Yessica made our morning so much better with great service and a smile. We had everything we needed and wanted promptly. So glad they have gluten free pancakes. We will be back.

We were not feeling the atmosphere because evryone seemed like they were in a bad mood working here BUT the very outgoing, welcoming, heart warming waitress changed our whole mood🥰 i believe her name is Yessi, we will definitely come back because of her! Thank you for your caring service!

Stephanie was THE best server ever! The food was amazing; LOVE the avocado! And Stephanie went out of her way to make my coffee and our grandsons hot chocolate supremo!!!

I wanted to leave a review for a waitress at the Ihop in yuba city ca. Her name is Liliana Berumen, she had Excellent customer service skills I literally felt like i was having breakfast at home. I felt welcomed and my family was so happy to receive such prompt service as we were really hungry. liliana was so caring and met all our expectations. As she was going around at the other tables she had such good energy and treated every table With the same enthusiasm and respect. Every food place should have employees like her.

Went on the Sunday before labor day... we got there right after the computers went down nationwide and it was packed with a line out the door. We got our names on the list, we needed a spot that was wheelchair accessible. With all the chaos of people and writing meal tickets .... our food was delicious and tasted fresh and was hot. Our waiter Lilly was very pleasant, apologized for the wait, was friendly and quick. The whole team did an amazing job under the circumstances and everyone was wearing a smile. Thanks for all the hard work!

The food was good. The omeletts don't come with harsh browns like they use to. You get a choice of pancakes, hash browns or buttered toast. Coffee is $4.59 a cup. They leave a small carafe at the table but there isn't much coffee and my server didn't check back often and keep it filled.

There were a lot of people waiting to dine in when we arrived. Since they had to blocked off half of their facility, we ended up waiting for 45 minutes just to get a table. The food was pretry good. The pancakes were moist and buttery, and the eggs were fluffy and soft. It was worth the wait since we were very hungry.

I went in during their free pancakes day event, and it was overall enjoyable, my worst complaint is the server me and my date had that night, I think his name was Briar but he wasn’t the best at serving us. He came up to us at the start and took our orders, but our food didn’t come out at the same time. I ordered the country fried steak, while my date ordered the 2x2, I received my order first, well over my dates who had hers come out before I even finished my meal, but even when it did. Briar took it to every other table besides ours and asked if they had it, then proceeded to bring it back to the back and leave it there until we said something, then he brought it out after being reminded and by then her food went cold. Called before I even ordered to ask if they send condiments with their Coffee and the male rep reassured me that they do and NO they did not send any condiments for the coffee nor was the coffee sent. The doordasher said he never recieved it and the restaurant rep said they gave it. Nowhere to go with that. I did not receive any silverware but I did receive two small butters for a stack of pancakes, frenchtoast and large waffle. Salad was brown..good times. Overall eat there to assure you have everything you need. This is one of those restaurants to not order on Doordash.

Worst food I've ever had, time after time. I'm done with them. Consistently subpar, even their pancakes taste like paste. I'm not sure how they stay in business. I won't spend another dollar there.

Please avoid this place if you can. The food is extremely bland and the prices are outrageous. The pancakes, eggs, and crepes don't taste like anything. The milkshakes don't even taste like milkshakes. I expected my crepes to come with creme and they were just plain bread with strawberries. While the pancakes were soft, they tasted nothing. This goes for the eggs too.
