The staff is extremely sweet and accommodating. Ordered to go and I had my baby in the car with me and wasn’t able to go inside. There were gracious enough to bring my order out to me. Food is a 10/10 and Customer service is a 12/10. Sorry no pics but the potato is HUGE and the chicken was gigantic too. Flavor was on point.

Aces BBQ went above and beyond for our party of 16 after my son's high school graduation. Despite arriving 30 minutes before closing, Jonathan, Nadia & the rest of the staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and didn't rush us. The service was top-notch, and the food was exceptional. Highly recommended!

Wow , the food is great. The rancho dip and brisket is yummmmmyyyyy. The catfish is delicious, and the carnivore burger was just good eating. The food was great. I had the turkey sandwich, my son had the bacon cheese burger (which looked awesome), and my husband had the two meat plate brisket and sausage. All our plates were empty when we left. Oh, the corn bread is awesome. Our server was polite, knowledgeable, and checked on us often. Super service and food.

We went in because we got a gift certificate from the school district for our daughter, we were skeptical because we had never dined there before. Service was great, thank you Alma 🤩. They have a variety of foods to choose from , usually our daughter has brisket but she decided to try the tenders they were great quality and had a great taste. Everything in our table had a good flavor to it and was freshly made.

We all left full, happy & even left with leftovers for later (1/2 the ace sandwich). Shooter was our server and delivered the best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service starting with getting us our drinks quickly after immediately greeting us, (he made the best peach tea) taking our order and asking the kitchen staff about our picky eaters request for bean tacos & making sure to clear away trays and brought refills over right away. Shooter also asked our little one if she would like more tacos after her 1st serving & made sure we were all enjoying our meals. My husband and I agree with her as far as Ace’s being our new favorite restaurant. Our bill for 3 with huge meal portions and drinks/refills was under $45 and worth it! Ignore Pablo’s review, I was eating there when a when a child threw up all of the floor. Instead of the mother or father picking up the child and taking him to the restroom after he initially threw up. They watched him throw up and then continued to eat, then he threw up not even 2 minutes later in the same spot. The family did not seem to care about their child being sick. One of the family members offered to clean up the throw up and then proceeded to dump a bunch of mop water on the floor and leave. All while the father I assume got mad at the manager. The restaurant was packed with people and servers were running around all night. And the family simply couldn’t take responsibility for their actions. The servers tried to handle the situation best they could and the family was disrespectful

Wonderfully attentive and fast service, very delicious food. My loaded potato w/ brisket was as big as a Buick and will make a whole second meal. Sweet tea was perfect. Friend took me to try it and so very glad they did.

I ordered the 4 rib and moist brisket plate, and my wife ordered the moist brisket and chicken plate. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed our plates. The ribs had a smokey flavor and were very moist. They paired extremely well with the sweet BBQ sauce. The brisket was actually the most moist brisket I've ever had, and I've eaten alot of brisket. My only recommendation was, it needed just a little spice, but also paired extremely well with the bbq sauce. The rice and beans sides were also extremely good. Overall, we loved it here, and they have gained a repeat customer. Update. Returned again. Unfortunately, this time, the food was bland. We had pulled pork and brisket. Both were uninspiring. Both lacked any resembles of bbq. Both lacked slices, salt, pepper, etc. They just tasted like they were made without adding anything to the meats. Service was once again fantastic, but sadly, this will be our last time here.

Food was alright. Nothing special to note, but had a LOT of fat on the meat. The service saved this place as the young man at the register taking orders was going above and beyond with customer service.

During our afternoon lunch, our party of six had a few issues with the service. Although the staff was friendly, some areas needed improvement. Our entire party arrived at different times, and it took a while for us to order drinks and appetizers. We noticed a customer getting up several times to help herself at the server station, which seemed a bit odd. Our food came out staggered by different servers, and we waited a while for the final dish to arrive. Unfortunately, this resulted in the earlier dishes getting cold. We also had to walk to the bar twice to ask for a knife, as our server seemed a bit preoccupied and didn't check on us often. The biggest issue we had was the lack of prebussing. After we finished our meals, all of the dishes were left on the table. We didn't order dessert because we didn't want to have dinner plates on the table while trying to enjoy dessert. We tried to drop hints by stacking the plates, but it went unnoticed. As a former server, I understand that things can get busy, but the restaurant was adequately staffed. It would have been great if the server had checked on us more often and offered refills. Removing plates while offering refills would have been a nice touch, but it wasn't an option. We also would have appreciated a check back by the server. Despite these issues, we enjoyed the food and the friendly staff. We hope that the restaurant takes these suggestions into account to improve the overall dining experience for their guests.

So it is my first time ever trying this, food didn't take long to come out, portions were good and brisket was surprisingly good, although im sad to say my favorite side dish is mac but this one was unbelievably disgusting, it was room temperature & tasted so fake and not authentic at all. i wont be ordering their mac ever, it was nasty.

Food was nothing to brag about. They gave me 2 slices of bread instead of a bun for my chopped sandwich. Potato salad was bland, Fried pickles were over- fried and had no flavor of pickle, batter could have had more flavor. My friend at the table said it was the worst margarita he had ever had.

Ribs were tough and over priced, very little meat on the ribs since they’re baby backs, but they’re priced like they’re spare ribs. Rice/beans and Fideo are great, good fajita panchos too

I reserved a table, and when we arrived the hostess stated that they didn't have anything listed & that they never told them anything about it. A server then came and checked & found my reservation. Shortly after, we were seated, we waited about 10 minutes to get our drink orders. We were paying seperate checks, but that wasn't an issue, however, she took the first order & then walked off. After about another 5 minutes, she came back to take the rest of our orders. Now, rather than bringing all of the drinks at once, she only brought the drinks for the 1st order. When we all finally placed our orders, we still waited a while before we got our drinks. When we finally got our food, our server disappeared. She didn't come back to check on us. I had to get up and find someone for refills. The food was great, but the service was awful. Gratuity was included on the bill because we were over 6 people, but I don't feel that it was earned. To make matters worst, there was some sort of pop up vendor starting & they blocked off the parking lot with cones. This has nothing to do with the restaurant, but I do not like to be rushed when I'm having a conversation with my family, as we do after all of our get together.

Well the food was not bad, we expected more. We ordered an entree, It had lots of cheese some brisket but hardly any chips. Our waiter was not the best. Drinks needed to be refilled and noone around. It's hard to eat brisket with nothing to drink. First time there and I don't think we are going back.Its was two of us payed $74.29 for bad service. To us service is everything and the lack of it gave use a bad taste. We ordered a botana for two it was mostly Chips and cheese hardly any brisket. The potato was good my son loved it. Lots of brisket in it. Botana can be improve just saying that's my humble opinion. 😌

Its been years since ive been to Aces but when they finally opened this one up i went to check them out. 1st thing that I found odd/disappointing was they have ZERO accommodations for babys/toddlers no booster seats, cups or really food menus for them so your paying $10 on a quesadilla/chicken strips for a baby. As far as I remember it looks like everything on the menu jumped +2-4 dollars, my family didn't get a refill till...after...we were done eating and there were more waiters than diners so it's not like they were all busy. The food was still good but with the total I paid I could've spent that at a steakhouse or Dave and Busters (games included)

My office ordered bulk Brisket sandwiches from there today and they were very dry. Had to pour all the bbq sauce to make them edible. Not the first time I’ve eaten there that the food is dry and has no taste.

I am so totally disappointed in my experience from last night. We were 20 people trying to enjoy a night out. What we got was an inexperienced girl who was totally out of her depth, and no back up. We are ordered half racks of ribs to help them to not run out. We had people coming in after us ordering being served and leaving while we waited for our orders. I ordered the Catfish &Scrimp. It' was cold and tasteless. TWO people in our group never even got their food. Two and a half hours later we finally got to leave. Our reaction to Aces Bbg was " a bar with a food problem". NEVER AGAIN

First timer and last visit for me. Ordered the three mea plate, ribs were tender but lacked seasoning, the brisket was soft & lukewarm, the sausage was good. The corn ear was lukewarm unsalted & unbuttered. Tasteless. The small side salad was very weak, the lettuce had water in the bowl and only one choice of dressing. I paid too much for average food. Our server was kind and helpful but after the food was served we only saw her once at the end. Now, I understand why it was empty on a Saturday evening. I give y’all a 2Star restaurant, just cause it was clean and lots of parking. Oh wait, it was empty!

Beware of the added charges not posted on the menu. Fajitas not worth the added charge! Went for Sunday lunch ordered 2 meat 2 side plate, price posted on menu $16.99. Ordered turkey and fajitas (new item). Turkey was great! Fajitas very tough, around six small strips were on plate. No where posted on the menu that there was a $3. added charge for the fajitas, nor did the waiter tell me. To my surprise, I got the bill with the added charge of 19.99. If I would have known I would not have chosen the fajitas. I asked to speak to manager to take the up charge off, she even admitted it was not written on the menu. She refused, even when explained I couldn’t eat the fajitas because they were too tough to chew. She wasn’t there to please the customer. Very disappointed with her attitude. Server never came to check on our drinks, we got up twice to serve ourselves refills on our drinks.

Went to have lunch with a client, I was a little embarrassed, my client’s brisket plate was disappointing, brisket looked raw and mushy, I ordered bbq chicken, which was good, but potato salad was so hard and not edible.

No Diet coke, the prices are quite high, which wouldn't be an issue except we waited for our food a while. Nothing was hot on our plates, the salad wasn't cold. Very disappointed, will not return. Ordered the sliced moist brisket, and it was dry. Ruby's is better, and less expensive. And they have Diet Coke and Diet Dr Pepper. The bonus is, not only are the prices high, but they charge you for using a debit card, at aces. NRJ.

Came to pick up a plates for a fundraiser the staff wasn’t not inviting, they looked like chicken with their heads cut off, and the lady in front so supposed to be like reception/ greeter didn’t bother to acknowledge or ask what we needed. The looked like they didn’t want to be there overall horrible experience never coming here

Was pretty disappointed the Catfish was so small. I mentioned it to the waitress and she agreed. This was my go to for Catfish in the Valley. I understand food prices are increasing but if portion sizes are decreasing make it known ahead of time.

😐 Do not like to put bad reviews, this time was very disappointed. I'll be glad to review again and change. Maybe a bad day or person in the kitchen. We ordered a plate for 4 people, priced well for 4 , and it was not even for 2 as far as meat amount 👎. Hudge plate, lots of chips with liquid cheese, not even real cheese. I doubt was 1 full sausage link, 3 slices of extremely dry brisket cut in little pieces and spread out through the chips, and pulled pork . Very disappointed.

I went in one inch to try their sausages because they looked so good online. But when I got in the young lady said that they only sold them singles as a dish. And then I asked her what type of sausage was it was it Italian sausage and she said let me go ask them if she came back and said no it was just a sausage. So I decided to order the 4 piece fish platter and a order of french fries on the side, and a sausage. I asked her to put extra barbecue sauce on the french fries but when I got home I realized that the catfish was the size of two fingers put together the length of two fingers and there was four pieces I don't understand how how that would be 15.00 meal the french fries tasted like they have been sitting there for a while they were stale is ridiculous how the food tastes I will not go back there again I really had a taste for some barbecue. I am not a satisfied customer

I can only give one rating since I was never served. Patrons came in after us and were seated and served even after I told a worker that I was ready to order. So many staff members collecting an easy check doing nothing but horsing around and avoiding the customer. So disappointing! We would have spent an easy $75.

Absolutely horrible place. Overpriced. They don’t respect diversity. They add bacon in a hidden way to the potato salad. I only learned about because the cocky cook came to our table and said it. I am disgusted. I don’t eat pork due to my religion. They should be transparent about adding pork to the food in the menu. I don’t recommend

My husband and I went there for dinner. We were seated and told that our server would be with us. No one came, my husband signaled someone to come and still no one came to get our drink order or our food order, so we left. It was not busy at all, servers were visiting and eating, while we waited, so we left. I messaged them on fb and of course no response. Bad service!!

I walked in around 6:50 and was greeted by the hostesses very politely, other customers walked in afterwards and were served immediately, even though servers knew I was there, I was completely ignored and decided to walk out around 7:05. the excuse was that the printer ran out of paper. Came to 492 bbq and the wait staff are way more aware of customers and seem to be more organized.

Place has gone really down hill especially with the brisket. It's dry and hard even when I ask for it moist. There is too many new chefs in the back and the quality has degraded significantly. If they wanna key up with the competition they need to provide quality like they used to. For now I'll take my business elsewhere.

Brisket was served cold the ribs as well. Bad service.. the waitress never came by to check if I needed anything. had to get up to ask for a refill.. .. and I even tipped her.... I will never go back there..

They intentionally put even less than what they would originally put. Not sure if this is out of spite! This is the 3rd time this has happened. Go somewhere else where the service and portions are better.
