Las hamburguesas más ricas de Mazatlán! Pedí boneless y una hamburguesa y la verdad que los boneless parecían nuggets con salsa (que no pica a pesar de haber pedido la salsa Hot) no fue al 100% de mi agrado, a lo mejor unas alitas hubieran estado mucho mejor PEEEEROOO la hamburgueeeeesaaaaaa tiene un 1000 de 10. Tienen que ir a este lugar y probarlas! Sin dudas siempre volvería a comer ahí

Es un lugar bastante acogedor, fresco y el personal brinda un excelente servicio al cliente, el sabor de sus hamburguesas es exquisito y muy bien cuidado así como equilibrado, sin sentirse saturadas. La variedad de sus hamburguesas en el menú es notoria, habiendo combinaciones bastante peculiares pero deliciosas. Ofrecen tmb otras opciones como alitas y varias entradas. Muy muy recomendable, definitivamente volveré!

The service was excellent, the waiters were super friendly, and the food was delicious. The cocktails they offer, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are very good and cater to different types of diners. One of the most outstanding things is the variety of dishes they have available, from very tasty hamburgers to all kinds of pizzas, including the house specialty and the Chicago pizza. We ordered a piña colada with alcohol and a strawberry-lemon drink with alcohol to whet our appetites, while from the menu we chose two hamburgers as our main course, one shrimp and one beef, which were really good. They came with fries and different toppings. The bun looked very thick, but when you bite into it, it compresses, leaving a bite that surprised us, since the bun was super soft and fluffy, along with the juiciness of the meat and the crispiness and spiciness of the shrimp, which were cooked to perfection. The hamburger easily fills one person up. Another thing to highlight are the The views from the terrace are a feast for the eyes, as you can see part of the boardwalk, the sea, and the beach from a high vantage point, which is very relaxing. If you want a pleasant view, I recommend making a reservation an hour in advance to secure a spot on the terrace. My family and I dined here last night and enjoyed the very tasty kitsilano burgers. The staff was very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we had a table with an amazing view. We were a little hesitant after reading a review that stated the food made them sick, but decided to take a chance based on the many, many positive reviews and I’m glad we did. Happy to report none in our party became ill! We definitely recommend this place!

Delicious burgers with a great view of the ocean and malecón. It’s surprisingly quiet, despite being in a busy party area of the malecón, perhaps because it’s higher up. You will have to walk up and down stairs to get to this restaurant, but if you’re able, it’s worth it. They also have delicious drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

The great first impression began with the stunning view of Olas Altas and the friendly service from Luis, who helped us with the birthday celebration. The guests were very happy and highly recommend the menu, especially the Premium Combo! ☆☆☆

My wife and I came to this restaurant because we thought it was funny that it was named Kitsilano. We live in Vancouver, BC in the Kitsilano neighborhood and we joked that we were going home for dinner. The restaurant only serves burgers but the drinks selection is large. We ordered 2 Kitsilano burgers and a beer and lemonade. The burgers were okay but the fries were cold and overly greasy. The burger buns were also greasy and we used napkins to remove some of the grease. We joked that we were having sliders for dinner. The service was okay. The waiters were a little distracted most of the time to provide good service. Then we asked if the owner was Canadian. We were told that the owner is Mexican but he spent time in Vancouver living and working in Kitsilano. There were pictures on the wall of old Kitsilano which we enjoyed looking at pointing to the direction where we live. Overall it was fun spending time at the restaurant being reminded of home.

Google maps says they open at 1 but when we went there they told us they don't open until 2. The view is very nice but don't go for lunch there until 2:00 pm.

It is very rare that I rate a place badly, but this one deserves it, to begin with the atmosphere was extremely noisy, the table we took was surrounded by people taking pictures, they almost got into your table, with exaggerated screams, children out of control and it was extremely annoying, we had to change places, they took too long to bring the things, the cheeseburger is totally different from their Facebook advertisement, the flavor is super basic for what one would expect, in the treatment and attention there is nothing to highlight, super basic and even less than that, I would consider it bad, they threw away the drinks, the attention, flavor and experience was very bad in general, I could not even finish the food because of the bad experience and the flavor, we decided to leave.

I’ll keep this short - Two in our party got food poisoning here. We’re certain we got it at this restaurant as this is the only meal we shared all day. As others have said, the food takes a bit to arrive but I don’t fault the staff for that - they were slammed on a Sunday night and very kind. The view is fantastic. When traveling in Mexico you come to accept some differences in food safety with say, the US. Take a look at my photo - yes, those are bags of ground beef resting in the sun…. On the sidewalk. We asked the men where they were heading and they pointed to the burger joint. Tread lightly.
