Love this place! Route 44 Vanilla Cherry Dr. Pepper is my favorite, mozzarella sticks, and tater tots. Love love love love love this place.

It's pretty bad when the atmosphere is rated higher than the food or service, especially when you're in a drive-in, your own truck, and you can pick your own music. The food was fine. I would have rated it 5 stars, but the small cheeseburger did not come as we ordered it: no cheese, no lettuce. We got the tomato we asked for. My large root beer was absolutely flat - no taste in it at all. I lost count on how many times I pushed the red button to exchange it, but nobody answered. I did not keep track of the time before we left. I was going to go through the drive thru, but they were backed up. Other customers came and went, without ordering. Disappointed. Check #414171, Sept 16, 2024, 14:19:08. I guess I should have waited into we finished our lunch be for I tipped him $8. Normally, they meet our expectations.

Normally Sonic is good. Customer service is normally good not this time. No hello, here's your food no straw.

Ruuuude employees but the slushes are always great. Food is iffy with taste, hardly ever has an order been correct 1st time-uaually havw to have them fix the majority of our order.

I only went to try the new cold brew Bourbon Carmel drink which I hated. Way to sweet and couldn't even drink it.

Having to go back and forth to the register is diabolical. Having to go back n forth to get condiments is crazy too. She acted a bit irritated cause I needed sauce n napkins but you forgot my change had to go back for that. Then I needed some sauce, had to go back or that because you didnt ask and walked away so fast.

My fries we're cold and fryed in old oil. You couldn't even eat them .

I either have great customer service or I’m waiting on my ONE slushy for 15 minutes since I’ve checked into my stall (not exaggerating). It really sucks because I love using the sonic app, and getting the deals. It’s happened one too many times with peace and love please fix the problem or atleast show a sliver of remorse when I have to go to the drive through for my order.

Took forever to order and then they gave us the wrong order had to go back and wait again. Very aggravating especially when you have children in the car waiting for their food. Location is always good though.

Sonic is always a hit or miss. When they're on they're on when they're off Oh boy... I ordered my meal in the drive thru. A footlong coney with chili,cheese ketchup and mustard. No cheese almost no chili. I also asked for ketchup and mustard for my wife's meal and we had to knock on the door for that. The cherry slush was so watered down it had zero flavor. This location used to be consistently good but the quality went way down.

Food and shakes are always good but the service is horrible. Every time i come here, the workers have horrible attitudes. I get people have bad and long days but everytime i interact with the employees. Its the same bad attitudes

We had to order our food through the drive through because we sat in the ordering stall forever after pushing the service button. The corn dogs are small and look terrible. The drinks sure didn’t look like the ones they advertise but my hamburger was good. No more happy kids on roller skates. Now they have unhappy looking girls with no hustle.

Update*** tried this location again in a pinch. Tots old and cold, chedr peppers congealed to solid cheese again, there was chilli on the dog but it was also not hot. No ice cream in my blue coconut CREAM slush. Won't be back. After 10 minutes of fum long with microphone and order screens. 3/4 full shakes. No chilli on my chilli dog. Not a good showing.

Pretty sure this is mold in my sons frozen lemonade. I am sooo disgusted in this situation right now. I also drank some of it and im pregnant. I hope to god we do not get sick from what ever this is.

I rarely write reviews, but this experience demands one. On July 4, 2025, my wife and 22-year-old son visited this Sonic location. After my son accidentally entered the exit lane, an employee in his personal vehicle aggressively screamed and threatened them. When my wife tried to speak with a manager, the same employee physically blocked her from leaving—an act that legally qualifies as unlawful restraint. The manager then joined in yelling and threatening my family. The situation escalated to the point where 911 was called, and police had to intervene just so my family could safely receive the food they had already paid for. Despite reporting this serious incident to Sonic corporate (Ticket #250704000680), I have yet to receive any follow-up or acknowledgment. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer safety is unacceptable. I urge Sonic to take immediate action to investigate and hold accountable the employees involved. Until then, I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

6$ for a cup of ice. Staff can’t get the get the order right even after you tell them it’s wrong.

Very slow to get your orders. Even on a drink Takes you 30 minutes to get through a line. Up to people in front of you, God forbid, there would be line of six people.

This is the slowest place, it takes forever just to get them to say something thru the drive thru speaker . Today after a 10 minute wait and still no one to take my order I just left. Even when ordering thru the app it is difficult to get order. Says they open at 8am I have been there and no one is taking orders.

The line was super long and I’m picking up an order for a customer and i went to stall 24 no body took my order not a single person even answered. People use this in DoorDash all of the time. Now I have to wait longer because they can’t take care of customers in a quick fashion. The lines are always long and I’ve already been waiting for someone at the speaker for over 10 minutes. As I write this. The light is still blinking and no one answered the speaker. Which is sad. I have been waiting in line forever. The team needs a retrain either in leadership or the whole team.

I waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru. Three other cars left. All I wanted was a milkshake. I finally left. This was a Sunday night at 8:00 p.m. nothing special. One of the worst run restaurants I've ever visited. I would run from the store. I would have gone to Chick-fil-A but they are closed on Sunday!

The employees seemed like they didn't want to be at work sat in drive thru for probably 10 mins waiting to order and then another 10 after ordering and only ordered 3 slushies. No food and they were only doing 1 car a time so idk maybe they need employees?

Line was wrapped around the building and I’m not surprised due to the launch of their new pickle meal and that’s why we were there. The line moved pretty quickly which is the only good thing about this visit. I didn’t get the right side I asked for tater tots got french fries not a big deal both potatoes I asked for the ones that come with the pickle meal didn’t get those got the plain french fries couldn’t even really go back around or knock on the door because it was so busy you couldn’t park anywhere because the parking lot is so badly done that you’d get blocked in no matter where you park. got home burgers are a mess. I loved sonic growing up this sonic has kind of ruined sonic for me because every time I go there there seems to be some type of issue. most of the issues are little or not a big deal. The only problem with this time is that I was really looking forward to trying these items and I probably won’t go back just because of the distance and the inconvenience I keep having.

Awful location. Waited at the drive thru for 25 minutes! No one was taking orders. Then went to one of the parking spots with the screen to order, after 20mins of no one answering I just gave up. The employees here are not working. Please choose a different location before considering coming here.

My sister and I just came by to order 2 drinks: she got a small and I got a large. They mixed up the small/large and when we let them know they said there’s nothing we can do that’s how you ordered it. My sister said I didn’t (she did not I definitely heard her order mine a large as I told her my order) and the lady literally said nope sorry I can’t do anything and ran away. This was kind of silly but also she ended up with way too much to drink and me not enough. There was literally no reason for us to lie about the mixup and could have been an easy fix but this was handled so unprofessionally

Jaysen was super rude. I’ve never experienced service like that. I asked for extra which I paid for and he told me “I put way more than I should in there you should be good with that, you don’t need anymore” Totally rude and uncalled for.

I went to get a smash burger combo, the girl who took my order was very rude and overbearing. I asked for it single and she told me I couldn’t get it that way even though I got it that way before without such hassle. Even though I didn’t complain or ask, she gives this long dawned out explanation on how I have to pay for a double anyway and they can’t make it a single. I told her I didn’t care the cost, I want it my way. She then gives me a long drawn out thesis about how she has to explain it to me. She charged me for a double smash burger and when I got home it wasn’t a smash burger at all.

Waited 45 minutes for 2 small milkshakes and left.. they had no problem serving 8 cars through the drive through but couldn’t serve 3 people waiting at the car hop menu… WILDDDD. your employees SUCK! No one even came out and said there would be a long wait, let alone basically an hour for 2 milkshakes ?? 🤡. You should be paying me at this point. Amazing you’re in business still, I saw 4 other people drive off before I did because they waited so long. No joke.
