I get chipotle quite often, and I just had to write a review for this specific location beciase, O. M. G. I ordered a veggie bowl with both beans, both doubled, and "as much lettuce as you can fit" at the end. The worker had to get another lid to set the bowl in becuase it was leaking when he put the top lid on, 10/10 what I wanted. This has also happened 3 times, where at the oroville location I have to sometimes ask for triple beans just to fill the bowl. Yuba will be my go-to chipotle 😌👌👌 (Picture context, I always split the bowl into 2-3 meals when I get home and the bowl STILL LOOKS FULL, I wish I had gotten a Pic right when I opened it)

The employee preparing orders at 4PM on October 9th was fantastic. She gave us great portions and worked incredibly fast. I don’t know her name but she gets things done very well.

The staff here are always smiling, helpful and patient as we decide which ingredients go in each of my 3 children’s quesadillas. The 4 stars are for the cleanliness of the tables. We had to get napkins to wipe off a table to use. we don’t mind but other might.

Went on labor day... 4ish, busy. Seen 3 people working but more like busting their asses!!!!! Front line by her self, Nellie... she was quick, friendly, knew her stuff and big smile!! They just had a rush but the one guy was cleaning the lobby and doing trash and the other lady was cooking. Got take out, got home and food was amazing and delicious. Definitely hit the spot and best of all ....after a long day, I didn't have to cook. Great job.

The bowls are really yummy and definitely worth the price . It's big enough to share with one other person. The guacamole is fire almost tastes like traditional Mexican Guacamole. Definitely recommend trying it .

Edit: There has been significant improvement in portion sizes and customer service. I visited the past 2 days at around 2-3 pm and was amazed at the employees. They earned a 5 star rating! Hit or miss… sometimes the portions are excellent but other times they are very small. It all depends on who is preparing your meal. And I have gotten a handful of rude employees, especially during rush hours.

I love Chipotle. There is plenty of parking due to this is located in a shopping center with others businesses. This one of all the times I've been never had to wait in an extremely long line. I have had to wait for an employee to take my order even though there was one standing at the cash register. Not sure if that's normal . Maybe she was only a cashier. So I had to wait about 10 minutes for the other employee to fill the ice up in the soda machine. Anyways, I always have a special order so I like that they accommodated me nicely without a dirty look or questioning me why I like my cheese and lettuce on my hard tacos before the meat. Other fa flutes have given me a hard time so this was nice. The employees were very friendly and the restaurant clean. My order was done correctly and for this reason I give Chipotle of Yuba City on Gray Street 4 out of 5 stars Mrs Smiley Pics to come

Now I have to update my original posting and am 🤬🤬🤬, I am sorry but DONT WASTE your MONEY on the family meal! It says feeds 4-6 and I CALL BS! Then it should be enough of sides for 4-6 people. I got a small bowl of lettuce enough for 1 person, Pico, corn salsa is enough for 2, I get more of everything just by getting individual meals and I spent 76.00 x2 becasue I ordered a chicken meal and a steak meal. I ordered a large queso and they have me an individual size portion, I had to cut up my own lettuce and add my own cheese sauce. And I already knew the last few times I had issues with either no items available or something screwy with the order. I needed a last minute meal for my daughters small party and it was a fail!! On top of that it wasnt even good...Very disappointed, good luck with making a mistake when ordering online cause they dont void any orders until you make an order replacement first...Im 30 miles way to my closest location and it SUCKS. Im cool off yall....especially YUBA CITY'S store 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 Original post: Unfortunately this is the second time in a row where this location is out of items...at 9pm and dont close until 11 they have no white rice, grilled veggies, guac, chips, cheese..etc Its frustrating when the closest location is a 30min drive to me in every direction. Thankfully a new location is being built 15min away. Sorry but I won't be back to this one.
