We had the teriyaki chicken 6" sub and a roast beef 6" sub. Although my sub was not packed with roast beef, I loved the freshness of the veggies. Everything was fresh, crisp and delicious! Will definitely order again! The chicken teriyaki was also a hit with the onions, spinach, and other tasty veggies.

This subway restaurant is one of the best subway restaurants I've been to. They are conveniently located on Fresh Pond Road inside the strip mall next to Advanced Auto Parts across the street from Wendy's. They accept online orders and orders through the subway app as well as Uber Eats and Seamless. The staff here are excellent and very professional and know there business. I definitely recommend this subway restaurant if your in the area.

Clean Subway, nicely made sandwiches for the most part. Workers need to be trained on how the Subway rewards app works. He did not understand that the app can be used as a payment method and kept telling me I had to pay by card. Luckily I actually had a CC with me, so I just paid instead of walking him through the prompts because there was a line.

They did not have all the breads and the one I had was not as fresh as others. Also asked for hot peppers on the side but none were included. One other issue was trying to communicate with the workers. The subway I loved was on Metropolitan ave and since they closed down this is the closest to my house.

Not really a fan, of paying for over priced, lousy cold cuts, from people who could benefit from learning better manners and cleanliness. I would only recommend a subway sandwich store, if there is absolutely nothing else available to eat in the area. Or if your low on time and just need to eat quick. Keep your eyes on the person making your sandwich.

Not really a fan, of paying for over priced, lousy cold cuts, from people who could benefit from learning better manners and cleanliness. Not to mention I was supposed to do the order it online. But the app didn’t work it charged me 2 times and didn’t get my money back. Even after the 3rd time I I had to pay again in the store when I actually got my order. After this I don’t know if I want to go back.

Workers touch garbage and other things while making sandwiches happened more than once , today I got a long hair in my sandwich which is just unacceptable … already ate half of it . Won’t be going back here anymore. Really disappointed because I use to like this place

I ordered food and when I got home I I noticed they gave me the wrong stuff I checked my receipt and the over charged me. Be aware

I had someone steal my online subway account and make a purchase locally at this location using my stored gift card. Whe I finally got ahold of someone who didn’t speak much English they only said “I don’t know…” and eventually hung up when I requested a refund. Worst experience of all. Probably was this non English speaking “employee”. Subway also does not offer any way to contact corporate for complaints and refers you to dispute charges to your bank but no recourse for a giftcard fraud. Such a rip off.

Very rude and backlogged Pickup order over 15 minutes late Server told me to “SITDOWN” when I inquired about delay.

I know this franchise doesn't honor the specials sent via Subway emails. Perfectly acceptable. We went in with a printed coupon that came with the weekly circulars. The terms of the coupon excluded four specific sandwiches, none of which we intended to order. When the owner saw the coupon, he limited us to the cold cut meat sandwiches and only ONE meat per sandwich. We should have left. He was changing the terms of the coupon as we built the sandwiches. He was rushing me and I said I can only think about one sandwich at a time. Then, we get home and find that cheese was left off one sandwich, tomatoes off the second, and dressing off the third. It was an awful experience and we're never returning. He shouldn't be allowed to be a franchise owner.

Guy that runs it is a thief. Price hikes random stuff however he chooses and whenever he wants. Sent my daughter to buy cookies and he charges her double what it usually is. Paid $12 instead of $6. Garbage store and hygiene is HORRIBLE.

in this store they get angry if you use a gift card. A friend gave me a gift. I couldn't use it. The employees don't know how and they look strange if you want to pay with it. They didn't want to sell me the sandwich because it was a Gift card. what's the point of selling them?

I was trying to get my halapeños on the side not on my sandwich and he refused..saying I need it to pay more to put it on the side and not on my sandwich. He said it was new policy, I asked him to show me where that new policy was posted and he refused.
