Ordered take out and when got home noticed missing order of fries. The receipt was even signed off 🤦‍♂️

We ordered 15 pc wings, sampler, chicken sandwich, and the beer cheese philly sandwich, the wings were dry like they were overcooked or sitting in a warmer a hour or two too long to be served for $30, the chicken sandwich was cooked but the batter was not cooked onto the chicken so it kinda slides off as you eat it for $15. The beer cheese philly steak sandwich was just not appealing, was torn in half to fit in a burger box, its bread cheese meat and chives for $15, just not as great as it looks, mostly cheese and not much meat for a sports bar that sells these things it almost felt vegan to eat. had the sampler, underfried pickles, never before have i had soft onion rings, mozerella sticks were fresh out of a box sad to eat, the fries were not bad but they dont give you more than about 20 fries for a box, pretzel knots were awesome im assuming its the one thing that met expectation, total for this educational dining experience was just over $80 total to learn im never eating at buffalo wild wings ever again, overpriced poorly made food.

Wild experiences here. Haven’t been in almost a year because last time it gave my wife and I a stomach bug that made us sick for a couple days. Finally decided to come back and give them a second shot thinking it was just a one off bad experience, just to sit at the front desk for 10 minutes without getting seated. Had one employee look at us then walk the other way while two more said someone else would be over to help us. It wasn’t that busy either, maybe 40% of the tables were being used. Walked in at 1:50, walked out at 2 and just went to Canes across the street.

When my family and I walked in to be seated they had four employees walking around looking confused on where to sit us. Then when our food came out it was cold and seemed old. They were not busy at all and had million employees walking around doing nothing. I honestly regret going there and paying for that food. Will not be going back.

I ordered takeout for my son, and when I got home and opened the box of vegetables, the ones on top were spoiled. I called to complain, and the person who answered the phone was rude and suggested I was lying. I live 35 minutes from Yuba City and wasn't going to drive all the way back just to prove to them that the vegetables were bad. I will never go back.

Service was shit! Took way to long for our food to get out not just that my wife food was brought back wrong when she tried to explain that she can't have any spicy food because she pregnant and that she doesnt even eat spicy food the server ignored her request cut her off and only brought her what she wanted to bring her.Her name was Patient.. not cool to make a pregnant lady cry..now we have to go out of our way to buy extra food because we weren't satisfied.

Brought my 13 and 10 yr old boys here for the first time so excited for chicken strips. We proceed to order chicken strips that aren't spicy and the waitress tells me they are out of regular and have been for a few days...Really? That is probably the one thing you don't want to be out of if your a chicken place. That's like going to KFC and they tell you they are out of chicken. Very disappointed. Bad smell when we first entered the restaurant as well. A plumbing problem type smell. Really disappointing first visit. Still cant get past the fact they were out of regular chicken strips for a " few days" seems management would make that a priority. Waitress was nice.

Just keep getting old wings. I’m good. Thanks. Must be super hard to drop wings In a fryer. Wasn’t even busy this last time. Keana was nice and a solid bartender. It’s just the back of house I guess, the wings were bush league. I sent back and left.

This place is a joke. I overheard an employee I’m not sure of the employees name but I do know the two managers names who were mistreating this poor employee. Brandon and gabby. First off I witnessed Brandon walk away from his employee when they were asking a question about work. How unfair is that? He walked away shaking his head and extremely mad. Now let’s talk about gabby. I have been a semi-regular for about 8 months because I love wings. But slowly over time she has been ruining the experience for me. Her attitude towards guests and employees have been inexcusable. She is comparable to a circus clown. I’m not trying to be rude but this place has turned into a joke because of these people. Gabby shouldn’t be in her position as a manager she’s rude to guests and has a bad attitude problem. Not to mention when I was younger I worked food business and food safety states you need to keep good hygiene do what you want with that information but cmon bdubs do better. How can her above management allow this at an establishment at any other job her behavior towards guests and her own workers would be a fireable offense. I feel bad for these young workers who have to work at such a toxic work environment, very ashamed of this place. And yes this is the yuba city ca bdubs.

Ordered nachos literally no cheese I mean the top 6 had cheese but nothing after that. I even left them out because I’m not going to eat plain chips and they’re still crispy that’s how you know they had NO CHEESE. No way I paid $15 for some chips with jalapeño on top

I used to come here once or twice a week for years. But the last few times I came here food was cold, hard and not as ordered. Service was terrible I’m a nice patient person but grabbing something out my hand because order was wrong was a bit too much for me. I defiantly will never come back here. Mind you this isn’t from one bad experience it’s probably the past 5 times I’ve went before I decided to write a review.

Came here for the 1st time for lunch. Waiter took a long time to take our order. Once the order was placed, it was 30 or more mins to get the food. Our food was cold. Asked him how it could be cold, there was only a few people in there. His response was " we were waiting on a salad". Really?. A salad?. Asked for money back and went to the local gas station for fried chicken. It tasted better and was cheaper and (hot). Never going back to this location.
