You create the atmosphere yourself, the food, music, and drinks are excellent. The only downside is the dirty bathroom and the lack of water. You tell the bartenders and they ignore you.

The food was good, the place was fine, but the atmosphere wasn't very pleasant. The band only played songs paid for by the customers, and the music played for over an hour, playing a Tucanes de Tijuana disco video from YouTube.

Avoid! I normally just go in not knowing what to expect. The food was edible and the drinks were cold but that was the only thing good. They were trying out a new Canon camera system? The screen was showing the Windows desktop playing YouTube videos.. Obnoxious bright white would appear on the screen and blind out the place. It was early but even now, when I walk by, I just shake my head... My mistake.

In my experience, the service was terrible. The drinks they served us were horrible, and it took them ages to bring us the food. In the end, we had to leave so they would pay for our service. The manager was rude and instead of listening to our opinion, she just wanted to force us to pay for the service we never received because the food never arrived at the table.

My experience at this place was terrible. I went with some friends, and we ordered drinks to start. When they arrived and we tasted them, they were awful, to be honest. We didn't feel like continuing to try the food we had ordered because the atmosphere was so disappointing. We decided to tell the waitress that we wanted to cancel the food and pay for the drinks, but she told us that we had to pay for them even if we didn't drink them. We decided to wait for the food, and we waited a very long time. The food never arrived, and we couldn't even drink the beverages because they were undrinkable, and the atmosphere didn't improve. We decided to leave after waiting for food that never arrived, not receiving any response to our previous comments, and experiencing such terrible service. They just insisted we pay for the food that was never delivered. I have never been to a place with such awful customer service. 😐👎

The first time I went, the food was great and the service was excellent. But the second time was a complete disaster. One of my friends didn't get to eat because his dish never arrived, even though it was canceled, and they still charged me for it. My drink never arrived, and they even had the nerve to include the tip in the bill, making for terrible service.

Terrible service. It took over an hour and a half for my food to be served. When I spoke to the manager, the waiter started yelling at me because I was already carrying my food. He sarcastically asked me what I wanted, since I already had it. It's sad that on my first visit to Mazatlan, they treat you like that. I didn't like the food; it tasted like pure soy sauce.

Warning! The perfect place for mistreatment of tourists! Terrible service. We spoke with the owner, but he was more interested in karaoke than treating his customers well. I ordered a cocktail, but they didn't give me a spoon, and it took almost two hours for our food to arrive. They didn't give us a discount and lied to us, denying that the owner was there when I had just spoken with him. Coming all the way from the United States only to be treated like this is not fair. A bad experience for my first visit to Mazatlan.
