Me encanta la comida y el ambiente. El servicio aún debe mejorar

Muy bueno, excelente lugar para comer y disfrutar de un rato agradable. Solo que el servicio de salsas es muy extenso o los platos en los que sirven muy grandes que 3 personas no cabíamos en mesa para 4, deben trabajar más rápido las entradas, por qué sirven todo al mismo timepo

Don't let the dual specialty in the name deter you. Both the pizza and sushi are excellent. The sushi is Mexican sushi so the variety isn't very vast but what they make is delicious and fresh. Prices are reasonable as well. Also, the climate control/AC is on the cool side, fyi.

Recommended by friends. Zo is a very pleasing restaurant. The decor has a very Japanese feel to it with a water feature running through the middle. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We ordered the California rolls and the tempura vegetables. Both were excellent and more then the 2 of us could eat. I will be back to try some of their seafood as well as their wood fired pizza that looked and smelt fabulous. Covid protocol were followed by all staff.

La atención de cocina es demasiado rápida los meseros son muy atentos la comida deja mucho que desear y los precios un poco elevados.

Muy buena la comida, un poco lento el servicio.. Pero vale la pena..

El lugar es acogedor tienen una buena variedad en bebidas y platillos, solo falta llevar mejor las medidas de distanciamiento entre mesa y mesa.

La lasagna no es su fuerte, los makis buenos y con buena presentación, la pizza decente, la lechuga de la ensalada parece que la cortaron desde la mañana ya algo reseca y marchita pero en general un 4 de 5

Nada que haga un diferencial entre los restaurante del mismo giro en Manzanillo, la comida es aceptable y el servicio es bueno al comensal, sin embargo, proceso de facturación no corresponde ser el mejor para el cliente...tienes que tomar foto a tu ticket y tu comprobante de pago y enviarlo a un correo...eso no es atención al cliente..no es práctico.

Los vegetales super cocinados, y el arroz le hace falta sabor , el mojito no esta como es. El arroz se le debe agregar vinagre de arroz en cocina oriental Los vegetales deben ir salteados en mi opinión. Todo chef debería saberlo es lo que se enseña.

I have never left a negative review before, but we were so disappointed with our experience at Zo…we read the reviews, we looked at the photos. We waited almost an hour, then received the wrong pizza. We know the waiter got the order correct, but the pizza maker obviously didn’t read it. We sent the pizza back and then we watched as the pizza maker and the waiter, who did not wash his hands, picked most of the wrong toppings off, and threw on the correct ones. Also, our pizza had no tomato sauce. Of course it was cold. It was the worst pizza we’ve had in a long time.

Terrible service. They told us we were late, had reservation for 6pm, arrived 5:57. They said they called multiple times and would not receive us, I had no calls obviously from them. Showed them my phone and they limited to state well, if we let you on you have to order immediately since we are closing kitchen at 6:15. When I made reservation I asked the times, they said we are good at 6pm, I asked so can we come and take our time, this is a family dinner we are having so not rushing things. I know the owner in person and well, if he thinks this is ok then I will never return to his restaurant and won't recommend. Unfortunately a bad employee with no criteria or sense of service is ruining his restaurant.

First off, I'd like to say that our server was very attentive and pleasant. That is where the nice part of this experience ends. The chefs should be embarrassed by what they serve as sushi. They all should go back to school and take more classes. The rolls, cones and nigiri were horrible. Utterly meagre portions of fish for each dish. The fish that was included was paper thin, with a giant glob of rice. It's hard to describe how bad the rice was: mushy, glutenous and bland. Every roll seemed to be the same (a tidbit of pollack with cucumber), with a different tiny topping. I had better sushi in Saltillo, San Miguel de Allende and Morelia - all of which are all in the interior of Mexico. We are on the coast here in Manzanillo...WFT! The best part of the meal was the gadi (pickled ginger) which came clearly out of a jar. How can they knowingly serve this awful food and for the prices they charge? I don't know how anyone who has eaten sushi here can write a positive review. Two beers and disgusting sushi was over $1000 pesos for two people. I give it one star because I have to.
