This is an unforgettable place that serves good sized, flavourful portions of very fresh food. It’s bustling with enthusiastic patrons, the menu choices are masterfully prepared and the value is unbeatable. I was super impressed by the attentiveness of the staff. This is a worthwhile experience on many levels.

Everything was spot on. We were looking for excellent seafood and we found it. Our server Gabriel was incredible, but all of the staff was very professional and top notch from what we saw. The wine, the food, the dessert were better than expected. The bonus was the music at a very sensible volume that allows guests to talk and enjoy their time. Very pleased we capped off our Mazatlan visit with this restaurant. We will return our next trip to MZT.

If I could give 10 stars for the service and food I would. I have not seen service like this for a long long time! Neither my husband or myself are big seafood lovers but he had the sea bass and I had the Los Arcos shrimp and our meals were perfection. Delicious flavors, well prepared and beautiful presentations. The lobster soup in the bread bowl was a HOT and delicious appetizer. Then…. The flan, soo good. Definitely recommend.

This is our go to restaurant for seafood when we are in Mazatlan. Although most servers struggle to speak English, they have someone available nearby to translate and everyone was super attentive to our needs. If you go too early (4-4:30) before dinner, AC might not be running full blast and you need to request to turn it down to cool your area. In 5 weeks, we came back four times and we are going back tonight before we head back home. My favorites are the Pescado Las Brisas (half fried and half grilled fish), shrimp ceviche, grilled octopus, shrimp tempura, fish chicharones and Ginger 70 cocktail. YUM!!! Thank you to all the staff at Los Arcos for making our stay here in MZT a memorable one. Looking forward to our next trip here. Muchas gracias!!!

Amazing seafood. If you are looking for authentic and delicious Mexican style seafood this is the place. Everything was scrumptious, really from the appetizer to the dessert. We read the menu and saw the images( I love that, because then you know what you are getting). And since everything and I mean everything looked wonderful; we asked our waiter for his opinion. He took the time to understand what we wanted and helped us decide. And the food was amazing, wonderfully seasoned and presented.

Nice lobster bisque. Food was nice and hot. Service was somewhat slow. One staff was able to help us out in English but most did not speak English, just Spanish. Good selection of wine and seafood. Attached is a photo of the lobster bisque.

Fancy seafood restaurant. Oysters were so fresh, excellent. I had the grilled shrimp which is a recommendation on the menu, not disappointed at all. Taste good. My husband ordered grilled fish filet, tastes good too, fish meat was tender, not dry at all. The desert was amazing, I don’t like walnuts but I ate half of it, and just avoid the banana part, which is on the bottom of the pastry. We did not ordered any drinks, but just the food itself worth the money. The service was so so. He made us felt we are not important at all, other local customers get more of his attention, probably frequent customers. When we got there, they put us at a tiny table by a wall post, like a table was left over from a corner. We asked for a table by the window which is opened and they did switched us. Overall, food is good but service was not as impressive as other reviews.

Had the coconut shrimp and tomato shrimp ceviche. Good size portions. Food was good but overpriced as compared to other restaurants in the area. They gave us a pate to start which was nice...and tasty. Service was great.

Unfortunately, I visited on a Tuesday when the normal chef wasn't working. I ordered the clam chowder, the ceviche with the pulpo & the langostines. Every plate was grossly underseasoned. By the langostines, I had enough & actually asked them to redo it. They sent out the same langostines with hot butter on them, maybe a bit of salt, but still underseasoned. It's really ashamed, as this is arguably the top rated seafood restaurant in Mazatlan. I expected so much more from them. The quality & feeshness of the seafood was definitely there, jusy prepared poorly. Juan, my mesero, was great, very personable, and attentive. I would recommend him without hesitation. Of the white wines, the Chardonnay is the cleaner choice & by chance, slightly cheaper. The Savy B was good too, just had a bit of funk to it, which I don't mind, but others could find as a turn off. The tres leches cake was ok, but I've had much better. Overall, it's a 3 from me & I won't be back. It's really unfortunate.

The majority of my reviews are usually about great service and food. Unfortunately, this one isn’t that. We have spent 2+ weeks in Mazatlan, eating at great restaurants with excellent food and service. Tonight, our last night, we wanted to eat someplace special. Los Arcos was the choice. Dinner was okay at best. The waiter told us about the “special” - Pulpo. We ordered it. It came to the table deep fried, very dry, and really tasteless. The arachera (flank steak) while good, was nothing special. We had eaten better at Pancho’s and Topolos. We also had an avocado salad w smoked fish - that was excellent. The service overall was awful. The entire wait staff seemed to be having a constant gathering among themselves, laughing, joking, but paying minimal attention to the customer. When it came time for the “la cuenta”, which we asked for twice, we just waited and waited and waited. Meanwhile we watched the entire wait staff just hanging around with each other, joking and laughing. We are not eating here again. We also remarked that a local pizza restaurant was amazing compared to Los Arcos - food quality, service quality, and even surprisingly atmosphere. That isnt saying a lot for this place that seems to be losing touch with the quickly rising competition
