Good fresh food. Good amount of meat on sandwich to warrant the prices. Staff needs customer service training!! Started next customer, leaving me hanging waiting to order my next sandwich … had to ask cashier for another sandwich and he had to help worker as she was helping another customer by now PLUS she was also making a six sandwich pick up order as driver was also waiting! Then two more workers appeared from back to take people waiting. Disorganized. Cashier asked me if I was in club. I said should I join? He said “no, just do the tip” (!!) obviously no extra fees/hand outs should be expected, asked for or deserved at this level of worker !!

I was at home scrolling through my phone, & I came across a guy talking about a sandwich from Jersey Mike's. It looked so good that I got dressed, drove to the nearest location (this one) & tried to order a #13, but instead of the ham, I wanted turkey. I asked the young black gentleman at the counter, but before he could say anything, a short, older Spanish lady yelled out "we can't do that". I was startled, because I was thinking, what's the big problem? This is a popular sandwich, that has many people craving (like me) & I didn't understand what was the big deal for a very minor substitution. When I asked the lady why, all of a sudden, she no longer understood, or spoke english. I asked if there was a manager, or someone in authority that I can speak to. I was told that there was no manager at the location. I asked the young black gentleman, what time does the manager come in, & he said he wasn't sure. The Spanish speaking lady who denied my request started speaking in Spanish to her co-workers, then they started laughing. At this point I was thinking that I should just walk out & go to a different location, but I drove all the way there already, & I was very hungry. I decided to get the #13 Mike's way. I really wish I was able to get turkey instead of ham, but I was too hungry to protest any longer. Hopefully someone in management from this location can reach out to me...I will be waiting.

About 12:20 Sunday 5/25/25 Walk into jersey Mikes to get a Sandwich observe Hispanic Male talking over the Sandwiches gloves On with phone in his hand (germs) also touching shirt collar with gloves on (germs) Hands in his pockets with gloves on. This whole time I’m standing up watching him and he have no idea but what Made it worst what I saw was both of his fingers went into his ears with gloves on and I saw he continue to make a sandwich without changing the gloves. I brought it to his attention and told him this whole time standing here watching u making food and the stuff ur doing is totally unacceptable this is why people get sick from eating out. He respectfully responded by saying I am right. I would never eat there in my life even if they have free giveaways it’s sad people who is handling food should not work in these places

Yesterday, I went to Jersey Mike's Sub for the very first time and I ordered the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak - Giant with extra meat, but I don't think I was given extra meat in my Big Kahuna Cheese Steak - Giant. I only saw the guy put 2 slabs of steak for the whole Giant sub with extra meat. I don't think you would put on 1 slab of steak on a 15" Big Kahuna Cheese Steak - Giant Sub. I got ripped off at Jersey Mike's Sub. I didn't get what I paid for. To the owner - Why not make things right instead of just apologizing? I spent over $27 on my meal but didn't receive what I paid for, which is unfair. Jan 5th, 2026

They have a grade pending and the food quality is going down. The first few times I ate there the food was good but the last visit the food quality was horrible! Also they got rid of the portabello mushrooms and I don't know why. I've seen several videos about how everyone loved adding them to their sandwiches.

Order delivered by Uber eats. Ordered 2 sandwiches, BLT and Italian. The Blt was pathetic and did not have any of the vegetables or the condiments. The Italian sub was not much better. The meats were there, but again none of the vegetables and condiments. Never will order online again from this store. I probably would not go to the store either. Would give it 0 stars if possible.

They always mess up my doordash order. I ordered a turkey sandwich the bread arrive wet was soak and wet with oil and vinegar. The other time i requested mayo and honey mustard on my sandwich. The sandwich came with no mayo or honey mustard it was dry. Not a good experience with them

Every single time I order online the food is never ready upon my arrival. I always allow over 30 minutes for one (1) sandwich. I suppose the UberEats deliveries are a priority. They are in and out, but when you order online via Jersey Mike’s app good luck. The employee gave me a blank stare and said “ I have to make it “ so now 39 minutes later …. I have to wait for my sandwich to be made… RIDICULOUS !!!!

1 star for food, 0 stars for service. Placed an online order for delivery. After about an hour and seeing it in "preparing" status, I decided to give them a call. During that call, they tell me that the item I ordered is not available. When I asked them when they were planning on letting me know, I got "we're very busy today". So I had them replace what was unavailable with something else. Eventually, I received my order about 2 hours after placing it, and one item in the order was missing. Awesome. Called back and after 5 min of chatter in the background among the employees, I was told that the only option was for them to make it for me. Wait another 2 hours for delivery? No thanks. Oh and no refunds either. You'd think after screwing me over the first time, they would have thrown in a bag of chips or something. But nah, they just forgot a whole sandwich instead and offered zero apology. I like Jersey Mike's in general and I will take this up with corporate, but this location absolutely sucks. P.S. the food was soggy and mediocre.

There is always 2 spanish girls working in the evenings. One doesn't like to speak to people and acts like she doesn't speak english. They are always behind on orders and tell you nothing is ready just wait. How rude. Quick way to loose business by having them on board! Good luck with things disappearing from the refrigerator. They don't pay attention to it at all. And the floor is a mess behind the counter! What a circus act in the evenings.

Went at 7:00 PM and before I could even speak she rudely Told me she wasnt taking orders and told me to get out. Guess she didnt want to take any walk in orders. Told another guy to get out as well. Very weird experience. I stayed back for a few minutes in confusion and she was complaining to her other co worker that she didnt want to do any work
