I live down the block and Ask Sushi has been consistently some of the freshest and best sushi I’ve had in NYC ever since they opened. The Thai Coco roll is unreal and if this place ever closes me and my wife won’t know what are gonna do… Also the nicest people working there!

the food was delicious, i try to avoid ordering raw fish sometimes but im so glad i ordered the amante picante. the fish tasted so fresh and was amazing. we had multiple orders and it was all so good, i will be back.

I absolutely love this place! The food is fenomenal! Every time I come I order a different dish and they never disappoint. The owner is very friendly, the atmosphere is nice to have a date or come eat with friends and family. I'm bringing all my friends here 100% recommend.
Amazing! Delicious sushi and nice environment. The attention from the owner is really great. Will be coming back for sure! We shared the Banana Crunch Roll and the Ask Sushi Roll.
Fun combos! Definitely not your average sushi, and that's a good thing. Get three rolls to share between two people for a light but filling meal.
Friday night date at this restaurant, very closed to our home so we decided to give a try since we are sushi lovers. What a nice surprise. We order The pork Gyoza steam appetizer, we're absolutely delicious, the divine sauce is so yummy. We ended ordering 2 more. Dos sabores roll was also very good.
Went back after some time and it is still delicious. The place was renovated and they added new items in the menu (they also have some options for people that don't eat sushi!). I had their Latin roll, Dos Sabores roll, and the Surf and Turf roll; all of them were great. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I will definitely come back when I have a chance.
This is my first option when I want go out to a cozy restaurante with such a vibe!🪭 and let me tell you I never been disappointed the food, the music, the service is always good and beyond!!!
I really love the sushi! The food was really good. One of my favorite was 'Cali pop'. Fried gyoza 🥟 were really good.

Woodside and Maspeth, do not sleep on this place!! Amazing Japanese-Latin Fusion restaurant, we tried quite a few different rolls and they were all SO good! The pic is the Dos Sabores roll, and it lived up to it's name! Also highly recommend the Thai Coconut, Ask Sushi signature roll, as well as the Amanti Picante rolls. Can't wait to go back!
I love the concept, the service was extraordinary, my favorite dish was the surf n turf, the Neptune salad is a must try and the sushi is like I never tasted before! Highly recommend for all sushi lovers!
This place is certainly a hidden gem in Maspeth💎. First time going and I was so pleased. I had the Ask Sushi roll, Thai Coco, Banana Crunch and Meraki roll. The taste of all of them was out of this planet. I can’t even choose which one is better. They have high standard service. 5 ⭐️ for that 😉 .You definitely will enjoy this this place. Some of the best sushi I ever had. Very different from other sushi restaurants, and more creative with the flavors for all their rolls.
I order for pickup I had hight expectation because of the rating. I have to say I am disappointed. The specialty sushi’s are not really big like other places and they tasted ok. I felt like I over paid for my order. I won’t be going back.
I ordered yesterday. It wasn't my first order, so I was confident I'd get good sushi. But I was shocked. The portion was small, and the taste and smell were really bad. The product was spoiled. I couldn't eat it.
I got carried away by the opinions but it definitely wasn't worth it, I drove 40 minutes to get there and it was disappointing, I will never return, the food was flavorless, the chicken burger wasn't nice, the fries were too oily and the sushi rolls were flavorless, I paid a HIGH price for something that wasn't worth it.
