Had the best server I have ever had at this location. Cici was very polite, not once did she seem to be in a rush (although I saw how many tables she waited). I’ll be back sooner than usual

We had Brittany on Friday evening and despite the restaurant being supper busy, she was totally on point!! If you could clone a server, she would be the one. Food is always good. The Ravioli Carbonara is a great entree.

We had a great experience!! The food was awesome and right on point. 👍 The waitress we had was OUTSTANDING!! I hate that I can't remember her name. She is by far the best waitress I have ever had in my life and I'm 46 yrs old. She talked to us like we were family and was very respectful. It's great when you can go to a restaurant and have a great time, meal and experience. I will definitely be going back and I want be waiting on by noone but her!! We tipped her good too! When you take good care of your customers, most of the time, they will take care of you as well. So Mrs. Lady, you are GREAT at your job and you know it well. So we were seated right away and our server's name was Laiza. She was kind and helpful. our bread sticks were AMAZING. They were soft, crunchy, and seasoned just right. I got the kids cheese pizza and it was delicious. Overall I would recommend this place to everyone. From my grandson.

Dined with my husband on Valentines Day in Mansfield, TX. Hayden was our waiter, and he was fabulous! Checking on us and prompt with refills of drinks and soup. Very friendly, professional and helpful. Very pleasant experience.

My husband and I went a couple days ago to have dinner without the clean up lol. And we were lucky enough to have Pierce as our server. He is great! He has great attitude and made sure everything was going good for us our whole time. He's not one of those servers that bothers you a lot, he keeps it at a minimum, and when he does he makes it count. Never had to ask for anything because he was on it. Ask for Pierce y'all, I know we will next time! 10/10 all around great young man with a nice personality.

This Olive Garden is great. We don't come to this one as often, but the service was great. We had a newer server, so there were moments when she struggled, but she still did a great job. It was very busy, and everyone seemed to handle it well!

I came to dinner with some friends and my experience was a good one from beginning to end. We had an awesome waitress by the name of Kylee who added on to the awesome experience. She was kind and very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. She took our order and the food came out quickly and it was nice and hot. Everything was fresh and delicious. I absolutely received 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 service from the Olive Garden. I called my order during lunchtime. The hostess taking my order provided information to help me decide what to order. When I arrived, I was greeted by the same friendly hostess I had spoken with on the phone; she promptly retrieved my order. I NEVER tip take out unless it's curbside, but I did on this day. Food was of quality, and everything was nicely proportional and temperature appropriate. Food was delicious.

Pierce was one of the best servers I've had in a long time! We had a party of 12 and they set up tables for us quickly. Pierce took everything in stride; our drinks were never empty, and our food came out very promptly. I recommend asking for Pierce and tipping him accordingly, because he was amazing!

This place has very delicious food I absolutely love eating here the service was excellent, the tea fantastic, not to mention the salad and breadsticks that were fantastic as well as the main course food. The atmosphere here is wonderful it is clean and the restrooms are also very clean and well maintained. We were seated quickly even though we arrived during the busy dinner hours. Our waiter was very attentive, friendly and polite. He went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable.I just love coming to eat here and their prices are decent still, it does not look like they have increased much if at all over the last few years I will definately be back again!

This is a really great place to eat and it is in the same shopping complex as the movie theater so we ate here and then walked over to see a movie. We had the extreme pleasure of having Johana as our waitress and she was soo friendly, helpful, attentive and allowed us to eat at our own pace. The food was very good and the overall atmosphere is very relaxing. We ate in the bar area which is open seating so we could watch TV and I'm so glad we did. We had the salad, fried mushrooms, mozzarella sticks and chicken and shrimp carbonara and it was extremely good. We took our time eating as we were not in a rush and Johana didn't rush us not once. The place was not loud and we will definitely be back to eat here again. I highly RECOMMEND this Olive Garden and you will find so much to do within walking distance from this restaurant. So head on over and I'm sure you will enjoy it as much as we did.

Makayla is an exceptional server. She neither hovered over our table nor disappeared. As soon as I drank the last swallow of my tea a new glass appeared. The manager, I believe that's who she was, was AMAZING!!!! The lady didn't miss a beat!! Our server certainly pick led it up as well, Brooklyn. All in all I would absolutely recommend this location. They accommodated our large party well. Additionally, we had so many people and they did not add gratuity to the checks. I tip well, and was surprised not to see it, needless to say I tipped well above the 22%. I understand the practice of adding gratuity to large parties, it's just something about establishments not adding it automatically.

It was National Ravioli day and we decided on Olive Garden. Hadn’t been to this location before and they did not disappoint. WAY better than the one by The Parks mall in Arlington. Food was delish and cooked properly and the waitress, Kay, even took our adjustments to the salad and got that right too!! They NEVER get that right. At ANY location! She was AWESOME! Waiter named Stanley was amazing! He was very attentive with checking on me and my kids. Asking if we needed anything, removing plates, etc we were finished with. Typical restaurant (hostesses) do judge you on how you’re dressed. Those dressed in casual clothing were seated near the bar area. Those dressed up were on the opposite side of the restaurant. Friendly piece of advice, do not judge people by what they wear. Because I typically tip my server over the standard 20%. Mr. Stanley received a 35% tip for exceptional customer service. Definitely recommend asking for him when you visit this location.

We had a wonderful server named Grace! She was so helpful, always there when we needed her and had a beautiful attitude. So hard to find in today's world. The food was very good. Serving size was perfect. Drinks were very tasty and priced fairly. The atmosphere was wonderful with awesome Italian music. This location is very clean and decorated very nicely.

Soups were good. Bread seemed stale, and the cheese sticks tasted like something you’d get served in a school cafeteria, but it was curbside so I can let that past, but the meal with grilled chicken tortellini was horrible due to the chicken being very rubbery and inedible . $20 for a dish without seafood I expect to be at least good. I don’t leave long reviews like this usually, but this has happened in the past. Next time, if I do order a dish with chicken it definitely won’t be grilled

We visited this location while in the area for an event. Shout out to the hostess, Regina! She was warm and welcoming and helped get our large party seated within 20 minutes. Our waitress could have been better. She wasn't familiar with the menu items nor did she take initiative to get answers to our questions. Appreciated the calm atmosphere and being able to talk amongst ourselves since it wasn't loud in the area we sat in.

The food is always good. I don't feel like we were taken care of very well. There was not very many people in at 12:45, nice, we turned in order for appetizers and ordered food because some people in our party had to leave at 2. First off she brought out 1 meal. The one that needed to leave at 2. When it should have been brought out with the rest. Also the appetizers were brought out at that time to. Salad and bread(not seasoned) brought out. Not happy and grand child isn't going to be eating with us when our dinner arrives. We ask for fresh bread, so not warm or seasoned, meal arrives. Plates get moved around. Bill gets complicatedly divided out. I hope it gets fixed before dinner tonight so things go smoothly.

The service was underwhelming. The food was what you would expect from a large chain. Good, but not anything you would have about. The people were nice, hard working, but woefully trained. It is evident that the systems put in place for the service points are either not adequate (which is on the corporate guidelines) or not enforced ( which is on the store management team). There was confusion, disorganization, and poor communication. I felt like I was at an auction house, as none of the servers knew who had what. They were eager to get away from the table, resulting in countless trips back and forth to get refill orders and our dessert order. ( They asked for dessert order, and as soon as 3 people of the 12 ordered, they left and returned with 2 desserts. Then, they took 3 more orders and returned with 3 desserts. Then they took 3 more orders and returned with 3 desserts, then returned with the first order they had never brought out. Nice, friendly, and their body language never conveyed bad attitude. Evidently, there is a lack of training and/or enforcement of service protocols. It will be a long while before I return.

I had a nice time! The food was great, and the atmosphere was nice. Then, we wanted refills (for our never ending soup and bread), but our server was nowhere to be found. We asked another server where she went, and offered to get what we needed. Then, after she left, our server Brooke approached with hostility and asked what we needed. We explained to her that we told the other server what we wanted, but she still insisted we told her and said, and I quote, "Well I'M your server, so WHAT did you NEED?" We told her, and when she came back with our stuff, she continued to treat us rudely, glanced at us from across the restaurant. Also, she had not enabled the payment at the table, and had to wait even longer to leave the uncomfortable situation.

We arrived a little before 2pm for a late lunch. The restaurant was not packed at this time however when we asked to sit in a booth the 2 hosts fumbled back and forth as to which booth to sit our party of 3! We where sat at a clean booth and out waitress was promptly there to take our drink orders. We ordered waters and 2 cocktails. They got the waters out right away but the drinks didn't show up for 30 minutes. The soup and salad didn't make its way to the table quickly at all. It was a 37 minute wait for those items. Our entrees came out 48 minutes after we placed our order. The waitress was not really that attentive. I had an empty water glass and my cocktail glass and she just took the cocktail glass and didn't even bother to ask if I wanted more water. Of course once we paid at the table kiosk the waitress was happy to get us anything we needed so we could get up and get out. The menu is very small compared to years ago and it seems to just be missing the mark. My son ordered a kids entree and wanted to sub Alfredo for the marinara the waitress told us there would be an upcharge which I was fine with and once I saw the receipt I was blown away that they would charge $2.29 to sub a ladle full of sauce you have just sitting in the pan in the back. Like a full jar of Alfredo costs that much at the store. Olive Garden has really lost its luster in my eyes. The food is good but the wait times and inattentive staff really kill the experience.

Overall this meal was a waste of my money. I paid LOADS of money on my family of 7 to go here and it was not worth it. The chicken and shrimp tasted rancid. Even my little kids who absolutely love chicken couldn’t stand the smell of it let alone the taste. The meat at this restaurant was EXTREMELY disappointing as like I said the chicken and shrimp were absolutely disgusting not only that but we were told the meatballs were beef only to find out that they weren’t. The salad was the only thing we ate and it was brought out and only ever refilled once. The breadsticks were forgotten and brought out a little before we decided to leave the restaurant. If you’re going to go here trust me, you will eat the salad and the salad only. The only reason you got 2 stars and not one was because of the waitress. She did an okay job and there is nothing to say about her. However, this was a COMPLETE WASTE of my money and experience time! Would not recommend!!

I want to start this review off by saying our server Johanna was PHENOMENAL, she was so kind and generous and truly wanted to make a connection with me and my party. She has nothing to do with this review we loved having her as our server. My issue is with the manager of this location Deshawn. My fiancé found a hard piece of what we believed to be seafood bone in his seafood pasta. When we told our server she quickly grabbed a manager to come speak to us. we weren't expecting a refund or compensation of anytime we just wanted the issue to be made aware so they can be more thorough with their dishes. The manager was blatantly rude and told as that their shrimp doesn't come with tails so it couldn't have been that and practically called us liars because there were just pieces of the hard substance on the plate because my fiancé had ingested some of it. He continued to be disrespectful and condescending until eventually i told him "well if it isn't a tail the. it something unknown and that's worse" he simply dismissed me again and told us he would just take the food off of the bill. If you are going to be leadership in an establishment you should at least have a little care for the service and customer connection you provide. I tipped my server because again she was above and beyond amazing to us, but i sincerely believe that the manager needs to go through retraining in customer service.

Today was, meh! I always order the Shrimp Scampi whenever I decide to eat here. This dish is served with Angel Hair Pasta. I usually go to The Cheesecake Factory for Shrimp Scampi. I should've gone there today. I guess Olive Garden didn't have Angel Hair Pasta and had to use Spaghetti Noodles. I do not like Spaghetti noodles because they tend to overcook and the noodles will swell and become mushy. The noodles made my stomach upset. I threw away Olive Garden's noodles, made Angel Hair Noodles and mixed my noodles into the Shrimp and veggies. The first pic is what Olive Garden served and the second pic is the Angel Hair Pasta I made. There's a difference in size and texture. Also, the bread sticks were hard. They tasted old. I trashed the bread sticks and salad. If there's an ingredient that's not available at the time of an order that will cause for a substitution, let the customer know. Today, money was wasted...

For our first time experience in this location, IT WAS NOT GOOD! To start, my dish was accompanied by a hair in it. So I returned the dish. After waiting 20 minutes for my remake, my wife and son had already finished with their dish(at which no point did the Manager come out to apologize for the harry situation). As I was about to start my meal another server attending the table behind us spilled half the jar of ice cold water on both my wife and son(my wife getting the bigger portion on her entire back and her right leg). The Manager and the server still had the audacity to ask if my wife if she wanted napkins to dry herself off(WHAT DO YOU THINK!!???)! OUR, server apologized for what happened. What was also upsetting about the situation was that the server who spilled water on my wife and son had a horrible attitude and was acting as if it was my wife and son's fault she spilled water on them(REALLY!!??) The only thing we enjoyed was our desserts(that's the ONLY reason for the two stars).

We were greeted nicely then an older woman server just stood in our way. Talking and ignoring the fact we wanted to be seated.The food was good and my drinks. But the server seemed to want us rushed out the door. She gave us our dessert in to go carton. Despite the fact I ordered it for dine-in. It made me feel unwanted although I do not think it was intentionally done. It damaged my experience.

The service was extremely slow and the restaurant was not that busy when we arrived. The server took 10 to 15 minutes between visits to the table. Took 30 minutes to get salad and drink refills were few and far between. Definitely not worth the price we paid for lunch.

We ordered off lunch menu and it was tasteless, unattractive and the famous breadsticks had way too much garlic. We placed two orders one lasagne one parmigiana chicken with spaghetti. The lasagna had a burnt or overcooked taste and the parmigiana chickens crust was soggy. And the spaghetti was floating in so much sauce it was like soup noodles. Olivie Garden has always been a go to for us but after this last meal probably no longer. I will give outstanding applause to the waiter, Elliott, he was totally amazing.

The food here was pretty good. The atmosphere is amazing. Not too loud and well lit. Unfortunately our waitress was absolutely terrible! She never refilled drinks or our soups unless we asked her. She told us that she was going to get us more breadsticks and then forgot. When we asked for more she never apologized for forgetting. She just seemed like we were inconveniencing her. This was a bad experience for my family and I.

We waited for an hour for our food. We got there at 11:20 and we ordered and got salad and breadsticks. 40 minutes later the waiter had to come back to ask us because he didn’t remember what we ordered. 20 minutes later we found ourselves leaving and talking to the manager. We didn’t have to pay. They should’ve payed us. A waste of our time and a waste of our day. 0/5 stars I never recommend going to this location. I love this place but never go to this location!

The food was good as always! But the service was absolutely awful! Our salad, bread, appetizer, and dinner came out all at once! Our sever never came back to our table or checked on us, she just continued to walked by us. Definitely won’t be going back to this location!

Regardless of my situation the manager tried to correct me. The bread was stale seems like they have hot butter laying around to brush the old bread to seem like its hot. The food was cold. This was one of my items very sloppy.

Well, apparently we dodged a bullet looking at all the negative reviews for this location. We arrived at 9pm on a Saturday night (they close at 11pm). We asked to be seated in a booth in the bar, there was one other couple already seated. The parking lot was bare when we arrived and there were very few customers in the dining room. We waited and waited for a waitstaff member to come to our booth and nothing. Finally after 15 minutes we walked past the female manager and at least five employees standing at the front hostess area talking and left. Not one of the employees nor the manager (who had seated us) said a word as we left. I am glad that on a Saturday night when the restaurant barely had any customers they could afford to lose a $100 check.

I normally do not write reviews and I normally brush things off. I can’t with this one. My husband almost choked on this piece of plastic found in his raviolis. I’m so disappointed at the fact that people DO NOT care. This is a great example of people not caring. I will no longer eat at ANY Olive Garden ever again. I felt rushed off the phone when I spoke to the GM so I will be reaching out to corporate office. I’m sure the GM can only do so much. I can not Imagine if my husband would have died from choking while eating lunch from Olive Garden. I hate to think people have to check their food for any choking hazards before they eat. Hopefully the Mansfield location will be more careful preparing food for their customers.

I came in last Thursday and ordered the Shimp scampi. It was bland had no flavor at all. Tasted like the pasta came right out of the water into the bowl.

If i could give this restaurant 0 stars i would. We had a HORRIBLE experience being our first time there. DeShawn the manger raised his voice multiple times, Kept coming back to our table to address a situation & he got loud and let the whole restaurant know what our situation was. Very very unprofessional & should not be a manger. I will be coming in contact with HR about this. Just thought yall should know this restaurant does not care about customers. My father had to get up & talk loud so he would get away from our table but kept coming back. horrible management & i will not be coming back if he is aloud manger after this.

I'm starting to realize all these restaurants suggested tips are based on the total bill after taxes. Why am I tipping on taxes? Fix this and get your stars back OG! GREAT PLACE TO EAT OTHERWISE!

Food was below normal. Breadsticks were hard, soup cold, lasagna tasted like metal.

Now I’m not the biggest Salad fan in the world, I’ll admit that! I’ve been that way my entire childhood but once I tasted the Olive Garden salad it changed my entire perspective on salads. The Olive Garden salad is the only salad I eat till this day. But for some reason today they dropped the ball big time! The lettuce and veggies in the salad were really soggy and a lot of the lettuce and brown stains all over them. I feel like I got an old salad today. Very very very disappointed. Come on Olive Garden, Do BETTER!

This is the second visit that was a complete disappointment. The table was dirty and got gooo on my wife shirt. The service was slow as always. My main course cheese stuffed gnocchi with shrimp was dissatisfying. Had to order a shot for my drink just to taste it. The cheese cake tastes as if it was left in the fridge for a week. They did take the inedible cheesecake off our tab 🙄

I only went last night because my son loves Olive Garden but last night’s experience was beyond horrible …… from being charged for something I didn’t ask for to my food being nasty and to top it off my waitress never came back to the table instead she was kissing on another man in another booth and him rubbing on her butt in front of us it was just unacceptable and I’m disappointed

Extremely disappointing experience. My mom and I were seated and then completely ignored for over 30 minutes. My mom wears a hijab, and we couldn’t help but notice that other tables were helped while we were repeatedly passed over. We asked multiple waitresses for assistance, and each one said the exact same thing: “Let me get your waitress” — yet no one ever came back. This happened over and over. At some point it no longer felt like a mistake or bad service, but intentional neglect. Regardless of the reason, no guest should ever be treated this way. Very unprofessional service and a situation that made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We will not be returning.

Went in and was seated, was served bread in the most hostile way, but let it go. Then proceeded to wait 20 minutes and no one had come ask us for our order. I then walked up to the waitress serving the table next to us and told her we haven’t been served and she said “I’ll go find your waitress” , she returned to her tables and still no waiter for my family and I. It has no been 30 minutes, no one has looked at us the waitress serving the bar and table behind us wouldn’t acknowledge us. A random waitress passed by our table and asked if we’d been served I then said “no we haven’t and we’re about to leave” she said”okay let me go get your waitress”. 5 minutes later, no waiter in sight. We then left gracefully and the waitress I had talked to earlier watched us leave, and said nothing. In total I waited 35 minutes and didn’t receive any care at all, even the bread that was given to us was done in the most aggressive way

They are getting very stingy with there soup orders. My soup looked like someone ate half of it! And this was not the only bowl of soup we got. The other one was same way. . Why are y’all not filling the bowls up ? These should have been half price. We dined in and got to go orders . If this is the new bowl size you should cut the price in half!
