He visto reseñas muy negativas, pero hoy he ido por primera vez y el trato es muy amable, el servicio oportuno, el ambiente muy agradable y la comida deliciosa, como no conocía las porciones pedí un tosta verde y de verdad llenó mis expectativas pueden ir a comer con toda confianza.

Excelente vibra, buen café y variedad de comida. Mi favorito es el pastel de chocolate (receta secreta)

I went to this place because it was recommended to me, and it was totally worth giving it a try. The waitress was super friendly and attentive. The owners were also really nice and gave us great service. The food was amazing; it had been ages since I'd had such delicious chilaquiles, and the coffee was excellent. It's already one of my favorite places.

In all my years in Mazatlán, I can definitely say that my husband and I found our favorite chilaquiles (Turkish chilaquiles) here! 🥰 The seasoning is incredible; they taste like mom's cooking. The service is very warm, it's pet-friendly, and the staff is bilingual. Plus, there are lots of activities and events. I LOVE IT!

My wife Lisa and I stopped in and were blown away by how friendly the staff is. Everyone makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. The coffee is outstanding, and their Turkish coffee is some of the best I’ve ever had—rich, smooth, and full of flavor. Olas Negras Coffee Playa Sur is the best local coffee shop that offers Turkish coffee and cold brew like no other shops available in Mazatlan. The fusion of Ukrainian and Mexican cuisine makes this coffee shop very unique. The lovely and colorful interior, excellent coffee, food, attentive service and ambiance greatly appeal to me. All of the home made pastries and beverages were delicious and worthwhile. Highly recommend this coffee shop. Give it a try!

I don't recommend ordering through Rappi. The portions they send are very small, and they always get it wrong. I've ordered iced coffee, and they send it hot. The packaging they use makes it spill everywhere (they send it in a simple plastic bag wrapped in plastic). The coffee tastes okay. Are you sure you don't offer service through Rappi? Because I ordered through that platform yesterday. It's the same logo and the same products they sell. Okay, so if it's at a different branch, aren't they supposed to have the same owners? Same coffee? Same management? Or are you completely disassociating yourself from your other branch? Rappi doesn't package the food; the business handles that. So I'll just copy and paste my review for your other branch. Regards It's a shame your response confirms the problem exactly: you're confusing feedback with arguing and quality management with a personal attack. Instead of telling customers not to come back or inviting them to the branch to argue, you should invest that time in customer service training. It's pathetic to always blame others (Rappi, the delivery person, the customer) for mistakes that originate from your own side. If the packaging doesn't withstand the journey, the logistics error is yours. If the customer receives something wrong, the responsibility is yours. The business is yours, but the money belongs to the customer; if you don't know how to take care of the experience of those who pay you, you don't have a business, you have a hobby with a bad attitude. I hope you learn to accept criticism to improve before you run out of customers to blame. Don't worry, I won't be back. Calling a complaint an attack and saying I'm hurt is disrespectful and a defensive attitude that only drives people away. Don't worry, you don't need to send anything; "Your response left a bad taste in my mouth, not the coffee." Your response confirms that, indeed, the best thing to do is follow your advice and never order from here again. Good luck for the next three months; you're going to need it with that attitude. It would be great if you didn't delete everything you've written. I remind you that you suggested I go "argue" with you at the branch. It's the first time a business owner has asked a customer to confront them over a simple coffee that arrived bad and that you refused to acknowledge was from your establishment, and also that they sent it hot instead of cold as requested. And you NEVER offered a solution; you simply replied that it wasn't your coffee. Oh well, you didn't learn a thing.
