I recently ordered the 2 L Pepsi, large stuffed crust pizza, and breadsticks combo from Pizza Hut, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The pizza arrived hot and fresh, with the cheese oozing out of the perfectly baked stuffed crust. The combination of flavors was fantastic, and the generous toppings made every bite satisfying. The breadsticks were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just the way I like them. They were accompanied by a delicious marinara sauce that added an extra layer of flavor to each bite. The 2 L Pepsi was the perfect companion to wash down the delicious meal. It arrived chilled and refreshing, making it a great addition to the overall dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend trying out the Pizza Hut combo with the stuffed crust pizza, breadsticks, and Pepsi. It's a winning combination that never fails to satisfy cravings and bring joy to any gathering or solo indulgence. Great job, Pizza Hut!

Easy online ordering. Rewards let me order wings and extras, for free, and its easy to do. Food is consistent and good. Delivery quick. Better than most other establishments around in that they are consistent, well priced and easy to deal with. I'd recommend them.

Ordering online is super easy. Delivery man was very polite, they forgot my sandwich but made it right immediately so that is very much appreciated thank you so much. The food was perfect temp and delicious. Waiting time was not super long so that was also perfect.

We have a large, annual, family gathering here and have always gotten such great, competent, pleasant service. I was going to say the staff is always efficient, but truly, they are better than simply "efficient". They go above and beyond and help to make our yearly tradition so much more enjoyable. *I say yearly because most of us are from out of town and only get there once a year.

The Massena location is great. Great team. They work quickly and effectively to get your order to you. Pick up window is convenient. We always order the original crust (deep dish) pizza, and it's always delicious and hot.

I love the food, especially since it's not so greasy. The treats are really good. Great with timing in all my experiences. Pricey compared to the local pizzerias, but i guess you get what you pay for right? Definitely worth it. Nice inside, cozy setting. Has a pick up window so you dont have to go in. And the internal services are just as pleasant as the delivery.

Just now starting to dig into their menu a bit. This last week I tried their Parmesan Chicken Sandwich with Cajun Fries on the side. If you haven’t tried it, or are looking for something new to try, go for it. You won’t be disappointed with the service and quality of the food. They are definitely consistent at this location too.

Best Pizza Hut food wise. They always do a great job. It would definitely be 5 stars if we didn’t get ignored intentionally each time we came in for pickup.

This place is always very clean and you never usually have to wait for a table. The food was great, we had pizza, wings, the nacho fries, it was all excellent. Our waitress however was not very attentive, she never checked on us and we couldn't find her in the dining room. She was staying in the kitchen and the dining room was only half full, they had four waitress's on the shift so she couldn't of had more then 3-4 tables. Other than that pizza hut is always a great choice.

Order two pizzas and they came raw, sorry Pizza Hut doordash can't go back in time and undercook a pizza

I tried to place an order for carry out on the phone. i was on the phone with them taking my order for over 6 minutes. he said he was has computer issues and after a few minutes he hung up. so, i call back because he had already placed my order and i was just waiting for my total, he answers and says he never spoke to me before. like what okay then i tried to order and he was not cooperating, so i asked for a manager. he literally talked in another language for 2 minutes and then transferred me to massena pizza hut. another guy answered and i explained the situation, how he had hung up on me and the guy said “well miss that’s kind of rude of you, he is across seas”. i couldn’t believe it. i did not order anything and will never again. why are they not answering the phone at pizza hut? why is it someone overseas answering? and how am i rude for him hanging up on me?!

You spend $30 on food and even if it says leave on porch you should at least let someone know it's out there in the middle of winter. Then to have a female employee flapping her lips in the background when I called. Bring back Domino's or Little Ceasar. Embarrassing

This was the chicken parm sandwich?!?! There was what looks like 3 nuggets on it. What happened to chicken breasts? This is garabage. I wont order again. Pizza or nothing at this point i guess. Quality here is completely gone. 👎
