Employee's are the best. Smoothies are thes best. Peanut butter moo'd with no choclate and sub soy for almond milk. Life...
Joshanda & Lexi were amazing in how they treated me. They were very helpful, personable, hospitable and made my 1st visit to this particular Jamba Juice store very pleasant. They made me want to come back. Even though I'm visiting from out of state, I definitely do plan on coming back to this location again to fulfill my Jamba juice craving the next time I'm in the area. Thank you Joshanda & Lexi for preparing my drinks and making it taste so good. This truly was the best tasting Jamba that I've had in awhile.
Great smoothies and service but they are in great need of more staff!! Wait times have become very long because there is only one person on staff to take orders and fill orders.
3:12pm 10/4/23 great service from the lady w braces. Just wish management was able to hire more people at this location because it can get really backed up sometimes
Awesome customer service! Prompt production and everyone was willing to make recommendations. Large assortment of grab and go snacks and hot foods; more than other Jamba Juices. They even have cheers/chants!
This was my first time stepping into a Jamba Juice—any Jamba Juice, actually—and I have to say, the experience left a refreshing impression. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a clean, bright atmosphere and that familiar tropical vibe that Jamba leans into. The layout was open and functional, with plenty of natural light and a simple interior design that didn’t distract from what really mattered: the juice. Mia was the real highlight of my visit. She was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what she was doing behind the counter. She crafted my smoothie with care, and it showed. The texture was smooth, not too icy, and the balance of berry flavors was spot on—tart where it needed to be, subtly sweet without being overpowering. It was well-blended, well-portioned, and absolutely satisfying. I appreciated how efficient the process was—there wasn’t much of a wait, and the order came out just as requested. The menu was surprisingly robust, offering a range of smoothies, juices, and bowls with nutritional transparency and custom options, which is perfect for someone on the go who still wants to eat (or drink) clean. The one small note for improvement? The space could use just a touch more energy—some music at a livelier volume or a bit more engagement from the staff overall might help bring out the “fruit-fueled” personality they advertise in their branding. But that’s a minor note in what was otherwise a solid, enjoyable visit. And let’s not forget the signage inside: “Squeeze the Day”—a playful reminder to live fully, one smoothie at a time. Jamba nailed it. I’ll definitely be back! Thanks Mia.

We love this Jamba Juice. It is never too crowded and the service is just wonderful. The place is spotless and always looks so nice. They have a great selection of juices and smoothies. They are always made fresh and always made the exact way you ordered them. personally, I love their fresh squeezed orange juice. I watch them make it and it is nothing but a ton of great oranges. There is none better to be had. The rest of my family enjoy all the smoothies. They love the super healthy ones and even the sweet ones. They add things to the menu now and again. I just can't say enough about how great this place is. Parking is easy and free.
I will definitely come back, smoothies are delicious! Deby and Abraham are awesome! Everyone does a great job here. Super clean!
Today I came to Jamba Juice and Blainer gave me GREAT customer service. He was professional and pleasant, very clean ( he washed his hands after everyone he served and when he touched things) I don’t usually write reviews but this young man need to be recognized for THE GREAT WORK HE IS DOING AT THIS LOCATION
Stopped by on a Sunday around 4:30 pm. It was pretty busy. There was one person taking orders and one person making the drinks. Even though it was busy, the two staff got everyone's order out quick!
I was just in this Jamba Juice. Thursday at 5 o’clock. There is a younger man working and he was so extremely patient with my autistic client. It seems like not a big deal but a little bit of patience really goes a long way and I wish I would have gotten his name because his service was greatly appreciated today. My client likes to go to this Jamba Juice because every time is a good experience.

Service has definitely improved at this Jamba Juice. The staff are very friendly. Sometimes this place gets very busy and you'll have to wait for awhile especially on weekends.
Orange C Booster is a favorite choice and always goes down good. Ruby L made it perfect and was very helpful, kind and pleasant.
great place, good customer service. I go there with my friend all the time, and I enjoy helping out a company as long as they properly help me when I'm there :)
I actually didn't plan getting Jamba Juice, but since it was a warm day and conveniently located near where I had parked, why not?! All the staff members said welcome in unison, which was a nice surprise. I had a coupon on my phone and was able to use it with no problem. Lines came and went quickly. I'd be back.
The people here are pretty snobby. I ordered Strawberries Wild and a Belgian waffle. The drink was great but the waffle was like weird. It tasted very strange. I had this waffle plenty times in various locations across Los Angeles but this is the only one where I took a bite and tasted absolutely nothing—YET it was drenched in sugar. I’m not sure what happened here. Maybe they forgot something. I don’t know but it wasn’t good. I took a single bite and almost threw up. It was gross but I’d definitely come back for the drink.
I really love this location because the employees are very thoughtful when giving suggestions for colds, etc. But pretty please don't let this happen again, at least wipe it off before serving! Thanks !!

I wish you could sit while they take their time making my smoothie, it was good, but standing a long time gave me a lot of pain on the hard floor.
I fell in love with smoothies all the back in the 90s when Jamba Juice was called Juice Club! I'm happy that they've added the fresh-squeezed options, as that's really what you expect from a place with juice in the name, right? The Acai bowls need some work. It's great that they've added them to the menu, but the staff is very inconsistent when it comes to the quality, texture and flavor. Same for the smoothies actually. You can order the same smoothie each day, but it will taste different depending who makes it -- isn't that why they have a recipe?
Oooh where do I start...the floors were dirty and the bench by the window 2..one girl had a loose pony tail and was cutting up 🍓 without gloves- scratched her scalp and touched the 🍓...she didn't make my smoothie!!!! The woman that made it made it good...im not sure if I would go back to this one
First of all the employees here are amazing and deserve raises. Everytime I come in here there is one poor person working. Doing register making the drinks and dealing with online orders. They are always so upbeat and kind. But they should not be doing all this alone. I feel bad for the people cause the line just gets longer people get frustrated, and it isn't their fault they are moving as fast as they can. Wish they had more staff.

Drinks are either great or terrible depending on who’s working and it’s always burning hot in there. Like they have the heat set to 90 or something.
Its ok... Parking is pretty easy though the spaces can be limited, theres a ton of people there. Customer Service is average. Ive been coming here for probably 15 years or so, nothing terrible but nothing overly friendly. Drinks are pretty pretty much blended gelato. I used to come here a lot of wheat grass and fresh OJ but the lines make it kinda not worth it
The service is just average and what you’d expect. Nothing special. My smoothie tasted very watered down. Drinkable but would not recommend if you have other options.
Incompetent staff. Overwhelmed by 5 customers. I've watched a girl go back and forth, dumping smoothies into a cup, then back in the blender over and over. Super gross. Other guy has literally been working on the same drink for 15 minutes. Jamba Juice, these Saturday workers are not ready to be left by themselves.
Unfortunately my smoothie wasn't done well, while it was fast service, And i don’t mind a couple fruits bits but it had lots some bigger than my straw, I just want my smoothie done well (blended). Im sure if i gone back they would of fixed it but it was a to go order and it was too late.

Pretty rude customer service. Today I came in to super loud music, I hate having to yell to make my order. Also only two workers and both were cleaning things for awhile until someone came to rose our orders. They saw us standing there and kept washing dishes and cleaning and where like hello? She was also wearing her headfones and was really rude when taking the order. Really inattentive and no people skills. I always come here and always feel like they’ve been rude but today was just pretty bad.

I order a chunky strawberry, not good very dessapointe, the kid was more attention to his cell, others locations doing really good
Never going to Jamba Juice again 13 dollars for two tasteless smoothies I think they use frozen not fresh fruit, lame!! I make my own way better
Normally a good location. Until i placed a pick up yesterday morning. Order said itd be ready at 8:28 got there at 8:35 and jamba juice is closed ! Wth? Google says 8am they open. I had to be at work at 9 so I could not wait, now I need a refund because placing a order online they charge your card after placing your order. So I tried calling the number and it Is out of service. Like wow seriously!? So now I need to contact my bank and dispute this transaction . Jamba juice what is your HOURS please update it on Google as well as a VALID CURRENT phone number!! I would not trust placing any orders with this location unless you are positive.
Not sure why the music was intolerably loud and the staff dropped the smoothie and instead of remaking it they added more ice and whatever. Horrible Quality. Then the guy working as a cashier thought he worked at a karaoke bar and had a ridiculous amount of face paint on. Never seen a woman even wear that much makeup. Very unprofessional and disturbing.
Slowest store ever! We had been waiting in line for 15 minutes before we were even greeted, and the line kept growing & people kept coming in & leaving. The workers are rude. It was another 5 minute after we ordered that we got our 2 drinks. Not worth the price.
Went and picked up my Birthday smoothie and was met with attitude after the person preparing my smoothies made a mistake and gave me somebody else's smoothie that happen to order the same as mine. Not my fault and why dump it down the drain with so much attitude/ anger? Then not give me smoothies properly?
Guy who works there was really nice so I gave 5 stars for service. But why is it called Jamba Juice? If you don't have juice on the menu?
Poor customer service , would rather drive 1 hour to another one just to avoid this one. Untrained staff and really slow service. The whole place smells like it hasn't been cleaned since opening.
Worst location avoid staff is unfriendly and the smoothies were not done properly. They rush customers as well just to give a poor product. Stay away go to next location
They need more staff, I had to wait 30 minutes to get an açaí primo while people who came after me in 15 minutes received their drinks. There is no team work and the staff does not know how to give answers.
Missing at the very least a quarter of my drink. Employees are not very friendly. The wait time is insane even when store is slow. …
Let me start off by saying that I am well knowledgeable about how Jamba products should taste and am a frequent customer for Jamba juices in LA county. This was my first time EVER going into the location in the marina del Rey. I was unpleasantly greeted with a nasty face from an employee whose name tag read “America”. She obviously did not want me in there so early even though they had been. Open for an hour. Making her fellow employee who was working at the time run around like a chicken with its head cut off trying to do “on-line” orders(I’m assuming) he was assuring me that my drink would would be out soon. I appreciate this young man and how was running around serving everyone while America was walking so slowly with no urgency to her customers in the store. The young man apologized for how long it took but I don’t blame him. I had seen that there was only 2 blenders and told him “it’s okay”. I BLAME management for not having a sense of urgency and making their employees stress out and almost drop smoothies because they’re rushing.this young man almost dropped mine and the lid was not on properly America did NOT even ask fellow employee to help or lend a hand. Simply walked out of site after taking my order. This poor kid needs proper support America should not be working if she doesn’t want to serve customers with a smile. Was wearing a grey collard shirt so hopeful she is a general or district manger and sees that she needs to step it up and HELP HER EMPLOYEES. Tired of seeing lazy managers and management I’D PAY TO GIVE ZERO STARS
We just went there, and they said they don't sell fresh juice anymore. Yet I tried ordering it online from the same store and it went through. What's the deal with that??? I tried calling the store and it's a busy signal. Get it together Jamba. Huge fail.
It's been some time that I've used this particular Jamba. The smoothie was fine once my order was taken. 12:00pm 4/28 the young man without apron or name tag took the order of the lady before me with full please try, as I walked into place my order he turned away went to wash dishes seemingly to ignore my presence. The young lady who was already making a drink did not acknowledge my presence either but ultimately did take my order. Just after a young lady walks in the gentleman while washing dishes acknowledges her entry drives his hands goes over and immediately takes her order but the store did not have what she wanted he then walks past me it's still not saying anything. I am not intimidating to look at or did I go in with an put the treatment I received jus great thought I hadn't been made to feel that way in quite some time. I'm more shocked people can still treat people like this.
This jamba has been disappointing customers for years how are they not closed down ? Went in on Saturday to get my usual drink and to my attention it tastes oddly chalky and sweet ( this drink is only fruit and milk) so I asked for it to be remade. Instead the hispanic guy thats been there for years gives me his usual attitude ( he obviously hates his job yet refuses to go elsewhere) tells me the soy milk was made with more concentrate ( ewww what in the health ) and demands I pay for a remade drink . Im floored and quite embarrassed at this point . We proceeded to have a back in forth as I the customer didnt understand why I should come out of pocket when they changed their quality of soy. I know had I been a 80 yr old women or man , my drink would have been made, Ive seen them do it often for others yet they charge me ? Jamba is already losing its mojo , I can rarely bring myself to come in and when I do, employees bring the vibe completely down . Just look at the reviews here .
This location is always the worst. Zero customer service! Took 10 minutes to acknowledge that I’m in the store. There was Only One person waiting to pick up his online order and I!!! No hand washing! They touch the screen and cut banana right after! The two employees working in there look miserable and grumpy. I ordered açai bowl it tasted like a dishwasher soap, I ended up throwing away the whole thing. I won’t ever go back to this location again, waist of time and money with a great deal of disappointment!
Management! STORE STAFF NEEDS ADDITIONAL TRAINING! Wow! @Tues 2pm ¹) Kudos to the young man taking the orders. ²) there is only one girl making all the drinks? Smh this is going to take forever! ³) New staff came through the door walked by the long line complaining loudly how tired she was before her shift started! As a customer that's really NOT what I want to hear! ⁴) 5 more orders were taken after mine. No one here is in a real hurry to work. 20 minutes still waiting for my drink. ⁵) all of a sudden staff is calling out names of customers and putting up drink orders of the five orders that were taken after mine? #discrimination ⁶) at that point I spoke up and I said what happened to my order of two drinks? They just laughed and said oh we'll make them right now, sarcastically saying sorry. IS THERE A WAY TO REFUND THE 25% TIP I GAVE? ⁷) Save your money AND your time, go elsewhere. 30 minutes for fast food smoothies is too long Marina del Rey! UPDATE: JAMBA GENERIC RESPONSE LEADS TO PHONE NUMBER UNANSWERED? TIME TOGET THE HEALTH DEPT OVER THERE!
Guy in the shop served a customer before me. He took the order and made the drink immediately. When it was my turn, he told me to wait and went on to do all his miscellaneous work like taking out juices from the fridge, arranging stuff etc. There were no other customers in the shop. I waited stupidly and decided to leave. I felt discriminated.
Really rude employees. Completely ignored me when I came in, even though I was the only person in the store. No greeting, no offer to take my order, nothing! They were just talking with themselves and not doing their jobs. The cashier was texting on her phone during the transaction and she made me wait for her to finish before she took my order and payment! Seriously?? They didn't say "thank you" even once! Hey Jamba Juice, do you train your employees to be rude, or do you specifically hire rude people? I'd say the answer is both.
Drinks ok, wait is too long and the tip option is health hazard! Should not allow customers to touch the same screen as the cashier that sometimes runs over to make the drinks . I literally just left with a drink that was not made well. The cashier took someone’s drinks back ( that had plastic in it) threw them away and proceeded to make drinks without washing her hands properly . She put water on her hands . Same lady that was touching the touch screens for our drinks . I hope the manager sees this and changes this because this will definitely spread Covid and Monkey Pox! Left at 4:10 pm today the lady has a lip piercing . Also the other worker did not wash his hands as well after taking orders on the same touch screen . drinks are To expensive to be made with little to no care or compassion for customers . ( Also got my drink last after two customers came in after me ) never got an apology only attitude and the rest of my drink that could have been a larger cup through out maybe because I called her out for or ? Either way … not ok !
