Excelente lugar para comer o cenar, he ido a sus dos sucursales pero en esta sucursal el ambiente, la comida y los meseros super amables, sobretodo la música, ya que ponen música viejita❤️ en cambio en la sucursal de Flores Magon siempre con regueaton con letras muy subidas de tono😩

The promotions are highly recommended. It's better to eat in the restaurant because they have all the toppings than to order takeout, but the extra toppings aren't too expensive either. It's understandable that sometimes they're overbooked or takeout orders take longer, but that doesn't mean the quality of the product is low; the rolls are well-researched. 10 out of 10. And I only come on Wednesdays when there's a 3-for-2 deal.

I've been about seven times already, and my family and I love this restaurant. Honestly, it's my number one favorite sushi place. The food is delicious, whether it's the rolls, wings, or fries. It has a great atmosphere, and all the staff are very friendly. They have great music, and it's a large restaurant. I like that when you eat there, they refill your drink as many times as you want until it's almost empty.

The sushi was really delicious and the price was excellent. The place was very comfortable with air conditioning and very clean. However, on my first visit, the service from the waitress we had was very bad. From the moment we arrived, I greeted her and she didn't respond, and it was like that the whole time. She wasn't attentive, so I preferred to speak to another girl who was very attentive and helpful. That was the only bad thing, but I do recommend it.

Pides por teléfono para agilizar el servicio (porque es muy lento) y te dicen que no se puede que solo para recoger o para llevar.... pesimo uno lo hace para agilizar y no estar media hora esperando por un plato y no ayudan

Pésimo servicio falta de insumos como cebollín para el sushi apio para las alitas deficiencia en los empleados dedicados a trabajar y pasar en su celular en vez de surtir lo necesario cabe aclarar que soy cliente del mismo pero la otra sucursal y está me decepciono no la recomiendo en lo absoluto. Excelente comida pero exclusivamente esta sucursal tiene un pésimo servicio al cliente, antes comía en el lugar, solo que por la mala forma de atender decidí solo pedir a domicilio o pasar por el sin embargo la mala atención sigue estando al momento de contestar atendiendo de mala actitud .

Atención pésima, hacen caritas cuando levantas la mano y se les olvida la orden y ya que pasan 40 minutos te preguntan de nuevo porque no ingresaron nada. Cero recomendable y super malencarados

El sushi en este lugar es riquísimo, en verdad es de mis favoritos en Mazatlán, las veces que fui a el local a consumir me toco pasar mal rato por lo grosera,mal educada y poco amable de la mesera, pésima actitud, la cual no cambio al solo pedir e ir a recoger el pedido a el local (villa galaxia).

El lugar está bien pero el gerente (no se si ese es su puesto) es un asco, el servicio es malisimo, me hicieron sentir incomoda y andaba diciendo que si se quejaban de una situación que hubo y lo regañaban a él se iba a llevar a un mesero

Go and eat at the restaurant; the sushi is decent to good, and the tea is excellent. But if you're ordering delivery, eat something beforehand because it takes almost two hours to arrive within 3-4 km of your location.

I'm a frequent customer of their yakimeshi and I really like it, but recently we bought some sushi to go. I ordered an Omega Roll that promised octopus and salmon, but they only added three pieces of salmon and about half a gram of octopus. I understand they might have run out, but they could have at least added more salmon or substituted it with shrimp, but no. And it's not cheap, so all they put on it is cream cheese 😮‍💨 I was quite disappointed, but the service was very good. The sushi was the only downside, and they didn't even give my friend any sauce.

I ordered the Master Roll, which has bacon, Chihuahua cheese, avocado, shrimp, and tsurimi, and I never found any cheese or bacon. I'd previously ordered rolls with shrimp and they'd give me tsurimi, like on three occasions.

Incredibly slow service, the "supreme" yakimeshi was anything but supreme! It was awful! The presentation was unappetizing, the potatoes that came with the boneless chicken were of the lowest quality and unsalted, the boneless chicken was refried, the dressings were bad, the soy sauce was bad. The only good thing was the tea.

Until recently, it was my favorite place. I visited the branch every week with my family, but the service started to get really unpleasant. The staff seemed almost as if they didn't want me to eat there, so I started ordering delivery, and everything was fine. I always ordered the delicious #2 platter. But four weeks ago, the service started to decline even more. Every week I ordered, I received less sushi, even though I knew what was supposed to be on the menu. They always made up an excuse that the chef made a mistake and offered no solution. I didn't pay much attention and decided to give them another chance, and the same thing happened again: less sushi and an excessive amount of carrots. I told them again that I thought they had sent the wrong platter; it wasn't complete. They replied on WhatsApp that they hadn't made a mistake, that they had weighed the platter before sending it, but it was more carrots than sushi. I felt like they were mocking me, making fun of me, but I let it go because it really was my favorite place. And today, this last time, I ordered again, and to my surprise, it was even less than last time 😂 The tray cost 480 pesos, and the rolls were mostly rice with almost no filling in the middle. Plus, the rolls were incomplete. I reported the problem again, and they told me the same thing: the chef made a mistake, and that was their great solution. I hope the place goes back to what it used to be. For now, I don't think I'll be ordering again 🥺

They deserve one of my five stars for a settling of scores. I only occupied one address, just one, and with that I'd have my happiness back. They don't earn five stars; they don't cooperate. Now, because of that, the woman I love so much hasn't forgiven me. Thank God I can't give them half a star.
