OMG, the pizza was amazing. Had been going to this little Caesars for years and the pizza had never tasted this amazing. Called and spoke to Ale and asked her if they had new person and she no. Asked her who made it then she said she did. I'm like hats off to you I'm very satisfied. Keep up the great work Ale!!! 💪

Order the three meats pizza and a cheese pizza was told it would be done in 10 minutes oh, it was done in 10 minutes and they brought it out to the truck. Customer service was great and the place was clean.

I've gone to many little caesars, but this one.It's a hit or miss depends on the time depends on the cook.It depends on the day, sometimes they make really delicious pizzas, and other times it's just like send it out just so that they can get the line moving.And customers out of the way or the pizzas burnt or there's no sauce on the Pizza or it's not cut properly where it'd be easy to separate the slices, like I said, this place is a hit or miss

Almost 10 minutes at the counter and they knew nothing about the app no courtesy concern whatsoever young staff slacking

Not only did they guy next to me found a hair in his pizza but none of the Ladys or manger have hair net or use gloves you can literally see them cleaning and then making pizzas without washing their hands place extremely disgusting and needs to be audited by health inspector

I hate to leave a poor review, but I waited 28 minutes for one thin crust pepperoni pizza😭 the employee who took my order was so rude, not even a smile or a hello. When I stood up to ask what was taking so long, another employee gave me my pizza ( that was not even hot ??) she offered some free bread to make up for the inconvenience. Like oh yes, I'd love some bread that was sitting there for the last 30 ish minutes to go with my stale pizza. Not worth the 9 bucks tbh, save your money and go to the one in NorthCross plaza, much faster and their crust is to die for. Also, I do not understand places that let employees play their own music so loud, I'm all for an earbud, or casual music but seriously? It can feel obnoxious and unwelcoming :(

I don't understand why there's a 20 minute wait for something that's supposed to be hot and ready. And the person there in the drive through tells me to go to the front and wait, then get down for my order because they no longer tske the order out yo you.. What's the point of a drive through then? So I asked for a refund, and the person had the nerve to tell me because I'm giving you a refund now everyone else has to wait longer since i had ti stop making pizzas to give you a refund.Well, what kind of service is this?

Placed my order at the speaker, 1 pepperoni stuff crust, told me "it would be about 12 -15 mins wait time as they didn't have any ready"... I said ok.... took me about 12 mins to get to the window, there was about 3 cars in front.... the guy asked for my order and then charges me, and he tells me again "the wait time is 12-15 min".... I tell him, I had placed my order at the speaker about 12 min ago and you told me it would be about 12-15 mins, did you not put in the order? He sais no they put it in at the when they charge then made up some half-assed excuse about they were backed up and sometime people don't pick up their orders... you could tell he was lying because he wasn't make sense and stumbling over his words... so I says fine whatever, but then he asked me to drive to the front and come back when its ready. I tell him no, I'll wait here, he tells me with attitude "you either wait in the front or I give you a refund"... i didn't want to make scene so I drove to the front. wait the 15 minutes, call and ask if it's ready and so they can bring it to my car... they say no I have to get down or go to the drive thru he says there's nobody waiting in the drive thru atm.... so I drive around the store - 2 cars waiting... don't wanna wait so get down to pick it up - somebody ordering so more waiting.... total time from when I order at the speaker box about 45 mins .... and it turns the guy at the window is the manager randall, who has gotten other bad reviews... not surprised.... pizza was good though

I love Little Caesars but i think it's insane how i get charged extra when i ask for lees of a product and cut their job pretty much in half!! Do not ask for light pepperoni because even though you're saving them pepperoni by asking for half, you will be charged for a "custom made" pizza.

Why bother advertising Hot N Ready if it’s gonna take 15 minutes to get to the window and then have to wait another 15 minutes for pizza to be ready. Never going back. Got a refund without a problem. Too bad I can’t get my wasted time back. Once you’re in line you can’t escape from the drive thru.

This is easily the worst Little Caesars I have been to, and it’s because of the “manager” Randall. I’ve had multiple bad experiences with him and only him. To begin with, I go to Little Caesars once or twice a week. The first time I placed an order online, I walked in and he told me it would take 20 minutes and to leave and come back. So I did I went to get a car wash. When I came back, my app said it was time, but my pizza still wasn’t ready. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes. The guy who had arrived at the same time as me was given an extra Crazy Bread “for the wait,” according to Randall. When I finally got my food, I asked if I could have a Buttery Garlic Sauce, and he said it would cost extra. I asked why he gave the other guy food for free when we waited the same amount of time, and he said it was because he felt the other guy waited longer and that I had come early. I showed him that I was already past my pickup time, and he basically shrugged his shoulders and said he didn’t care. This past weekend, I ordered through the drive-thru. When I got to the window, he asked me to do the review and scan the barcode to receive a cup with some candy. I told him I didn’t have my phone with me because I had forgotten it, and he rolled his eyes and closed the window. When he came back with my food, I gave him a Little Caesars coupon for free Crazy Bread with a pizza purchase. He told me he couldn’t honor it because I had ordered through the drive-thru. I explained you know that I’ve used this same coupon before with no issue as long as a pizza is purchased, it should be valid. He simply said, “Nope, I don’t know that.” After that, I said, “Okay, it’s fine,” and he smiled and said, “Have a good day.” I just feel he’s very rude and condescending. Like I said, I’m a regular customer, and I’ve only ever had issues with him. It honestly feels like he doesn’t like women. Worst customer service. I can’t believe he’s actually a manager they must hire just anybody.

At approximately 9:07 pm we had order online, once the order was picked up and brought to our event, the order of the pizza was totally wrong! Called to speak to the manager on staff, and was very rude as well unprofessional when I had mentioned the order number and after she verified said, "oh yes, you are right." We are a long way from there, and she said just bring back one of the pizzas so that we can add the crust you had ordered. I just don't understand "why" she had this attitude when we were ordering a lot of various items, and she wanted us to drive all the way back to have it corrected. I will no longer order from here, especially since the customer service was horrible. I hope that the franchise owner will address this with his staff that he has hired, especially when it wasn't even packed at the time. At this little ceasars, you have lost a customer that would go and buy pizza there every week if not 2 times out of a week. Very disappointing with food and service!
