My favorite south Texas fast food place. Food is freshly made with fresh cooked hand made tortillas. The fajitas have great seasoning. Come here Everytime I am in the valley. Updating my review to say all is still great. This time had barbacoa tacos, sirloin fajitas plate, chicken fajita tacos, and ponchos. Fresh and tasty!

Found tasty vegetarian options here!! The burritos were way better than any restaurant or Taco Bell ones. They have a Plant based meat option, the Impossible Meat Burrito. They were also able to customize the dish without meat. Everything was delicious. The salsa bar had many fresh and tasty salsas and condiments which just added to the taste.

Taco Palenque is not what it used to be, the place inside is filthy, there are no staff cleaning it is very dirty inside, there were no salsas, pico de Gallo or limes. We had to pick up our food, the meat in the tacos was not that tasty and very overpriced for the quality. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place, terrible service, dirty place and overpriced food.

I rarely take the time to leave a negative review anywhere. However I found a piece of plastic in my taco which cut my mouth. Also I ordered a pirata Jr combo and reveived 2 caseros but got charged for the piratas. I didn’t realize this until I was already home and upon taking my first bite there was this unknown plastic in the food. Very poor quality control overall, I am very disappointed.

They always give me my order wrong. So be ready to eat whatever they are giving you if you don't pan on driving back. Ordered a large fideo loco got home to a large regular fideo not a single bean in it. Thank you taco Palenque.

Had to call them to ask for the status of my delivery after the delivery time changed 5 times in the app, they took several times to pick up the phone. I asked them if it was ready if not to cancel it, the guy told me “that order was already sent out, I don’t know if your driver is killing time on the parking lot” I called my driver and he sent me a picture of the order sitting there on the countertop, my driver told me, “they just gave it to me and they are working on the drinks”. TP Service nowadays is not what it used to be. I remember this being one of the fastest restaurants in town, don’t know what happened. Very disappointed.

Today I ordered two beef fajita super quesadillas by drive thru, I took the disappointment that they didn't even bring enough cheese, literally it was the tortilla with the meat and worse when I was looking for my package of sour cream it didn't bring, and the container with the guacamole had a tag inside with number 4046 EMP 008, honestly I've never had so much happen to me in one order. Had a horrible experience. First of all when ordering food at the drive-through, I was being rushed to order to the point where it was rude. Second of all, paid extra for fajita and did not get the extra fajita on the Panchos. Third of all, one of my plates had a hair. When I went back to retrieve my extra fajita that I paid for, I was met with a confrontational employee that questioned me as to how much fajita I wanted in a condescending way. If you pay for extra food, then you should be able to receive your extra food period. I just ended up asking for my money back and left them their plate. Rated Zero out of ten. Customer service sucks.

We buy food here everyday, however, the past two nights the food has been horrible. With our first experience, the chicken was leftover pieces that were hard and we were given flour tortillas instead of corn like we asked. Tonight, we waited 25 minutes for our order only to find out that they messed up again. They didn’t put the guacamole, the chicken was cold, and they gave us flour tortillas instead of corn. This is so frustrating because we were loyal customers that drive 20 min just to eat at that location. But we will no longer be back. First picture is from two nights ago, the second is from right now. EDIT: I emailed them my phone number and they have not reached out.
