This was a pleasant resturaunt. We enjoyed it. Was simple but delicious food. The ingredients are local and not sourced from far away. Like the corn flour is sourced locally. The portions were not giant but where just big enough to fill you to contentment. Prices where also fair. I would recommend it if you are in the area and need a quick meal. Sadly I didnt take any pictures this time!

I went for breakfast with my family, the chilaquiles were very good, friendly staff, I recommend it for breakfast 10/10, the price is quite good and the decor is very nice.

It is a small restaurant, but the food is reminiscent of a Mexican grandmother's cooking.... the Oaxaca mole its very tasty, gorditas, sopes, etc

Yes, everything is delicious, everything has that touch of the heart of the country. You can order anything you point to on the menu and it's sure to be a delight… but what I truly love about this place is the extraordinary service you can enjoy here.

That hidden gem serving high quality food made by an actual chef at local prices. Happy I tried the mole, first time and you can tell it was precisely cooked (wasn’t my palate but I can def appreciate the complexity). Type of place you’ll just keep coming back to.

An amazing meal and experience. We were made aware from Rick Martinez' Eaters rec, and felt we had to try it. We were lucky to get a seat right in front of the chef, with a smaller homey store, quick service, a small menu and a small (likely 10ish year old) cashier, it was amazing. The menu is apparently made around their masa which is made from corn that they nixtamalize themselves. I love the different fillings and masa based dishes. We got the tlacoyos, gorditas and huitlacoche quesadilla (ate like mushrooms). They were so good, the masa so soft and perfectly cooked, the salsa macha so flavorful. The price of this could be so much more and yet I think chef is doing this for the community. Thank you chef and her family for an amazing meal.

Excellent food, excellent coffee, excellent service. The portions were very generous; I ordered a tlacoyo and a huarache and could barely finish them. Highly recommended.
