ONE OF THE WORST I came here for one of my regular drinks, Mocha Frappuccino. First of all, when they finished doing the drink, the guy at the pick-up area didn’t even call/yell my name (which is unusual at all Starbucks) so I had to come without knowing my order has been done for a while. Second, it doesn’t taste anything at all. I can’t even taste the mocha, the sugar and the coffee itself. So I politely ask for a remake. They made another drink and once again, it took a while (it’s not even a busy time) and the guy didn’t even yell/call my name and again, it doesn’t taste like the usual Mocha Frappuccino. I didn’t wanna be an annoying customer because I myself is working in hospitality industry that insures EXCELLENT customer service and food/bevarage quality, So I just settled for a tasteless drink that I have been getting for a long time. The other guy at the register area just using their phone the whole time. Didn’t even help his coworker who’s probably new and having a hard time making the drinks. Here are the people that’s been working when I went there. Seems like they don’t like their job or probably having an internal professional issue with each other.

Too dam slow! The guy that attends to making drinks is busy talking to his coworkers. When i ordered nobody was there, i waited 10 min for him to pour a dragon fruit.

I've had the opportunity to visit many Starbucks, but this one is definitely the dirtiest. While their employees take the time to talk to each other, they don't have the time to grab a broom to sweep or clean the tables. The place is definitely very dirty, and the employees are very uninterested.

actually so mad I wanted to scan my gift card so I didn’t have to pay much and they scanned it and I thought oh okay so now it’s cheaper and I showed them the gift card part not the stars scan thingy part and instead they put into the system or whatever that it was star scan thing when it wasn’t so when it was time to pay I had to pay full price I hate this Starbucks never will be going again!

Terrible experience at this Starbucks. The restroom was dirty and not maintained at all, and on top of that, I was told I had to buy something just to use it. For a company of this size, it’s unacceptable to treat customers this way. Definitely not coming back.

took 10 minutes in an empty store to make a PEACH GREEN TEA. someone had to run to the back and get more peach juice. person comes back with peach tea and leaves it in the fridge and the rest of my drink is standing there forgotten about. It takes me asking someone where it is for them to remember what they were doing. Then I ask if they can put a little more tea in my cup and less of the juice because it was wayyyy too sweet and they just hand me some tea in a cup and i have to stand there trying to pour out my drink and pour the tea in on my own.

I don’t understand why is it that every single time that I order from here the barista’s finished the drinks and hold onto them until they finish preparing three other more drinks and they finally put it on the counter. I don’t have time to be waiting for you to prepare five other drinks while my drink since they’re on the counter that’s extremely inconsiderate for time. This is not the first time it’s happened either. It’s happened multiple times I’m so annoyed by the barista here wasting peoples time.

got a drink this morning the girl at the cashier was in a bad mood and messed up my order & i wanted the drink hot and they gave me cold. i tried to drink it and it just tasted horrible the regular pike was cold and not hot at all never going back they need new workers

I think people that drink Starbucks are delusional. No way they think this is good coffee. I asked for a simple iced coffee with milk + sugar. When I got it, it tasted like watered down. The label on it said syrup, when I specified none. I can not indulge in excess sugars which is why I asked. I wouldn’t really waste my time moving forward. I did ask if they could remake it, and the barista said it wouldn’t make a difference the drink will be the same. Whatever that means.

I ordered venti strawberry açaí drinks which is like almost 6$ And they put syrup and pink colour with ice that’s it. There wasn’t even dry strawberry 🍓 or anything beside sweet syrup and colour.

This is the most expensive cup of milk and ice I’ve ever paid for. I told the barista guy this is pure milk and not a ice latte and he told me that’s how he was trained to do it and had a dirty attitude while serving me. That was absolutely the worst service and drink ive ever gotten from Starbucks. Never knew I’d ever say this but DUNKIN DONUTS is better
