Opinions de Ciscos Taqueria Marysville
I’ve eaten here at least 20 times and it’s consistently good each time. The family that owns/runs the restaurant are so friendly. Great chips and salsa.
Absolutely perfect. My new go-to spot for fresh no-frills Mexican food 2hen I pass thru town. Breakfast steak burrito was soooo good! Pico, potatoes, steak, perfectly cooked eggs all lived and balances. I poured some if their medium spice red salsa....OMG best breakfast burrito I've had in years!
My family and I stumbled upon this place while attending the Peach Festival. This is a small restaurant seating about 35 tops. The food was very good. We head a chicken burrito and the nachos. The chicken was the shredded type that was marinated and tasty. The nachos were good although not large. We were served chips and salsa. They have Pepsi on tap! This is not common. Seems like most places have Coke. What I was most impressed with was the friendliness of the staff. All three of the ladies working there were so nice and friendly talking to our little ones. The chips never ran out nor did the soda. Lastly, they weren't quite open when I got there but when they saw us looking in they opened the door.
Fabulous food and awesome service. I had the fajita lunch special. Only a tad too salty, kind of like me. Service was friendly and, well, sweet. Two things I'm still working on... Space was small but thall ceilings made it feel open. Prices were fair meaning worth the value.
Fabulous, great tasting food (like my mama's] hot food all the time. Fast service, knowledgeable professionals, and friendly staff. Prices have stayed reasonable clean in n outside we have returned many times.
My husband & I stopped on our way home from Oroville thinking it was a good place we’d tried years ago. Although it was a different place, we were even happier with this place & our overall experience! Excellent shrimp fajitas; chicken enchiladas; shredded chicken taco; even the guacamole, beans & rice were super yummy, rice really tasty mildly spicy! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a small casual great tasting Mexican place to eat with good & friendly service at a very reasonable price!
The other reviews weren't kidding about the amount of chips and salsa you get here, you get like 2 fat handfuls. The burrito had too much rice and beans compared to the meat for my tastes but other than that, it was big and really healthy tasting.
Stopped in for breakfast burritos on the way to the mountains. The burritos were delicious, best we've ever had. The young lady working there was very pleasant and friendly. Definitely will stop there again.
Very well made food. Perfect place to grab a bite after a long hike. Had the fish and shrimp tacos and they were absolutely delicious. Service was awesome too! If I could give more stars, I would
Friendly staff. Yummy food. Love the chips and salsa.. Sometimes thats the main reason we go there. Quick service and nice environment. Have enjoyed whatever I've ordered.
Always great meals. Enchiladas are outstanding. Service is fast and friendly. My family’s favorite Mexican restaurant. Thanks for great food.
Nice little spot with authentic Mexican food at good prices. I grew up on my Grandmother's cooking, fresh tortillas every morning, pot of beans always simmering on the stove...Cisco's comes very close in comparison! ❤
Very good burritos, tamales.!! If you’re driving through Marysville you must stop here. This place is a hidden gem. Ordered at the walk up window. Great service, everyone working hard to put out the best taqueria food around!! Yummy, can’t wait to go back !
My absolute favorite place in this area! The chicken soup is my personal favorite, they offer fish tacos, fresh food and made to order. Prices are reasonable and worth the amount and flavors!
Great service and yummy food. I had the taco salad and it was delicious and the chips and salsa are so delicious as well. I recommend any one to go.
The food is ALWAYS amazing. The staff are very friendly and atmosphere is casual and relaxed.
So, they have a huge burrito called the El Gran. It's as long as my cat. It's $20, but it's so freakin worth it. The restaurant was nice and clean, the staff was friendly. I didn't get a picture of the burrito unwrapped, because I finished it before I remembered. My fiance got the chimichanga plate and that was phenomenal. 110% going back sometime.
First time ever being here, had our orders to go. While waiting I ate some chips, salsa, I had a Pepsi, and friend had a beer. I ordered the Taco salad and friend had the Super burrito, both were good cause I had stolen a bite. Server was absolutely so sweet, and nice. For sure I'll come back.
Food was excellent, didn't wait long. Glad me and my daughter finally stopped. I love the set up and style each time I drive by. My daughter orders the carne asada fries and I got the chicken nacho OMG presentation, taste the menu was even great. Can't wait to go back and order something else
Let's see its manic monday. I have gluten allergies allergic to everything impossible to eat out. So I decided to stop by Cisco's. And explained to them gluten free no olive oil. Blah blah. N to tell you the truth they had a++++ service they made sure no cross contamination. Made sure nothing was gluten fixed me up street tacos. N fresh as can bee. Added gluten free salsa I can say they cater to gluten free customers
Excellent food and service! Hands down best in town, their chicken soup is amazing so fresh! 😍😍

Food was good.
Great little lunch spot in town! The food was excellent, and the owner was incredibly kind – a real gem. Prices are reasonable, food came out quickly, and although the space is small with limited seating, it can accommodate around 20 people.
I love this place! The fish taco and Mexican chicken salad are my go to but I haven't had anything I've been disappointed with. It can be a bit of a wait, but it's so worth it for the food.
Amazing food, great staff, and would come again!
Amazing food great prices. The staff was polite and very professional. The burrito was good and the Chile Verde was Amazing.
This is one of our favorite places to go. We have been going here for years. We like trying different items, but definitely have our favorites like fish tacos, Ensenada combo, tamales. The smoothies, salsa, chips, sauces, are all amazing! It is adorable inside and out. Every time we go it is consistently delicious.

The food was great, and the service was fast. The dining area was very small and warm.
Stopped in for lunch today. Staff friendly. It’s a relatively small space with about 8-10 tables. The menu is extensive. Chips and sauce were good. I had the enchilada plate and rice. The enchiladas were good and also enjoyed the rice. Authentic. A very good option in the area
Always liked this place. Me and my mom have been going here since 2011 and the food never disappoints. The service always good. The waitresses remember us when ever we come here. Love their fish tacos and tamales. The enchiladas are great too.
I haven’t ate inside yet but I’ve ordered food via DoorDash from here twice. The food isn’t the best I’ve ever had but it’s solid Mexican food. I’m from Stockton and although it’s not at that level at all, I will say it’s the best I’ve had out here in this area. This is my go to spot.
Only one waitress and it was a bit busy. Leisurely pace for appetizers and food they came about the same time. The food was yummy, saved about a 1/3 for lunch the next day. NICE
Had just arrived into town from out of state, and this was the first place I stopped into eat. I found this place to have good food and a charming decor. I specifically remember thinking "I bet my wife would like this place, this could be a nice casual date night some evening." Ciscos Taqueria was a good first impression of Marysville for me and I would recommend trying this place out if in the area.
The food has flavor. The location isn’t that big but you’re there for the food, enjoy! Plates are a good size! Good lunch options. The staff is polite. The salsa is good. Chips are fresh! Restrooms are ok. Reasonable parking on the street.
Everything was great except for the fish tacos they were hard and rubbery and disgusting but everybody else's food was delicious I recommend the verde pork. Also they're salsa was so good that I bought a 32-oz container of it and brought it home this is somebody that does not like salsa or cilantro but I absolutely loved it the heat level was not too bad but not two week it was absolutely perfect.

Great little restaurant. Family owned and run. Excellent food, margaritas not bad. Quiet dining in downtown Marysville.
Chimichanga Ranchero plate was delicious and service was great.

Food was okay. Wait time was crazy! The first time I came here the burrito and margarita were good with not much wait time. Yesterday the food was not so good and it was over 50 mins wait time for a to-go order. 4 families who ordered after us were served prior to us. We didn't order anything crazy so not sure what was going on. Perhaps it's just hit and miss?
1st time here..food was good..fish taco was the best! It was a little cold inside tho and then when the vent came on right above us a wave of B-O came out of it...😲 Thats when we decided to leave. We will def go back tho and just sit somewhere else 😁

Food was mediocre. $12.99 for a breakfast burrito is kind of steep/expensive for the portion served. Additional cost for chips to-go. Inside restaurant had an unpleasant aroma.
We ordered a chicken macho quesadilla meal with rice and beans which was actually pretty delicious. And we are happy with it. We also ordered the carne asada fries and for how much they're charging you'd expect them to be great.... These fries came with 3-4 pieces of meat, fake nacho cheese sauce, and toppings on top of very soggy fries. Very disappointed... They are charging WAY too much for their fries with how cheap they make them. They also we're the ones that recommended them to me... Not a great recommendation for someone who visits all the taquerias to see which one is best as far as customer service, food quality and freshness, taste and presentation. It also should NOT have taken 20 minutes to whip up these fries they claim are so great. The quesadilla is what saved the meal. Everything was not fresh quality and the taste was cheap. It all tasted canned and was not worth it. Definitely not worth$40
The pork is delicious but my wife regrets ordering the beef taquitos. They were made with FLOUR tortillas to start, the beef was bland and one of the wraps was DRENCHED in oil. Beyond the actual preparation of the meal, for some ungodly reason the "head chef" of this wonderful establishment decided to put what I can clearly tell are CANNED PEAS AND CARROTS. ON THE INSIDE OF A TAQUITO. what in the world were you thinking? Its such a shame that an easy lunch was completely ruined by all of these "ideas" the average restaurant would have realized they were bad ideas the moment they were brought up. I honestly don't know how you're open. Learn to season your food.

I came to this restaurant last night. We order almost $100.00 worth of food. Two severe dairy allergies so simply asked for no cheese, creme etc. Along with them neglecting the request, food was missed. I called today to simply let them know this caused my husband to be very sick. Although they left out the cheese the creamy yogurt was caked in the middle so by the time he realized. He had ate half the burrito. We still have the other half and the other object that contained dairy. The OWNER proceeds to call me a liar. Saying I received my entire order and she never apologized about the cream or anything. She refused to not only refund but take any accountability before walking away from the phone. I am having my lawyer contact this establishment.
Wanted a chicken Taco salad, got a little lettuce with half a chicken breast. Very disappointed! Usually food quality is very good here! But paid $16 and got nothing for it. Won't be back for a while!
Food is bad.....flavorless and bland. They make it super spicy to mask the blandness. Everything on the menu is overpriced. Presentation is awful. No place to sit down. After finally being seated, was asked to move because a party of 8 was waiting. Bad service. Asked for more Slasa and was told that they charged for second serving. No free refills on drinks. Coming from someone who's had excellent, mediocre and bad Mexican food this place is all around NOT Good. Save your money and don't overpay for mediocre overpriced food. Huge disappointment. The 5 star reviews absolutely have to be friends and family.
Food is good service is terrible I spend atleast 50$ a week on door dash the one time I tried to sit down in there with my daughter & I was completely ignored while they collected their few dollar tips I ended up leaving & will not be ordering from you on door dash or coming in again. Customer service is everything since I’ve moved to this area my bank statement shows I spent 500$ with your business & I’ve only been out here for a few months ….. I like to support local small brown business but not if you guys can’t even show some decency of respect . Never again.
I was not very impressed with the Gran Cisco burrito, paid an additional $3.00 for extra meat and it looked like I received extra rice. I had a pick up time of 1:15 and when I arrived early it was already sitting there and it was cold. I felt that since I was spending over $20 for a burrito they would of paid more attention in preparing the meal. I won't be coming back here for awhile sad to say.
Walted over 30 minutes for shrimp tacos. Small seating area. Understaffed for lunch hour. Mediocre salsa, greasy chips fair shrimp. Not like I am used to. Totally American food. Won't be back, ever.
The nastiest food i have ever tasted.why would you deceive people by calling a regular taco a super taco and there ain't nothing super about it. No seasoning it was cold and it's really not worth the money. I wouldn't give that mess to my dog.i was curious about something so I went back and just like i thought the lady making the food wasn't wearing gloves or a hair net.i even wear gloves when I cook. JUST NASTY!!!
