This is the best Chinese food I have had in a very long time. Don't let the front of the restaurant scare you off. It's not a bar, even though it looks like one. The Generals chicken was perfectly cooked and tender. I have to say, I got the hot and sour soup and it was the best I've had. The location is easy access when traveling.

Way better than I anticipated. Some of the best Chinese food I've ever had. Hard rock was sold out of rooms so my wife and I got a hotel in Marysville. We ordered the general chicken and fried rice. It was great

This is about the closest authentic Chinese food you can get still here in Northern California, that isn't fast food in Disguise... Owned and operated by an original Chinese American Family going back to the pioneer days. The food especially for the price point is excellent and delicious.. I'm glad my friend's GT and Judy Mann recommended this to us. The restaurant is a lot cleaner and the food is higher quality than I When I was last in this restaurant 20 years ago. I highly recommend you give China moon a shot, and enjoy what's left of our historical Marysville China town.

This place was a delightful find. We drive by it all the time and finally decided to stop. The service was on point and the food was fresh and delicious. While we ate, the owner stopped by to say hello and make sure we were satisfied. He is a very welcoming man, hospitality is one of the things I miss in modern dining facilities and he nailed it.

It has been a family favorite for over twenty years. I absolutely love this place!! The food is always the best. King Pao Chicken and Mongolian Beef are always good choices if you like some spiciness. The best Hot n Sour Soup around. Also, loving the updates to the historic building.

Don't Let the outside deceive you, we enjoyed our meal at this place. The restaurant is clean, service is great and the food was delicious. We had the dinner A for 2 people and we shared with our 7 year old. It came with sweet and sour soup, veggie rolls, tin foil chicken for appetizers, broccoli beef, chow mein and fried rice. It was good amount of food. The staff was very welcoming. Highly recommend it And will visit next time we're in the area.

Good food, plenty of it, very friendly proprietor. I would recommend this place to anyone, and come back when I'm in town. Our plates were piled high with good food, and the pot stickers were obviously freshly made. Plenty of leftovers to take home, too!

Beautiful old restaurant. Great price for the food. Cooks know what they are doing. Wide variety on the menu. 20+ years eating here and never a bad experience. Food could use some upgrades but that would effect the price.

Their orange chicken was very good, still crispy with delicious sauce! Loved their cream cheese wontons, and I am very particular with my wontons, very creamy with a hint of sweetness. The staff was very attentive and even talked with us for a bit. It was very cozy inside, not allot of seating. Overall, we had a very nice experience, it's always nice to find those great hole in the wall places that have your favorite foods, we are definitely going again!

Food was great. Service was great. Proportions were great. Took home as much as we ate. Not the fanciest restaurant around inside. But I went there to eat and will return. Price was what I would call reasonable and I am a tight wad.

The owner is the one who serves the food, and takes your bills, he is super nice, and loves to strike up a conversation. The restaurant is very clean, and the atmosphere is great. Any time me and my family make a last minute trip to get food, this is the place we will go, and it never disappoints. I’ll finish by saying that this is easily my favorite Chinese food place, and would recommend it to anyone.

Came here for lunch on a Tuesday. No cars parked out front but it was packed inside! I ordered the broccoli beef lunch plate with pork chow mein and steamed rice. The portions were deceiving large for the entree. Usually they skimp on the entree and load you up with rice and chow mein. Not here. After I was done eating I still had enough for to go. I appreciate they did my veggies justice and didn't over cook them. The sauce was perfect and not overly salty. The chow mein was not out of this world, but better than Panda Express. If you can help small businesses skip Panda Express down the street and take a detour here!

We ordered a nice variety of dishes, which were all amazing for my taste buds. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean, spacious and comfortable.Great portions are of plenty with moderate pricing.Leftovers. Parking in front and side of restaurant. Families are all welcome with plenty of seating, booster seats and a activities for kids, like a board to draw on. Restrooms and restaurant completely remodeled looks great. Takeout and local delivery service. Check it out, this place is yummy. Just found out they have desserts cool cool. Ordering mint and chip ice cream. Fri. Dinner with friends they loved the food and service. We went last night July 5 Thursday night around 630pm which can get busy but worth it. I wanted something healthy they made an incredible tasting and healthy tofu dish. Yummee

Great food at a good price! We ordered Foil wrapped chicken, beef and string beans, sesame chicken with chowmein and fried rice. I had a beer and it was pretty cold, so that’s a plus.

I had the Egg Flower soup and the Beef Chow Mein. The Egg Flower soup was delicious having a few veggies in it and some chicken, my only complaint is that they only sell a large serving of 9$ instead of a small one for around 3-4$, I luckily had someone to share though so it was worth it in the end. The Beef Chow Mein was 13$, and boy did I eat like it was double that, stacked high on a big plate, the portion size was big, and I like it big. The food itself had beef strips in it, the noodles fresh, and the vegetables all cooked well. I will absolutely be ordering from here again, and perhaps even several more times.

The cream cheese wontons are sweet which is just weird. We have never had sweet wontons as an app. The egg flower soup is good. Sweet and sour pork isn't as strongly flavored as we are used to as well, but it's good. The wontons are really the only let down. May come back and adjust review after another try.

The potstickers weren't small an had genuine flavor, they came with a good sweet/sour sauce. The chicken chow mein was tender. I ordered to go, the mein came in a to go box that was full, I was not disappointed for 25 dollars.

I've only been once and got take out. Not bad pricing, about the same as other Chinese restaurants. Food quality was decent, but nothing stood out. Chow mien, fried rice, and sweet and sour pork were all good, but not exceptional. Worth a try, but not my favorite.

Great service and friendly staff Members. The food was good and hot when they brought it to our table. The atmosphere was a little bit too dark for my liking but not bad. I would definitely recommend this place to others and I will be back again in the future.

Great place and great service. Went late one night when I had to stay with my child at the ER and decided to stop by and grab something to eat. Food was fresh and delicious.

The portion size for the price was GREAT. The vegetable egg drop soup was pretty good (though I had to doctor it with a few splashes of soy sauce). The potstickers were yummy; but I didn't care for the dipping sauce. I ordered their vegetable Mushu pancakes. It was supposed to come with six pancakes and I only got three. The "pancakes" were too thin AND they were cold. The sauce they came with tasted pretty weird. I also noted that my friend got his meal before I got mine. Plus, when the potstickers were served, neither of us got individual plates to put them on. In addition, our waiter didn't bother checking on us during the meal.

Don't understand how this place ever got 5 stars. It was the worst food ever. No flavor unless you added soy sauce and a lot of it.

The food had two note salty and old grease I've had better but can honestly say I don't think I've had worse. Won't be coming back and if you come during the summer wear shorts because it's hot in there

This use to be my go to place years ago, but the quality and quantity of the food i got was disgusting , small portions and nearly vegan 🫣 and yes the majority of it went in the trash.
