Stunning beach resort...the best in Marinella....it costs money, but it's worth it for the cleanliness and the 5m space between umbrellas, with three seats under each umbrella. The best.

I had abandoned Marinella years ago, with great regret because I'm fond of that sea and that place, but it made me so sad to see the degradation that characterizes it. This morning, my daughter and grandson returned, choosing Bagno Tritone because I remembered it as a safe place, and it was truly a pleasant confirmation. We rented a gazebo to ensure we weren't too crowded, but we found that even the umbrellas were properly spaced apart. The staff was courteous and efficient.

We came to this establishment on the recommendation of a policeman who told us it was a nice place with a beautiful view, and we weren't disappointed. So in the afternoon, we lingered at the bar for a while, and while we were having our drinks, we met a lovely lady who's been coming here for about thirty years. She also recommended it for lunch, telling us the fish is excellent. We let ourselves be persuaded and booked lunch for the next day, bringing a couple of friends with us, who also rented umbrellas and loungers for the day. Now... honestly, I just wanted to leave a positive review, but reading the other reviews, I wanted to add an experience. I can say that it didn't happen yesterday afternoon, but today at lunchtime, it did... we were stopped at the door with a peremptory tone, telling us where we were going. I noticed the brusque tone at the time, but when we gave the name we left for the reservation, we were "let through"... and I didn't immediately understand. Only now, reading other people's experiences. Anyway, back to the beach, I can confirm that it's a truly charming little place with a stunning view where you can enjoy an excellent fish meal. I highly recommend the crispy and fragrant fried fish, the appetizers, and the steamed fish...but to be honest, every dish was thoroughly enjoyed. However, I personally recommend being less harsh in your manners; a customer who feels scolded like that might feel hurt. We had a great time and will be back. However, a little more attention to your manners wouldn't hurt to earn some extra points. The waiter, whose name I don't remember, is a plus for the place; he was truly kind and attentive. 🥰. We didn't eat here and only wanted to go to the beach, but as we crossed the property, we were offered free ice cream! The children were thrilled! And we adults were offered a glass of wine. All on the house. I would definitely recommend walking through if you don't want to miss the free ice cream! A very clever marketing ploy; we would have loved to stay for a meal if we hadn't already had other plans. However, the somewhat pungent smell emanating from the restrooms was a bit bothersome. Hence, only 4 stars.

The restroom is very well-kept and clean. The food is also very good. If I had to make a complaint, the white wine should be served much colder, and the price of both the wine and the draft beer is a bit high. In any case, it's a place we'd gladly return to.

Buongiorno, seguo recensione precedente. Prima di scrivere ho voluto leggere opinioni precedenti, e pare che si accomunano anche alla mia. La proprietaria a cui ho chiesto gentilmente se aveva un ombrellone, mi ha risposto di no ed inseguito ci ha detto che per andare al mare avremmo dovuto passare da un passaggio esterno per tutelare la sicurezzza dei suoi clienti .... (forse avrà come clienti avrà i magistrati..... ) lei impedisce a chiunque in transito al mare. A quanto pare ha comprato ogni singolo granello di spiaggia, anche se so che le licenze sono ben scadute. La supponenza di chi crede di essere credo, che, per chi vorrebbe andare in un posto eventualmente di privilegio sbaglia, perché, la signora è una maleducata arrogante e per niente per bene, quando ad oggi vanno di moda le buone maniere. Insomma, se è gentile è solo perché pagate profumatamente e nn perché gli state simpatici anche come clienti. Ha anche ordinato al bagnino che ci stava venendo in contro per bloccarci tipo cane da guardia: per questo volta falli passare !! Ma ripeto, e glielo anche detto; .. Ma lei signora con s minuscola chi si crede d'essere? La invito a conoscere e frequentare le persone per bene ed eleganti. Perché lei è una Tamarra. Ho messo una stella perché Le ho scritto una mail dal Suo sito, e non ricevendo nessuna risposta, per la mia persona è segno di maleducazione! Poi siamo venuti in ferie e abbiamo fatto un giro per vedere cosa ci siamo persi.... Returning from a day at the public beach adjacent to this lido, around 6:15 PM, my girlfriend and I decided to pop in for a refreshing drink/aperitif before heading back to the hotel. Already that morning, we'd seen a sign on the street side to keep people out, indicating the entrance to the public beach a few meters away. Aware of this and of our luggage (umbrella and bag), we headed for the walkway that leads from the beach to the club, and in no time at all, we were stopped from afar by a man waving his arms at us to go around. I laughed and we walked 100 meters further to the usual lido where we've spent a week now, where there's a public beach and services (including free access to the beach!) It would be a 0-star review, since we weren't even able to access their services.

Which you can't do, regardless of whether there's a side access to the public beach, or whether you've put up signs prohibiting passage (illegal). The fact is that Article 11 of Law 217/2011, which provides for "the free and unrestricted right of access and use of the shoreline, including for bathing purposes," Law No. 296 of 2006 establishes "the obligation for concession holders to allow free and unrestricted access and transit to reach the shoreline in front of the area included in the concession, including for bathing purposes." Sooner or later, someone who knows these rules (real laws to be respected, not illegally placed prohibition signs) will come by, and after a few fines, you'll respect them too. Hello, I was very pleased to read the various negative reviews, which reflect what happened to me when I was blocked several times, refusing to enter the beach. However, I believe that beyond the unwise people who thus keep away many "probable and potential new customers," I believe there is also a law aimed at beach resort managers not to prohibit access to bathers, even if they are not customers, because the sea belongs to everyone, the sand belongs to everyone, and the managers are always managers, not owners... I'm sorry because the area already isn't up to the standards of the Adriatic, where you can find entertainment and, above all, hospitality galore, and you don't find managers who behave like this. Too bad for them... This post follows what has already been written previously: Article 822 of the Civil Code: establishes that beaches belong to the maritime domain of the State, therefore they are public goods. Even if they are granted under concession to private individuals, they do not become private property and must remain accessible to the public. - Article 28 of the Navigation Code: confirms the public nature of beaches and the right of access to the shoreline. - Budget Law No. 296/2006, Article 1, Paragraph 251: requires concessionaires to guarantee free and unrestricted access to the shoreline, including for bathing. Managers may prohibit the consumption of food only in specific areas such as on-site bars or restaurants, but may not extend the ban to the entire beach. - They have no right to search bathers' bags or backpacks. - Any general ban is considered unlawful and may be challenged, including with the intervention of the Port Authority or local police.

I'd like the owners to say once and for all: "The passageway through the main entrance is PRIVATE PROPERTY," just to clear up any doubts once and for all. Because putting up a sign doesn't mean you own the passageway, right? I'll add and quote: Article 187 of the implementing regulation of the Consolidated Law on Public Safety stipulates that "no business owner may refuse to provide services to anyone who requests them and pays the relevant price, unless there is a legitimate reason." What are those "legitimate reasons"? Those that have to do with conduct that conflicts with the rules established to protect public order and tranquility! So no, haha, you can't refuse to serve a customer. If I ask for a coffee, snap, or finance ♥️. And so if I go in for a coffee and then keep walking to reach the shoreline, no, you can't stop it because you're a company that works for the public. And I'll tell you more, hiding behind the fact that there's a secondary road to reach the shoreline (a road made available by the state because it's not part of the state concession) doesn't prevent citizens from accessing it through the structure that you very imaginatively consider "private" rather than "concessionary" because, and I quote: "Art. 1, co. 251, Law no. 296/2006 "the obligation to allow free and unrestricted access and transit to reach the shoreline in front of the area included in the concession, including for bathing purposes."
