Update- back again for the BLAT.- linch menu. Good ssndwich. The cilantro mayo was yummy. Orange Creasicle was filling, and a latte. Had the Huevos divorciados. Yummy. Used to come here years ago when I stayed in Mazatlán. Fresh orange juice. Will be back....came back..had the swiss chilaquiles as recommended. They were OK.. not really what I was expecting for breakfast..I'll stay with the Huevos divorciados instead.....the little breakfast was very good as well....and the french toast was apparently good but sweet. Good prices
This was a delicious meal but very polite stock. Very helpful and exceptional taste. Definitely you want to stop there and have your meal.
Great authentic food (and food American choices). It get busy and dining is outside, so it could be a little warm but the restaurant has many fans.
Enjoyed the food and service was good. I went there based on the reviews, I was not disappointed. It is outside, no A/C. It was a little hot, but the food was good. They have very good fresh made juices. It is right next to the beach and some shops.
This is a perfect breakfast stop. Food is great, real espresso, they roast their own coffee beans which we went back twice to get coffee for our place. The only issue is when the bees come out, make it a bit of a hassle if you're having syrup or fruit etc.
Bought their Chiapas coffee bean after we took our breakfast there. Amazing roasted beans, regret that I haven't tried it when I was there, I tried their house blend, very good indeed, but this Chiapas is way better, nutty, dark chocolate, caramel, milky crema. Highly recommend to get a bag home if you are into coffee.
This is The Place for that wonderful start to your day with their amazing dble-shot espresso lattes and omelettes with home fried potatoes! Don’t walk to here, RUN!
What a great place! We walked down the beach almost daily and those trips almost always ended in a stop here. They have great breakfast. The breakfast burrito is the bomb. Frappacino and smoothies are always a hit with the kids. The servers are quick and speak English well. They have Spanish and English menus and take USD and CAD which they have their daily rates posted for on a board. Worth the trip!

We were staying at the Riu and Looney Beans is a 15 minute walk. The walk was well worth it. Great coffee and awesome breakfast. Definitely recommend the banana nut pancakes and green zinger juice!

Looney Bean is always good. The House Coffee and the Big Breakfast leave me happy till lunch. I think Looney Bean has one of Mazatlán's best Carrot Cakes (actually I think it is the best), with just the right amount of sweetness to complement the House Coffee. But, don't take my word for it ( wink, wink) Looney Bean feels like a Surfer's café for the public.
Great coffee, great atmosphere! Love the logo! No shirt no shoes no problem! Also they have one that says coffee is for lovers! So cute! The shirts are for a great price! I tried the dirty surfer iced, and the white chocolate oreo frappe! Yum!
Wow, amazing service and food! Was attended to by Alex who spoke impeccable English and was a delight to talk to. Food fresh and flavorful as always. Can't wait to come back soon!
Great place, great food, great atmosphere. Every time we are in Mazatlan, we run out to Cerritos and visit Looney Beans. The food is always wonderful and reasonably priced. I like the smoothies, made with real fruit, no added sugar so they actually taste sour (tart) and delicious. I hear the coffee is also very good (I don't drink coffee). Must go to if you are or at Cerritos.
Came here in May 2018 - great service and good prices. The coffee was good and the piece of Carrot Cake was massive (probably good for 2-4 people). They roast their own coffee here and sell it by the bag as well.
Best coffee I've tasted. Great place for travelers both domestic and from abroad. Great staff, decoration, and excellent food. A must stop at Mazatlán.
A great breakfast spot with Mexican and American options not too far from the Riu. The staff were nice and there was always a table available for our larger group!
Great time here perfect service had a mango smoothie was great. Had the Big Breakfast only place I have found in Mexico that has breakfast sausage. The sour dough bread was great as were thevhash browns, the only down side was the waffles they just were not that good. I would not hesitate to come back here again. Great place and very attentive and friendly servers.
Popular cafe serving Western style coffees and baked goods as well as Mexican style breakfasts. Also fresh roasted coffees. Prices are fairly high for Mexico.
