The other day a couple of my friends and I went to grab a late breakfast at this Denny’s. It just so happened to be pretty busy with the afternoon rush but our server, Alexa, really made it an enjoyable experience with her attentiveness and excellent service. Even though there were many tables also enjoying their food, Alexa made sure all of us were continuously satisfied with every part of our meal. With her excellent service we were never low on drinks and she constantly reassured us to ask her for anything else needed. Her calm demeanor throughout that busy rush really made our experience all the more pleasant!

We have a Nolana in my respective city but prefer to drive a little further to this Denny's in particular. Their customer service and food quality are superior to other Denny's in the area. Today we ordered takeout for breakfast, and the experience cemented why this Denny's is our preference. The meals were packed with care and were still visually appealing and hot in temperature when we started eating. They even took the time to include a cute personalized message on one of the bags.

Food was forgotten I guess because when we got it it was cold not even warm we are talking cold!!!! I had to ask to.have it warmed up in microwave at least!! I should have asked for.it.to be made again!!! They did give us a discount but food was so cold!! First time it was brought!!!

1st time at Denny’s in a long time with my 4 year old daughter and it will be the last time. Served named “Hannibal” or “Canivval” attended us and was extremely rude. Someone had left a tip on the table we were sat at and I told him about it just to make sure no one takes it and he said “oh we have cameras”, then my daughter asked NICELY for a water and he came and slammed it at her. I called over the manager by the name “Luis” and he came over and told me to “tone it down” HAHAHA telling a customer that are you kidding me?!?! Please please avoid this location.

I took a sip from this coffee cup. I dont wear lipstick.... I only noticed after I took my first sip and put the mug down. I'm beyond disgusted at the fact this cup probably wasn't cleaned at all. No one should have to second guess the cleanliness at a food establishment. Do better. Thank you to the gentleman who was able to get me a clean cup and made sure that it was clean.

Horrible service waited to get seated dude told us he was “cleaning” the seats when he was just talking to the other servers and it was empty!!! Then got seated after waiting for so long…just so that they take long to just bring us the food which was already in the warmer! After that never did they asked us for refills or if we needed anything else! A pero si son buenos para querer tips HELL NO!!
