Came here in the afternoon, craving for a yummy burger, and as I waited in the line a man with a pink shirt and Cuban hat was screaming at the workers. Demanding that he needed to be helped, even though he made no line. I bit my tongue because I’m pregnant, and I was already having a bad day. What made my day better was how professional the team stayed while being threatened by this racist man. He was yelling at them first before the manager came in to inform the rude man about his attitude. They weren’t refusing service, they were still going to help him but he needed to be nicer. The fact that the team stayed professional AND calm, made the guy feel like a fool. The manager protected his team and his team backed him up due to the ridiculous threat on calling ICE to the store. That wasn’t necessary at all, especially if it was for food service. Great job to the manager, and great job to the team for keeping their calm!! Hospitality is NOT or the weak hearted. I’ll forever come back to support a business like this as long as they stay professional, respectful, and teamwork is a must!
Friendly & efficient staff, convenient location on Bergenline, food tastes great. Management need to get a handle on all the non-customers that are just sitting around, doom scrolling/watching stuff on their phones with loud audio, which is annoying when you're trying to have a quiet lunch.
The restaurant was very clean and wheelchair accessible. There is a parking garage located across the street, but it is not affiliated with this Burger King. The restrooms were clean as well, though a key is required to use them. The coffee is fresh.
This is one of the few rare Burger King that just does everything correct. The customer service was impeccable, the dining area was spotless, and the contactless self pour soda machines using the QR code, chef's kiss. Wish I took pictures. Will do on my next visit!
This Burger King is the best one I’ve gone to the worker I think his name was Howard was very kind and gave me everything I ordered I just to give him some recognition

My favorite BK location! Always clean, the decor and lighting on point, the staff is great and the food is excellent. I wish all the other locations were like this! Photos of the place because i like it lol and my favorite milkshake, I had the rodeo drive and the chicken fries.
I recently visited Burger King by 35th St & Bergerline Ave and had a fantastic experience. No matter breakfast shift or dinner shift, I was greeted with warm smiles and welcoming attitudes. Everything I ordered was hot, delicious, and tasted fresh. You could tell that the team takes pride in serving quality meals. One thing I really appreciated was the quick processing time. Even though the restaurant was fairly busy, I received my order promptly. This efficiency is a testament to the awesome store manager Howard who clearly has a great system in place. The team worked like a well-oiled machine, ensuring that everyone got their food quickly without sacrificing quality. With its friendly staff, amazing store manager, delicious food, and fast service, it's a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a good fast food experience. I'll definitely keep coming back! Great place! Jessica the manager and her staff are very friendly and always accommodating to guests that need the extra help. They always are willing to accommodate vegan guests as well and cook the impossible burgers in the microwave for no cross contamination. With Jessica this place is so much better than in previous years
It's a fast food place. Service isn't too slow. I usually send my son, but when I go it's pretty clean. Usually a lot of people downstairs. Fries and onion rings are good. I don't get much else unless they have the stuffed cheetos.
I like the price and if you write the questionnaire behind recipes. You will get a tiny discount for your burger

So I usually come here for breakfast and take it to go. The lines can build up but the biggest issue is the slow service. They fill orders very slow and barely speak English. If you speak Spanish it's a plus. They have 1 cashier and 1 food prep woman in the back that's it. There's a shelter near by so sometimes you see homeless hanging out in there but they don't bother you. The bathroom is always blocked off I don't know what that's about. I'll be back to this location because I have no choice when in the area.

Ate at this Burger King and found the metal bristles from a brush here. Yes that’s right from a cleaning brush in my burger. I had already eaten a couple of big bites and I was disgusted and scared. I showed it to the lady at the counter who asked me why I ate it if I knew there were metal bristles (dumb question? I saw the bristles after) and after some back and forth she told me she couldn’t do anything and that she would call the cops if I kept asking pestering for answers. Wait it gets better, I contacted Burger King at their corporate office and they told me they can’t do anything to ensure anyone’s safety because it’s independently owned. They passed the feedback to the chain operator but there was no guarantee he would do anything about it or he would do anything to prevent this from happening again because this Burger King is independently owned. If the owner wanted to speak to me or see the evidence they would reach out to me but they never did. Disgusting

I go there everytime I’m out and everything and I went to order my moms order and then I dropped my cup on the ground and then I asked for new one because I dropped it. Then the manager told me he couldn’t give me new one. Then I said that’s doesn’t make sense then asked why he said. It’s not my problem and I didn’t drop it. I said I’m not asked transfer cup I’m asking new one I dropped it. He said no I walked off me and mom I had to use her cup for my drink. And it’s was bad. It’s normal not like this but I don’t care. Who you are don’t treat me like that.
A fast food restaurant that likes to close an hour and 30 minutes before closing talking about “ only to go “ yeah I went to go to a different restaurant I’m on a bike how would I carry the food. Just wanted to eat for 15 mins after work 🤷♂️🤷♂️ says they close at 12 yet it was 10:30 whatever
This place never let you use the restrooms regardless how much you spend ! They just let Spanish speakers people!!!
The Burger King here is seriously understaffed My order took 20 minutes after the kiosk and the incoming staff was aggressive. It’s one value fires and one burger How long can that take?! 22 minutes in, “I’m just waiting…” The young lady would proceed to take other(s) orders and/or potentially make their orders over my older order. So much for ‘fast food.’
This experience was horrifying. The general manager @ your location 35St and Bergenline Ave in union city NJ. He was out of control yelling @ GrubHub delivery persons. I was trying to purchase a shack and started cursing @ me. Telling me to wait when he was no longer busy. Then he told one of his workers to charge me. Then stated that he only had chocolate milk not a shake. I asked for my money back. And again he’s still yelling @ everyone. And said he could not give me my money back. Because then I was done with this person's rudeness. I was telling him off this is not good restaurant behavior. I’m will be moving forward with legal action immediately. I will also be in touch with Mayor Brian Stack and city council to get your shop closed. I will see your company in court.
This is unfortunately the slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Waited 25 minutes to get my order of two burgers. Many people in line waiting lengthy periods of time for their food too.
