My meal was the filet and shrimp on an arugula salad. Steak was cooked to perfection. There were only 3 shrimp but they were also very good.

Appetizers and entrees were delicious. Service was excellent and the view of the lake was spectacular. Great way to celebrate our anniversary.

Great food, great variety on menu, great servers, great location, consistent. What more do you want. Very popular so make a reservation. Outdoor seating is all covered. Parking?... that's a challenge.

I give many compliments to chef and staff. The lobster and fillet were cooked to perfection. Scallops as well. I look forward to my next visit.thank you.GREAT FOOD

The food and service was excellent. If your looking for good seafood this is the place .I had the seabass and it melt in your mouth. Delicious food and wonderful service! A delightful experience to sit outside in these trying times. Only wish they could stay opened through October since they have outdoor heaters.

Our server was very honest about menu options and even came over at the end of our meal to apologize for not making it back as much as he would have liked and you could tell he was genuine with what he said. The house was packed and we were not bothered at all by this! Highly recommend the blackened tuna and mango salmon were amazing! Great atmosphere, service, food, portions and prices!

We split some mussels, which were divine. She ordered the Salmon and Scallops, and I tried the Gorgonzola Filet, medium. Both entrees were delicious! We certainly will be back again soon!! We were visiting from Toronto, Canada and were brought to your restaurant for dinner. I ordered a dish with haddock in sauce and topped with to die for scallops and shrimp. I just loved my dish and will request my relatives who live in Lakewood to keep this as a 'must go place'. My son ordered your fish tacos that looked really fresh. Along with receiving top notch service our stay was most memorable. I would highly recommend the Watermark Restaurant to everyone I know. Special hats off to the passionate chef in making our stay a joyous one!

Had a lovely meal here this evening on the outside deck overlooking the lake. First time at the Watermark...all of the staff was very nice; our server Quinn was terrific ! The majority of entrees are in the $25-35 bracket but were very well prepared and we will return!

There were six of us, so we made a reservation in advance and were able to get patio seating. The food was top notch. Prime Chicago beef tenderloin was delicious, properly cooked to medium rare. The garlic mashed potatoes were some of the best ever. I started with a gazpacho that was perfect! Everyone at the table raved about the food. To top it off, service was exceptional. One of my best restaurant experiences ever.

Food was very good. Has the crab cake and filet. The place itself needs some attention. The paint is peeling in a number of places, and some plastering needs to be done. Hence the reduction of one star.

Food and service were great! Nice place for a date night or the whole family. Def recommend the grilled lobster and the crab balls. Yummmm

Their first night of the season. We had an experienced server who was great and knew her business, taking great care of us. We had a party of 8 and everyone's food was very good. Some interesting new dishes that we hadn't experienced before locally, but worth the try as each proved to be a treat to the tastebuds! It was the bartender's first night, so I'm sure that service will improve and we will easily be able to up the rating to that 5th star!

Last season we had a way better experience but we will definitely try it again this season. The tenderloin was amazing as well as the strip steak. The drinks were also fantastic!

Service was decent considering how busy they were. Sat outside and it was very enjoyable. I ordered soft shell crabs with risotto and it was great. Wish I had the risotto recipe. Loved the crabs. I would go there again anytime.

Service was excellent. The gazpacho was a mush. The seafood was overcooked and dry. The restaurant had recently reopened and perhaps time will heal the gastronomic wounds.

I really loved the bruschetta and the wine I ordered! I was definitely disappointed with the watermark pasta though, my pasta was soggy and totally lacked flavor. I only took one bite and I was very disappointed that my server didn’t take the time to ask me if she could replace my meal with something else when clearly I didn’t enjoy it. I also asked for no muscles and I thought it was weird for a $27 pasta I got 3 pieces of shrimp and 2 or 3 scallops. This was literally your restaurant seafood pasta, I think someone missed the mark. And seeing the photos of the pasta I ordered in other customer reviews, I can already tell I did not receive the same thing, there wasn’t even cheese on top...I traveled six hours that day from out of town so this dinner was definitely disappointing after a long day. Made matters worse that the service didn’t rectify the situation. Very nice view of Chautauqua lake and considering I liked 2 of the 3 things I ordered I’ll probably give them another try and opt for a different entrée!

Nice place. The Shrimp Rangoon and fried artichokes were very good. The shrimp Alfredo had tiny shrimp. The grilled chicken Tuscan pasta was good. We had a really really nice waitress.

Service was friendly and great. Restaurant was very clean and had a great view of the lake. Steaks were overcooked and smaller portions. For the price was expecting something better.

The Seafood Royalle was decent but the portion was tiny for the price. 3 very small shrimp and 2 scallops. I was expecting jumbo shrimp and they were small. Was expecting 3 Scallops and got 2. Would not order this dish again.

I ordered the veggie bowl which had fried artichoke on top. The artichoke was fried in the same oil as the chicken and tasted like chicken. This restaurant need more vegan and vegetarian plates.

He did not bring dressing for our salads and we had to wait 10 minutes for the salad dressing from another server and he never acknowledged it. We had dinner at the Watermark on Friday, august 5th. We ordered an appetizer, a bottle of wine, and for the entree my husband ordered filet and lobster and I ordered filet and scallops. I am aware it’s a pricey restaurant and have no issue paying what is charged, however, we weren’t provided a glass of water, bread, a dinner salad, a side dish ….nada. Our $200 meal consisted of 4 tuna crisps for the appetizer, TWO quarter sized scallops with the filet and 2 respectable sized tails with my husbands filet. My 2 scallops were sitting on a bed of stewed spinach (which I know was placed as garnish and a splash of color) which I ate with wild abandon just so my meal consisted of more than 13 bites of food. The food is delicious, the scenery is beautiful, the service is wonderful, but provide a decently portioned meal for heaven’s sake.

Went here with the family a few weeks ago and we all agreed it was some of the worst restaurant food we've ever had. Snapper was rubbery--it was supposed to come with rice but instead it came over a sloppy bed of quinoa soaked in salt and garlic. Maybe the head chef was taking a day off because usually this place isn't so bad.

High prices for mediocre meal. Snapper was cooked too long, was more like fish jerky. Restrooms were dirty and need of repairs not flattering for a high end restaurant.

View of lake isn't that great. Building is dumpy looking on outside, inside isn't nothing to write home about. Food was mushy, pre made, and over priced.

You can't make a reservations of two, and if you go there to walk in an dine you will be denied at the door with a rude attitudes. It's very sad an unprofessional. I really loved this restaurant too.

Crab cakes, menu says "favorite", these are the worst crab cakes I've ever had. Hands down, 1000%. Crab soup, the STAPLE soup. Comes out more of an oatmeal texture with crackers. $11 for Crab paste and saltiness? Chef, you need to do better I don't even ha e the heart to go into your entrees. Cold risotto, cold veggies, frozen product, this restaurant has potential for hefty business and the kitchen failed on ever single dish in my professional culinary experience
