On February 7th, at noon, I just got the best pizza ever from this location! Kudos to everyone there. And having said that, I don't order pizza all the time, but, I have never had anything but courtesy and excellent food from this location. And I appreciate the employees there who make that happen. Thank you!

Domino’s I prefer Papa John’s but Domino’s is all that delivers out here and I didn’t wanna drive all the way into Orange. I normally get regular hand tossed crust but tonight I tried the Pan Pizza. It was amazing! I placed our order for 5 medium pizzas (2 of which were Pan Pizza), an order of stuffed cheesy bread, and a 2 liter of Dr. Pepper at 8:00. It was delivered to my house in Quail Trails at 8:30! Also had the sweetest delivery driver named Emily! She was polite and even thanked me for her tip! (I always tip 20% or more). Pizza was HOT AND FRESH! My faith in Domino’s has definitely been restored!

Normally the pizza is good . I don’t know who made it today but it is sooooo greasy . We got the same pizza we always get and it’s never been greasy. 😢

I pulled up to the window and cashier was staring and didn’t say a word. Then she tried to charge me a tip without telling me. My first time at this place and was not impressed with her at all.

We have been ordering from this Domino's since they opened. The food and service has been average at best, but we have never said anything nor have we complained. It seems something is always wrong; if we order wings, the sauce is drizzled on top instead of coated like the picture (or like any real establishment makes wings,) if we order a BBQ Chicken pizza, the BBQ sauce is drizzled on the dough instead of spread evenly making the pizza very dry, they forget the onions, forget other ingredients forget parts of the orders, but we have always dealt with it and never complained. This is the only delivery restaurant in Mauriceville, so we just deal with it and made the most of it in appreciation of the convenience of not having to drive to eat in or pick up take-out. That all changed today. I simply called in to check on my order and the manager Stephanie was very rude and unprofessional telling me they haven't started my order b/c it is a timed order, so they will not prepare it until it is time to do so. I don't even know what a timed order is. I asked her to cancel my order and she did. This is the final straw. I am now leaving a long overdue negative review, but more importantly we are done ordering from this Domino's. We have been very patient in the past and appreciative that we even have a restaurant that offers delivery, but no more. We will gladly forgo the delivery convenience. It is just no longer worth the money for the poor food quality and customer service.

Poor service and management with an inflated sense of responsibility. They threatened to trespass me because I grabbed my own pic up order. It’s dominos not the pentagon. The three visible employees didn’t wait on me. It was a simple pick up order but they decided to continue building pizzas and training. Unfortunately this isn’t my first run in with them and pick up orders. On Halloween I completely left without receiving my food because it took too long. I was not about to allow that to happen this time. I got an immediate phone call after the incident, too bad my service wasn’t as urgent. The manager is completely unprofessional as I’m in management myself. She’s going to get them in a legal suit.
