. Had to order online instead. Placed my order and a message came up something went wrong try again later. So I went back in and got the order to go through. Then realized they had double charged me. It took 5days to get a responce and will take 4 to 10 days to get my money back.

Fast service and friendly. But food was not good. I never in my life had a burnt omelet. Grits no butter or salt and pepper. Waffle was not fully cooked. Worst thing is I made order to go , so when I got home, my wife and I was very disappointed.

I walked in and was greeted by three or four people, I sat down in a booth and sat there for five minutes and no one ever spoke to me. Finally I just got up and walked out went to IHOP instead immediately got served, and by the way there were about nine employees in there, but only eight customers. Won’t ever go back there

Last night we stopped in after a fantastic night with family and friends. Initial observation as we walked in was that they were not cleaning up efficiently after previous diners had left as there were several dirty bar-top seats and several dirty tables. After seating, we informed the waitress that we were one large group and specifically stated that our group is through the"kids at the bar top". The waiter then took over and took our orders and he seemed terribly disorganized and was wearing an airpod as well. As we sat there waiting, it was twenty minutes later that three in our party did not have their order taken which included two very hungry kids (5 and 9 years old) and the waiter took the order. As we continued to wait, it took telling the waiter four times that I was still waiting on my drink. After our food came out, it was terribly over-cooked and dry, the hash browns were dry and worst of all; the last three that had their order taken, either the waiter didn't call the order out or the chefs told him he couldn't, either way, the two kids were not getting their food in a timely manner despite us clearly stating that they were part of our party. When it came time to pay, the waiter had three tickets of which one was the food that was never made in which we told the waiter that we are not paying for the food that was never put in. There was no Leadership presence last night and when asked who we can talk to in the morning, there was no way of actually calling the store. Normally Waffle House is a great place for a quick meal but during the overnight hours, try to avoid this location.

My sister and i just left that place, wasn't busy at all . When we first sat down and ordered our coffee our waiter gave us hot tea instead of coffee. We ordered our food,waiter told the cook what to make and she starded coughing up a storm (no mask on) at first i thougjt it would be one time. but then she starded making the waffles and coughed on the batter also making our toast It was so disgusting i felt bad that the food was going to go to waist , but my sister and i decided to leave . I was not going to eat comfortably knowing my food was coughed all over. This waffle house was my favorite. but no thank you i will definitely not be going back

I recommend not going during the week. Lyra was nice but I can’t say the same about the cook. He burnt my toast on both sandwiches and my order wasn’t complete. When I go back in to have it remade he seem to have a problem doing so because he had to wake up from his nap. I’ve visited the location several times since opening a few months ago. This is the worst service I had so far.

This location has always been one of my go to spots but tonight really disappointed me. After getting off work I decided to stop here to pick up some food. I called ahead so I could just pick up but no one answered. I figured they were busy since it is a pretty popular location. Anyways I get here and it is dead besides two groups sitting in the booths on the left side and as I walk in I realize that the workers had blocked off the right side of the restaurant with chairs. There were four workers doing absolutely nothing but sitting down and blasting their music on a speaker. NONE of them acknowledged me. There was one girl attending the two groups sitting on the left side and I figured maybe she would atleast acknowledge me or even just say “We’ll be with you in a moment” but nothing. I stood there waiting for maybe 5 minutes before I ultimately decided to leave because at that point I realized they did not want nor were they interested in my business. I have never left a review before but I guess there is a first time for everything.

Just walked out of this place. I was for 5 min standing trying to order food to-go. No body asked if I needed help or was ready to order they would just look at me and turn around. Non of the workers wears their mask even when they have a sing in the front door. It stinks like throw up and I just couldn’t take it so I had to walked out before going off on that staff. Only 1 lady wearing her mask and doing her job was a black lady serving drinks, but the rest of the workers suck.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Staff presents as uninterested in being at work or providing any type of decent service. You can’t even call them to discuss an order that they filled incorrectly. I am a single mother with 4 kids. I ordered breakfast to pick up quickly and split between me and my kids. They completely ignored the extra requests for added things such as onion my hashbrowns but proceeded to charge me for them. Charged me for grits but gave hashbrowns instead. They require online ordering but aren’t even intelligent enough to follow the explicit instructions of an online order. Every employee upon entrance was chatting with one another ignoring customers and presenting attitude when patrons required service. Please take your family elsewhere for breakfast where they may put a little effort even if only for the sake of half ass doing their jobs correctly.

Ordered AllStar breakfast with hash browns and pecan waffle and bacon. Had to ask for our bacon halfway through our meal and received it three teeny tiny pieces that had been cut in half so I ordered sausage instead never got that then my waffle came to me literally half cooked. Needless to say I had eggs and hashbrowns for breakfast I do not recommend the store and will not return to the store..

Restaurant is not clean bad services

Totally disgusting. Hours after 8pm is serviced by a cook and a waitress. Neither one knows ANYTHING about what they're doing. I ordered an all-star and everything was terrible! The cook doesn't know how to cook and the waitress appears to be on her first day. Absolutely clueless! I left All the food on the table, paid, and left. DO NOT GO TO THE LOCATION UNTIL WAFFLE HOUSE REPLACES THE EMPLOYEES WITH QUALIFIED PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!

I placed a to go order yesterday sometime before 12:30 pm. I’ll just start off by saying this is by far the worse Waffle House I’ve ever gone to. The staff was talking so much amongst each other, they didn’t get my order right nor was the food good. One young lady ( light skinned, slightly plump, about 5’7 with poofy hair) actually made a racial slur towards one of her co workers. I was shocked and disgusted! I told the young lady that she needed to apologize to the man she insulted, got my food and I left. As I waited for my food, I noticed a few of the customers were offended by how some of the staff were interacting with a male customer. A black staff member ( from New Jersey) made an extremely inappropriate comment while engaging in conversation with a male customer. I’m going to call and make a formal complaint as well because if the shoe were on the other foot and the white guy was the one to make the racial comment, all hell would have broken loose! And the black staff member from New Jersey was just out of line! He mentioned something about “clapping booty cheeks” in a conversation he had with a careless male customer.

This place was filthy. Service was bad. The coffee was old and we only got half of our order. By the time we got the rest of our order we were ready to go. We have been coming to this waffle house for years and it’s been steadily going downhill. The employees cared more about playing games with each other than taking care of their customers. And the sad part is they weren’t even busy when we first got there which was around11:45 pm on may 5th 2023. I usually don’t post this type of stuff (bad reviews) but this place has just lost a loyal customer.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT AN HOUR FOR A SIMPLE BREAKFAST. There were 10 employees that started to come in to work when I came in at 9:03 pm to place an order to go for 3. It was three hashbrown bowls and I stood at the register for 8 minutes before the young lady even turned around to assist or help me. There was a family eating and another family at the bar. The employees immediately came in and starting playing and standing around not assisting or supporting the customers. When I finally placed my order, the young lady took my order but didn't take my money to pay. 20 minutes went by and she still didn't take my payment. Two young ladies came in after me and placed an order to go with a seperate employee and they received their food 15 minutes afterwards. Meanwhile I'm still waiting as I watch the chaos in the kitchen of an overstaffed crew. As a licensed Certified Chef, this chaos would not have occurred. After 35 minutes I addressed it and Noone apologized. My food finally came at 9:43, after the young lady took my payment. The overall Serviceof these individuals is SUBPAR, and someone from the district or Regional needs to come and address. I will never come back or recommend anyone to come to this location. It is the worse location I have ever experienced. I will never return.

I came in hoping it would be better. But no out of six drinks we ordered only one didn't have food and dirt floating in it . Not to mention we sat down ordered our food and then my son started not to feel good so we asked for boxes to go and they charged me $22 extra for that . I was disappointed because I was actually thirsty and wasn't able to drink any of the drinks ordered

This is the only location that we go to and we usually have great food and service. Today was the exact OPPOSITE of that. TAY, our “server” was the most rude and unprofessional individual I’ve ever encountered. She took forever to even come to our table. I will give her the benefit that she seemed to be the only server working at the time. However, we only asked for water for the drinks and she couldn’t even remember to bring them to us…and we sat at the bar area right in front of her! To make it worse, when she finally decided to take our orders, she brought our meals over piece by piece and only brought over 1/3 of what we ordered. When we inquired where the rest of our meal was she said OH! Let me call it in. Then she had the order WRONG. We waited over an hour and still hadn’t received what we ordered, but a lady came in and placed 5 to-go orders and received all of meals and left before we got a piece of bacon. Tay then told me I was being inconsiderate because I asked to speak to the manager. I’m sorry WHAT?!?! I chose to be more than patient with her slow, rude, unprofessional behavior because I felt sorry for the girl, but when she showed nothing but MORE rudeness to me it was at that moment that I knew we would need to find a new Waffle House location to frequent moving forward.

Had a server repeatedly put dirty dishes in front me, and continued to do so even after another server saw his poor behavior and moved them further down the counter (the counter was completely empty with no other people and no previously left dishes. Also washed his hands and flecked water on me without an apology and continued to refuse to take my order.

I swear every time I go in (usually late night) the staff is ALWAYS arguing! Super unprofessional the way they talk to one another in front of guest. There is one cook I don’t know his name who is always very apologetic for the behavior and it should be noted this is usually the servers. Food is fine but if I order from here it’s gonna be to go because the staff and environment or no good. We literally changed our order to to-go bc the way they were acting. There should definitely be a manager in there at night/early morning (12am-2am)

Came in with my daughter on Father's Day, and sat there at the counter for 10 minutes with employees walking by and no one even acknowledged we were there. The bar top was the only seating available and it was still dirty. I asked for it to be cleaned and they still acted like we weren't even there. Then two employees stopped to talk right in front of us and all they could say was they hoped they could go home early. We got up and left. They have no desire to serve anybody, much less make them feel welcome.

I come to this location quite often and the morning ladies are super sweet and provide good service. I came in the afternoon it was empty but super dirty and sticky. The waiter told us that they didn’t even have coffee. We walked out, this place really looked to dirty overall to even stay. All the tables looked dirty except the one we sit down. It’s understandable if they are busy but it was just us.

⭐☆☆☆☆ We visit Waffle House weekly and have never had service this bad. Our order was simple: • 2 egg breakfast (scrambled) • All-Star (scrambled, hashbrowns, sausage) • Hashbrown melt (no onions, with ham & bacon) • 5 teas What we received the first time: • 2 All-Stars, one with grits (not what we ordered) • Hashbrown melt with an egg on it (not requested) • 4 teas and 1 tea with a waffle in it (yes, really) They re-ran the order and it got worse: • The 2 egg breakfast came out completely raw and runny • Hashbrown melt had bacon but no ham • And they tried to charge us extra for salsa We don’t expect perfection every time, but this was a mess from start to finish. Disappointing and frustrating—especially from a place we regularly support. Do better.

If I could give it a zero, I would. 7 of us visited this waffle house on FM 157 in Mansfield on 12/27/24. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant....if you can call this a restaurant. There were 5 employees, and 2 other patrons around 10 pm on this Friday evening. It was not busy at all. Our server Stevie was apparently ticked off at one of the other employees when we came in. She was rude, and very short with us. We ordered our meals, but 2 of us had not received their drinks, when our server decided to sit and have her meal while we were waiting for ours to be prepared. The staff were bickering with each other,..cursing and very loud. The cook loudly told our server that she could not hear our order when she placed it because she was too busy talking about a new car with someone. At that point, we cancelled our order and left. I had never been to waffle house and was talked into going. I will not attempt it ever again. The others in my party will definitely not be back to this location. We went down the way to IHOP, where we were treated like we mattered, and the food was awesome.

I wrote a review on wrong store, I thought this was the Arlington location, this is the right location. I ordered a pecan waffle and order of bacon. $13.20!!! what happened to the price on this?? the person that took the order you could tell she was not engaged nor very friendly, her face said alot!! after food was ready she dropped the bacon after balancing it on the register doing who knows what but handling cash. Then she informed me "we aint got no bags" 6:30 am and empty....????

I went there and placed my order in person. I specifically explained exactly what I wanted. The cashier even repeated it back to me. When my order was ready, none of it was correct. When I told her about it, she caught an attitude. When I told her that I wasn’t satisfied, she got rude with me. I asked for extra syrup and she threw it at me. Then she proceeded to using foul language with me and called me the B word and wanted to fight me. I will NEVER go to that location again.

Incompetent and disorganized. I had a party of four, we got skipped by four parties that were all after us on the wait list. All parties that skipped us were either two or three people, all were put in booths that could seat four. That should have been for us; not only because we were before them on the wait list, but because there were several places open that had three seats available. The other groups just did not want to sit at the bar seating. I'll mention again, they were all after us on the wait list so there is no reason they should have been given priority.

Went inside and use the restroom trash and live bugs on the floor. Went to go and seat myself and overheard the cook saying he is not taking orders anymore amd then the staff lied to my face about it saying that thier system was down even though they take orders by hand and the point of sales system was up and running. Mind you they had about 8 to 10 customers in their already

I GAVE A SECOND CHANCE WHEN I HAD TO SAY SOMETHING ABOUT CLEANLINESS HANDLING MY FOOD THE FIRST TIME,AND MESSED UP 2 OMELETTES, SO I DIDN'T GET THAT!!! I EVEN LEFT A TIP!!! ALREADY HUNGRY AFTER WORK, I GET HOME AND HOW DARE Y'ALL PUT MY WAFFLES IN A DIRTY TRAY, PLUS LOOK AT THEM, IM DONE WITH PLACES THAT DON'T CARE ABOUT HOW THEY HANDLE PEOPLE FOOD AND NEED TO CONTACT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!!!!!!! SO IM GOING TO BED HUNGRY, I NEED MY MONEY BACK WHEN I RETURN THIS MESS ON THE WAY TO WORK LATER!!!!!!!!

Since we were on vacation looking to buy a house, we came across this Waffle House. I was disappointed with this location. This was the first place we actually ate at in the morning from arriving on the last delayed flight. We dined here middle of the month January 2022. They were really busy. We didn't mind if we had to wait but we got to sit at the counter. A guy led us to the counter and he cleaned it for us. Our server was really nice and did refill my coffee. However, the food was not what I expected. I've been to Waffle House in different States but this was the worst. The cooks seemed disorganized. One guy kept telling out the order to them. The food just sat on the line where they keep the food. Our food was cold by the time we got it. The bacon tasted really old. My husband's food wasn't worth taking a picture of. I did take a picture of mine since I like to show you what I ordered and what I tasted. My husband told me to try his food because his bacon tasted exactly like mine. I declined cause I didn't want to get sick if it was old and I'm only in Texas for a week. We didn't eat all of our food. I should've taken the picture of what we had left on our plate. I may try this location again if we are in Mansfield when we return in a week.
