A very welcoming and warm restaurant. As soon as you enter, you feel like you've been embraced and welcomed like family. The dishes are generous, from starters to main courses and dessert. When you're served dessert, it feels like you're in a dream. Wonderful flavors and textures. Very fast service. There's a garden where children can play safely. Easy to get to.

A place that deserves a 5-star rating. For everything. The food, delicious, varied, and truly plentiful; the tasteful wood furnishings; the fantastic staff; the cleanliness; the price; the doggy bag that's always prepared (if there's only two of you, you'll have a hard time eating everything you order). Discovered thanks to friends from Mantua, it's the restaurant we'd all love to have close to home. Needless to say, when we return to Mantua, it'll be our regular stop. Well done! Osteria Casa Benini is located in Mantua, housed in a renovated farmhouse. The lush green exterior is a lovely feature, with a vine-covered archway that keeps the tables cool even in the hottest months of the year. Inside, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, maintaining a characteristic rustic feel. The staff is very courteous and polite, as well as extremely knowledgeable. It's interesting that there's a different menu every day; the portions are generous yet well-prepared and of the highest quality. It's fantastic that every product served is homemade. We'll definitely be back, especially in the winter to try their famous grilled meats.

First time dining here. I was familiar with their cuisine because I've eaten at 5 Lire several times and always liked it. I had a great meal here too, with quality ingredients, all paired with a good bottle of wine. The service was friendly and helpful. The carpaccio was excellent, as were the tartare and Chianina meatballs. I recommend it!
