Great to finally have this location open. There were probably a few growing pains the first few days, but that's to be expected with a new location on opening weekend. What's more, this location opened the same weekend as the severe storm that brought a lot of wind damage to the area. Bottom line: the quality of the food and drink was just what I expected from any Schlotsky's location.

Everything about it was great. I would recommend it to everyone.

Thank you to Bri who helped me!! She was so nice and never got frustrated with all my questions! I think every front employee should be as kind and knowledgeable as Bri. Thank you! My food was great and on point!

After using the men's room at this 2300 Nolana Ave location I realized there were no towels to dry my hands. I let Dannette know this when I placed my dine-in order. She took care of that issue. Today I enjoyed an extra cheese pepperoni pizza for a great value of $5, available after 5pm on Friday Saturday and Sunday. I highly recommend this place for its service, atmosphere, and delicious food.

2/9/24 The food is good here is very good well at least what I ordered. Came to eat with a friend and I had the #2 turkey with avocado sandwich medium. My friend had the #4 the classic. My sandwich was very good, I especially like the toasted bread. Sorry no pics of the sandwich it was so good I forgot.

First time here, and it was great! Finally found a restaurant that caters to gluten free choices! Sandwiches were amazingly delicious, yum! Customer Service was so friendly and professional! I luv that I was able to see where they make the breads... Five star! Highly recommend! Family oriented!

I must say we were super impressed. Sandwich was super tasty, the bread tastes freshly baked. The smokey cheese sandwich is a must try! Service was friendly and courteous. We were served quickly. Clean atmosphere.

Schlotzsky's has great deals (BOGO offers, half price, etc.) and the sanwiches, salads, and pizzas are also delicious too. The restaurant has a great ambiance, a patio (if you prefer to dine outside), and the employees are very helpful and friendly too.

I went through the drive thru tonight and the guy taking the order had very good customer service. Very patient and friendly. I didn’t even make it home yet before writing this review, but I know it’s gonna be good based off that service alone. That kid deserves a raise cause working fast food isn’t for the weak and in my years of working fast food, I never had such a positive attitude like that. Great service is always the best policy.

Great deals, the sandwiches are worth the money. And they have 3 different size's of sandwiches which is awesome. Every sandwich has more than enough on it from the meat to the veggies!!! And the pizzas are awesome too!!

I love the flat bread Pizzas 🍕 and Cinnabons 😋 my favorite from this place. They are so friendly including the management team . It makes one feel comfortable and also well kept clean resistant. I'd definitely continue coming to this location #23rd Schlotzsky's

Food was excellent, the 10 inch pizza is big enough to feed 2, at 3 slices each. Have not eaten inside yet, but the family and i did go in to order food. Place was clean and did not smell. Would recommend this place to go and eat.

I used to love these when the sandwiches were drenched in oil & vinegar. Now it was just a lunchmeat sandwich on sourdough bread. I know they had to update their menu for more health conscious times, but in doing so, to me, they took away the magic of a hot schlotzsky's. I was so sad

4 stars because the kids they hire at the drive through just don't know the menu and I ordered the club with bacon and literally got one tiny strip i thought they didn't add it because it took some searching to find it. The medium sandwich is huge so if you love a big sandwich that's your place.

I ordered the Chicken Fiesta sandwich and it's amazing! This one is by far my favorite it's full of flavors. The Original sandwich is good, however I wouldn't recommend you to order giant as I felt the portions weren't really increased by much by the size of the sandwich, best if you order it small or medium. The calzone was pretty it has plenty of cheese. The prices for the food are a little high, but I would definitely recommend the food

The young lady who brought our food to our table looked like she didn't want to be there. Plus we were waiting to go into the restroom, this same employee came out of the restroom and didn't even give us a heads-up that there was no toilet paper. I notified the young man at the register that there was no TP in the women's restroom but I saw no sense of urgency.

The ONLY reason why I’m giving 3 stars is because the food is always delicious but I’m very upset with their customer service. I accidentally put pick up order instead of delivery and asked them to cancel I never received my refund and never got my points back. I used my points for that sandwich:(

It’s not what it used to be. They’ve lost our business after this visit. Very disappointed. I got unsweet tea and asked for lemons. They don’t carry lemons.( no lemons is a deal breaker for unsweet tea and this has happened before) My husband ordered a giant deluxe, and after ordering, paying and sitting to wait for the order, they came to tell us they didn’t have the giant sized bread, but could make 2 mediums. Ok….points for that. His sandwiches came late. I had already finished by the time his food came. No, they weren’t busy.

We would always go to the North 10th location, and loved the sandwiches. We went to the new location on Nolana and were not pleased. My usual is a small original and always felt content until this time. The sandwich lacked meat, it was more like a kids sandwich. I'm not sure if this location is still owned by the same owner of the North 10th location, but regardless, please do better when making sandwiches, because paying $22 for 2 sandwich meals is not reasonable.

Good place for a sandwich or bite to eat, bread does get soggy pretty quick tho if you take food to-go. Waited a few visits to post the review in hopes of the cookie sandwich improving, after ordering the cookie sandwich for the 5th time, each time they come with hardly any filling in the middle which has been pretty disappointing.

Finally tried the new location. Let me start off by saying I am a schlotzsky’s addict. I go there often. The new location is beautiful. I love the aesthetic, the drive through is convenient and the location is awesome because it’s literally right next door to me now. BUT the food isn’t the same. Bread is flat and the meat is salty. It’s just missing love or something. The old location had that small town vibe, same guys every time I walked in there. The food tasted like somebody actually enjoyed making it. I’m very sad that it’s closed now.

My boyfriend wanted no tomatoes or onions and there was a crap load of them. Also the sweet tea isn't that great you can taste the nasty smell in the tea dispenser nozzles.

There was a long wait due to slow register system. Only one person was ahead but I waited about 20 minutes. Sandwiches were cold when brought out. I paid for 2 extra pickles but were never brought out after several reminders. Finally asked for a refund and they offered a cinnamon roll. Disappointed in the food quality.

You can remind them to put veggies in your chicken bacon smoke cheesy til your face is blue, they can recite it back to you exactly how you ordered it, and 45 mins later you'll still receive a roast beef sandwich with nothing in it other than the meat cheese and sauce like I have the taste buds of a 5 year old. Had to go in to ask for the parm and hot sauce packets (before I checked if my order was correct...my bad). Only handed one of each and when I reminded her I ordered the big hubcap sized sandwich and we needed more packets, she looked severely annoyed and handed me more. One customer IN the restaurant and 3 cars in the drive thru. Not sure how they got my order wrong nor does it make sense that it all took close to 45 mins. I miss the 10th St location. Whoever trained these folks should be ashamed.

Ate inside and my food took 30 min or more they were prioritizing drive thru , my sandwhich was cold meat was cold (was suppose to be a hot sandwich) the cheese was not even melted , then I had to hear another family be disappointed as well right next to us as well as more people waiting a long time for their food . Edinburg location is much better

Unfortunately this is nothing compared to the original on 10th street. How many people does it take to take an order and make a sandwich? Well if you you visit this location you’ll notice it’s about 15+ and they still managed to get 2 orders wrong!!!! I understand the amount of chips in bags nowadays have decreased but 6 chips??!!!!! I complained and was told they had a bag with 1 chip earlier, but I couldn’t have another bag because they are inventoried. Employee went to ask manager what he would do and never returned. The location is new but building was warm and uncomfortable AC not working properly so our dinner was not enjoyable!

Ordered the cinnamon cup and it was terrible, even the rolls on the counter looked like the’ve been there for days. Mine was dry and it had no frosting. Went out of my way to get this. Never buying here again.

For a newbie this doesn't make a difference but for someone that has sponsored this chain for two decades ( 20 years) it's easy to see the paucity of ingredients when compared to the now defunct location on 10th street- at this location there was no skimping on the amount of meats. To add insult to injury my first "original" was moist at the bottom of the bread ( who knows what liquid soaked the bun) which in itself lacks the usual crunch and the cherry on the pie a little flying creature touched the surface of my sandwich (at 1 o'clock on the right half of the sandwich on the border of the lettuce and ham). To sum it all, good luck and au revoir, adios, arrivederci amici.
