Very good experience! The staff provided excellent service and were very attentive to requests. The overall atmosphere was excellent (even with the background music, which was appropriate for the venue—band/norteña/and sometimes pop). (A little loud for some people's tastes and for holding a conversation), but acceptable. 🤙👍 Regarding parking and access to the restaurant, if you have a family member in a wheelchair, access will be difficult as there are three flights of stairs and no ramp or walkway. Aside from that, the great view of the beach more than makes up for it. 👍

Great place to eat and have a good time on the Mazatlán boardwalk. The Bipolar beef and shrimp burger is a delight—highly recommended. The mango margaritas are also worth trying! They have really fun karaoke nights. The view from the terrace is spectacular.

Avoid! I normally just go in not knowing what to expect. The food was edible and the drinks were cold but that was the only thing good. They were trying out a new Canon camera system? The screen was showing the Windows desktop playing YouTube videos.. Obnoxious bright white would appear on the screen and blind out the place. It was early but even now, when I walk by, I just shake my head... My mistake.

In my experience, the service was terrible. The drinks they served us were horrible, and it took them ages to bring us the food. In the end, we had to leave so they would pay for our service. The manager was rude and instead of listening to our opinion, she just wanted to force us to pay for the service we never received because the food never arrived at the table.

He sarcastically asked me what I wanted, since I already had it. It's sad that on my first visit to Mazatlan, they treat you like that. I didn't like the food; it tasted like pure soy sauce.

Warning! The perfect place for mistreatment of tourists! Terrible service. We spoke with the owner, but he was more interested in karaoke than treating his customers well. I ordered a cocktail, but they didn't give me a spoon, and it took almost two hours for our food to arrive. They didn't give us a discount and lied to us, denying that the owner was there when I had just spoken with him. Coming all the way from the United States only to be treated like this is not fair. A bad experience for my first visit to Mazatlan.
