Chili’s NEVER disappoints!! The moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and kindness. Despite the dinner rush, our food arrived quickly and perfectly hot and flavorful. The restaurant was spotless, from the dining area to the restrooms, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The service was prompt and the friendly atmosphere made for a perfect evening out!! Chili’s has definitely earned our repeat business, yet again!!

I know to never expect the service to be the best at Chili’s but I really had a good experience this time. My waitress was very attentive and continuously checked on my table. When I let her know there was something wrong with my food she got her manager to help her with the situation. Her manager heard my concerns and offered an immediate solution.

It was a Sunday afternoon, it was packed. I thought we were going to be a while, but NO, we had this Amazing young man serve us. He had this huge table of people next to us too , well we ordered and I couldn't believe how fast we got our drinks and food. He was very observant. I'm horrible with names I wish I could remember. We praised him for his excellent service. I do recommend the brisket quesadillas they were delicious, and their cocktails are on point, never watered down . It was a blessed Sunday.

Service was excellent and the burger wow it looked unbelievable !Had the bacon rancher burger and ended up paying around $30 for my drink my burger and a side of macaroni . Prices was worth it because that burger was so big I had more than half for leftovers so that's a whole other meal for later. I can't stop raving about the service though . The server was on point constantly checking in on us ,had funny banter. He was kind to my child and was very patient and understanding. Only sorry I did not get his name.

Stopped by Chilis today and honestly it was just a really good experience all around. As soon as we walked in, the doors were open and the place just felt alive in a good way…great energy, welcoming atmosphere, and everyone was vibing .Our server was super kind and attentive without overdoing it. Checked on us at the right times and made sure everything was right. The food came out hot and tasted great, looked like the picture in the menu What stuck with me was the host opening the door for us when we left. Small thing, but it says a lot. You can tell they care. Definitely coming back.

Today was such a pleasant experience! Our server Alyssa was fantastic! She was so attentive and friendly! The overall vibe of this restaurant was very positive..The food was delicious ( bacon cheeseburger, fries, mozzarella sticks, enchilada soup) and reasonably priced 😋....great location next to theater ☺️

We had a craving so we went. We enjoyed our Cajun Chicken Pasta plate. Since we are older and don't eat too much, we decided to split a plate and enjoy some soup and salad along with some Chips and Salsa. Quick service. Great attitude from waitress and Gabriel (our grandson) even brought our meal to us. Loved seeing him and the rest of the crew do their best work during lunch rush hours. Great job guys!

Went on a date night with my boyfriend and shared the texas loaded cheese fries aswell as the tripple dipper. The service by lorenzo was amazing, very accommodating and welcoming. The manager on site was adrian and he was very curtious in asking if everything was greatt! Overall great experience and no complaints!

I love this place! If you come to this location(Nolana Ave in McAllen, Texas) between 11am and 4pm, sit either at the bar or a booth or tall table within the bar area and ask for Mario. Excellent bar tender/server. When I come in for lunch, I make sure I sit in the bar area for lunch. Mario makes great drinks(I highly recommend you try the El Niño). Give this place a try and tell Mario that Tommy sent you! Enjoy!!

Wanted to try there new 3 and me with smash burger so I went. We got there and no wait, got seated. They were quick to take our drinks and orders. My mom and I ordered the same thing only 3 and me with smash burger I went with chips and salsa and my mom went with chicken enchilada soup. My dad got ribs combo. My mom said soup was good but a bit salty for her. They brought out a lot of chips for chips and salsa. The service was great we had a young girl with glasses named Ana. She always checked on us. The food was great honestly that was a great smash burger It had island dressing, but didn't taste it. The smash burger was flavorful and juicy. Top 3 burgers I've had for sure. Will definitely go here again.

Went to go watch the final football games of the season and had a great time. I had the triple dipper as it comes in the picture, a dos xx and a molten lava chocolate cake to finish it off. Service was good, food was good and they had game playing over the speakers instead of music so ppl could hear what was going on in the game.

Food is good. Fajitas are very tender & the shrimp well seasoned & flavorful. The staff come around too often, interrupting conversations at least 6 times. It was a bit annoying for my guests. It would be nicer if water glasses were filled because they see that they're empty instead of asking if all is ok 6x. Just saying. Otherwise, Chili's has a great menu.

Our order was good. Food was great. Waitress was kind, But let me let you in on some advice. If you are at a restaurant or workplace of a family member or friend. You need to be kind and respectful . Let me tell you what happened we were in the dining area and there was a booth in the bar area that were either employees or friends of employees. These girls were loud like teenage girls loud. We couldn’t hear our server they were so loud. The reason we think they were employees was because other employees would stop by and sit with them to chat. And another reason we think they were related or dating an employee was because one girl yelled out to the bartender “Hey Babe!” And he turned around and motioned with his finger over his mouth as in to be quiet. Point being is that when someone you know is at your place of work number one rule they should know is to be respectful. The actions your friend or family has at your workplace reflects on you the worker.

It was a week day that I walked in to have dinner. I opted to sit in the bar area instead of being seated. Service was fast, and the food was decent. Like that they always have some promotion going. They did not have the 2 for 20 this time around. Think it is the best promotion for Chilli's. The place was clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. I recommend it.

Service was exceptional, did not get the ladies name. Very attentive and constantly swinging by to make sure we didnt need anything else. Food was good, except one of my chicken tenders had a chewy raw texture when biting into it. Didnt bother to mention at the moment, as I was full already and didnt continue eating. Overall, good lunch with the fam.

My burger was awesome. Unfortunately my wife's burger was undercooked a bit. Other than that we were extremely pleased. The waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Service speed was fast. Great value for what we paid. Definitely will be back.

Chillis is my go to most of the time. I practically eat here for lunch at least once a week. But who in the Hell thought it would be a great idea to take the delicious corn on the cob off the menu and add asparagus?!! The manager came over to talk to us but he said it was a a whole Chillis thing. Bring back my corn on the cob 🌽!! Manager and server were great!

Chili's is the fail-safe restaurant to have good drinks and tasty food with my girlfriends! The White Skillet Queso is a great starter! Get that with a drink for the bar and you're set to munch on something while you wait! I tried the new BRISKET QUESADILLAS. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the brisket was. Give it a try! The cocktails are never a disappointment at Chili's. Their bar is great! I tried the new Margarita of the month: the STRAW-EDDY RITA. IT is a sweet blend of Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka, Lunazul Blanco Tequila, Strawberry Purée and Fresh Sour. It was refreshing and not overly sweet. For dessert, we always have the Molten Lava Chocolate Cake. If you haven't tried it, please do! It's great to share, serves four people.

The food was brought to our table very fast! The steak fajitas, chicken Cajun pasta, and the triple dipper were amazing. The chicken crispers were ok but could've been better in my opinion. The staff were super friendly and helpful but the music was a bit too loud.

Quickly seated but took about 5mins to get waited on. Once we got that rolling, everything else was good. Food came out tasteful and HOT! Drinks were kept filled and overall a good experience. If it would not have taken as long to get waited on, I would of gone 5 star.

Food here was very tasty and filling, the fries were not made to order it seems, they were only barely warm and slightly soggy, the boss burger i got wasn't the best one I've had, i have eaten it before, meat for both burgers was juicy. The ribs were good and soft, we really enjoyed the taste of the coleslaw. Service this night was a bit slow but nothing serious. I do recommend chili's for any type of appetite.

I came to Chili’s and ordered a hamburger, a Coke, and a beer. The food was okay — nothing out of the ordinary, but it hit the spot. However, the service fell short. The staff didn’t seem very uplifting or professional. I understand it’s a Friday and people may be tired, but I can’t assume that’s the reason. Based solely on my experience, the service wasn’t great. The server who brought my food didn’t communicate much, didn’t check in to see how everything was, or ask if I needed anything else — just dropped off the food and walked away. Hopefully, it was just an off day.

Very disappointing fries were not fresh not reheated looked old. Boneless Buffalo Chicken Salad wasn't as good as it use too be. Asked for grill chicken no Buffalo sauce it had it, not bad just wipe off.

Stopped by on a Sunday evening to try their 2 for 25 special. As soon as we walked in we noticed lots of tables that needed cleaning which gave the place a bit of an unkept look. Started out with the Onion Petal appetizer but about a 3rd of the onion pieces were clumped together and there was lots of uncooked batter. The parts that were cooked were a bit burnt/overcooked. We had the Mango Chili Chicken and Grilled Chicken Cajun Pasta. The Grilled Chicken Cajun Pasta was very good. Nice char on the Chicken and cheesy spicy suave on the pasta. The Mango Chili Chicken was also very tasty but the side order of rice was cold, hard and flavorless. We ended the evening with a slice of cheesecake that was just OK (never thought I'd say that about cheesecake).

We went for a late lunch ordered our food and drink everything was great but when it came time to pay I was expecting a ticket, but was on a little screen on the table to pay so I paid it and tipped the waiter 15% .well we left it was a bit pricey well a few days later was going through my text and opened the text I got from chili's receipt was looking over it I was charged for some item I didn't order and Game charge I didn't even play .so people check your ticket before you pay .so not going back to this place again .👎👎

I wanted to treat my son to a burger at Chili's on Nolana Loop, just a few blocks west of McColl Rd. Once seated we placed our drink order and also ordered a sampler platter. You choose three items from a list offered. We decided on fried cheese, buffalo wings (bone-in), and the southwest egg rolls. The fried cheese is two squares of breaded mozzarella,and comes with a wanna be Marina sauce. The egg rolls have black beans, corn, and red peppers stuffed inside, and served with an avocado ranch sauce. The rolls have a decent balance of flavors that pairs well with the sauce. The wings are the traditional buffalo and served with ranch. My son ordered the bacon burger, I ordered the buffalo chicken salad. He loved his burger, he practically inhaled it. My salad was lame, first it didn't come with the blue cheese crumbles that were in the menu description, nor was the chicken dipped or coated with buffalo sauce, just plain ole fried chicken breast cut into strips. So the only components on my salad were lettuce mix(pre-dressed), tortilla strips,a few bacon bits and the chicken, Boring! I asked my server about the missing components and she returned promptly with both, but this did little to help an already weak salad. A few grape tomatoes , red onion rings, and maybe some Avocado would have made a huge difference. The prices at Chili's are reasonable but for a $12 dollar salad it could have been a lot better. Next time I go I'll order a burger.

I WISH they had better deals like APPLEBEE'S its was to expensive for a itty bitty plate. I dont know why but 25 for a 6 ounce steak is crazy... and need more food options. But overall it was delicious.

Chose the brisket quesadilla and it was great. Our waitress took great care of us! Only thing I didn’t appreciate was an automatic charge for a “donation” that was applied to my receipt. When I asked the waitress, she stated it was automatically added to everyone’s tab. I asked her to take it off because I never said I was donating. If I hadn’t looked at the receipt closely, I would’ve paid for something I didn’t authorize.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have never experienced what I did on Saturday night 4/26. The second I walked in, a server with short, frizzy hair started sneakily pointing at me and laughing to another server. The entire dinner, I watched as she kept gesturing at me to a male server and laughing at me. Another server told me her name is Angelina Garza. She was extremely unprofessional and made me feel so targeted and unwelcome. Only left 2 stars because the food was good.

Everything was good , chili's now down size their menu again getting to point not having choices of food. It keeps down sizing point but went up on price on items, going to stop coming here getting as bad as applebee's menu. Disappointing 😞

Horrible service managers playing with employees in the back talk about customers they should really fire the employees they have and re hire people that actually care about . Customers food was cold and manager didn’t care to fix it always talking about customers every time we come here . They should be ashamed of talking about the people that feed them and there family . There disgusting .

We ordered the $10.99 special which included chips and salsa and a drink. The manager took my $25.00 gift card and came back and told me I ordered another $12.00. I was charged for a game, the chips and salsa and drink. I should only owe $10.99 times 2 plus tax. She adjusted the bill then got rude when I asked for my gift card with a balance on it. To make things worse the burgers were dry especially on the edges.

Sat on first table and it was dirty, moved to the second table and was dirty. See floor pic for pepperoni on the floor. Ordered classic nachos with guacamole and ancho salmon. The nachos were the worst I have ever had, look at pic for how much guacamole you will get despite we paid extra for it. The salmon had good flavor but was dry or over cooked. Wait staff was very attentive, friendly and provided timely refills.

We got there every thing started out good the waiter guy came out and took our drink order but the girl who brought the drink had them all in her hands not a try and it was 6 drinks the 2 kids drinks in one hand and she had it spilling all on the floor and on my baby I asked her to be careful bc some of the sodas were spilling on my baby and she stops to tells me shes not spilling it while the drinks are still spilling on my baby she got upset and left I later spoke with theanager but he didn't seem to care

Arrived at chilis and waited 40 minutes for a table. People started arriving after me and were getting seated. I was a party of 5 and bigger parties were getting seated. I did request a high chair for my table but regardless of the fact they could have made it work at any table whether a booth or table. I also had called ahead of time for the table or to be on a waitlist and they said they go based off first come first serve. Will not be coming back here again.

the worst service. manager on floor was being rude when i told him my issue. when i wanted a completely fresh queso. i was charged for it ..when the server never came for me to ask to reheat it ? manager made so many excuses for servers and i asked the food runner if we can get our server and get never came? when i asked for refills none! food was hot but cold when i waited for server to get my drink refills. server did ignored our section and did refills for other tables. the manager lied and said he checked up on us when he never did? worst place to go to. and definitely my last! it’s always the couples that go and get crappy service . i wonder how the manager keep running a place when they don’t satisfy their customers?
