UPDATE: I love the crunchie mini tacos and dip them in ranch. I tried the new chicken wrap and it was delicious! Great flavor of the sauce while the chicken was crunchie yet juicy and the dill pickles really added a sour kick to compliment the sweet sauce.

I just got DoorDash from here and I really like that they sealed everything up nice 🙏 and they gave me alooot of fries! Awesome

The day we came the speaker wasn't working but man did they speed up those orders. The customer service is amazing when we asked for an extra sauce the guy had no problem with giving us one. They were supere nice and apologized for the inconvenience. 5 stars to Enrique and the night crew! Exceeding expectations!

We don't have Jack in the Box in Minnesota, so I was eager to try one. I had a Smashburger and it was very good compared to other restaurants in its class. The French fries remind me of McDonald's, possibly the best item at McDonald's. Overall, I was impressed, I'll be back.

Love their grilled sourdough swiss breakfast sandwich. It is delicious and filling.

Good food, but a bit cold, but it was 1 am after all, so I don’t think it could have been better under those circumstances.

The burgers lack a punch but they're big and juicy. The staff is attentive and cordial and the place is clean.

This is a clean and quiet environment. Food is cooked when you order it and the employees are nice enough to take it to you at where you sitting. For some reason I saw the bacon ultimate cheese burger a lot smaller. Maybe ingredients changed. Only thing that I didn't like is that the restroom is locked for some reason. But other that, this a better place than other Jack's I been to.

Visited on a Friday afternoon during my lunch break. Had my order taken quickly. The food came out fresh and fries were warm. Always a plus. No complaints.

This place is suppose to be a 24 hour place but there are some night that at 1am they tell you they are closed. They just don't want to serve the rush at that time.

Food was good. Service was good. I had to speak to staff about the slippery liquid in the restroom. I let her know my grandson slipped and fell good thing I was holding his hand. One more thing there was too many flies in the restaurant.

Really depends on the day. Sometimes they're spot on, impeccable service, then the next they give you a nacho monster taco with no nacho sauce. Check your bag before you leave and you'll be fine.

I've only visited throughout the night because I work nearby and it's one of the only places open at the time. Most of the time the employees are in a mean mood and people from our jobsite avoid buying their food there because of the bad service and the time it takes for the food to come out. Jack in the box is great but the service in this particular one is not that great.

I've been to this Jack in the Box a couple of times in the past years, but this last time did get some concerns. The food itself was still pretty acceptable, although with a couple of problems. I ordered the munchie meal, consisting of the double sandwich, and it was pretty good, but it has been better, since the bread this time did miss some time in the grill. But the fries and tacos were spot on, as always. The bigger problem they'd need to address is that they were missing a lot of the soda options in their fountain (which while I like the technical aspect, is kind of inconvenient since there's always a line to get a refill), as well as ice. The staff was acceptable, but have been more friendly in past visits. I'll be coming back, for sure, but I do hope they can fix these issues.

So this is once again based solely on one and most recent visit. It was a bad experience but all you need is one. Like a lot of other fast food establishments, I've gone to JITB many times and will go again. However being told they didn't have what I wanted and were rude on the drive thru is enough to put me off for a little while.

My chicken sandwich burger was cold and the meat looked like it had been sitting for some time, also the meat looked super thin (wth). When we got there a boy and a girl were throwing trash in the back and the girl ran inside to take orders and was serving with black stuff all over the left arm (nasty) she didn't wash her hands! And she was handling food! Uhm... hello bacteria! Thats what happens when you leace young people to run a restaurant late at night.

I ordered two orders of tacos they were overcooked , totally greasy, supervisor or worker tried to tell me that there was nothing wrong with it and i told her if thats true then eat one she said she doesnt like them i requested a burger instead and was given a soggy burger .

We just stopped by for a quick bite before heading home from the hospital only to find we had ordered the worst food of our lives. We ordered hamburgers and the bread would literally crumble as we held the burger. The fries were cold and seemingly undercooked. The service was terrible, the kid on the counter was constantly cussing in Spanish trying to flirt with my sister. Definitely would not recommend and other than the good tacos they offer, I give this a two star experience.

I always go to this one but sometimes when things are missing or they mess up with my order and I'm trying to call to the phone it never works!!!! You need to fix this immediately !!! I'm missing my debit card and there an extra transaction I didn't have

The food was good,but the place looks like it's in bad shape. The ceiling has mold and is dripping water. They really need to fix the AC or the pipes that are causing the water drips. It's not just one spot. It's several spots in the restaurant. I honestly don't know what the back looks like if the front isn't even fixed. It looks like the mold has been there a good while too. Please refrain from eating here. I won't be coming back here until they fix that issue. Other than that the staff was great and the food was cooked well.

Worst customer service ever! I went in for breakfast and asked for no egg on my loaded breakfast sandwich. You know what I got? DOUBLE EGG AND NO SAUSAGE! What in the world?? I was so upset! This place says 24 hrs but for whatever reason between 1am and 3am staff never there. But the staff vehicle is parked upfront and u see in drive thru window where food is out. Who knows what they are doing. Have had the unpleasant wait time in a line at that time of night stuck between cars...Cars are lined up and no one taking orders. This recent night I did go again and line was moving..this time there was someone there but got our order wrong. Sooo definetly need to get their staff on check and see what is going on. Ridiculous.

Okay so I'm a big fan of jack in the box, but I was really upset because I ordered a large order of fries and received what seems to be a small. I paid for a large not a small, so I told the lady and she was really rude. I heard another customer complaint about the fries as well. We'd really appreciate it if you gave us for what we pay for.

Service is slow here. All the employees did was talk. I waited 10min for 4 tacos in the waiting area. The drive thr was not full. After 10min wait I ask Nacy the cashier to cancel my order she later walk to the back to get my tacos. Once received the tacos were old , hard and hot. Im very disappointed today im all excited ordering my favorite ice coffee mocha on my way to work I pull to the drive thru then I pull to the window a gentleman saying Boba coffee me confused as hell I didn't say anything knowing my order is wrong I still wanted to try the new drink I come in work clock in drinking it half way eating the Boba rock hard and barely enough Boba in it I call to complain nobody picks up and they hang up for 5.35 I rather buy it at holy bakery food truck im very disappointed not recommending at all

I’d go here often for the popcorn chicken, but last time they were rude and told me they couldn’t do 2 separate orders. Also the chicken ended up tasting like fried possum ankles and I caught a new strain of covid right after.

I've never had any problems here till tonight. I ordered a kids meal with chicken nuggets, regular fries and an apple juice also a #4 large size with regular fries. The lady gave me everything but the apple juice so I waited till they saw me but they never paid attention and then I honked at them but they still didn't pay attention to me till a few minutes later and I got my apple juice. When I got home they gave me curly fries instead of regular fries on the kids meal, the nuggets were burnt and on the #4 the burger patties were cold not edible and hard to chew like if they were left out too long not freshly made and my large fries were all cold. I'm not coming back here again. So disappointing when you wait till you get home and find your food is no good. Remember, a receipt is a legal binding contract.

They always mess up my burgers. Don't understand why they can't do the burgers the way you ask them to. Really soggy buns with all that dressing. All you need is a lil bit not dripping with ketchup, mayo and mustard. I didn't even ask for ketchup. The lettuce is not fresh you can clearly see. I couldn't finish it. So nasty. A waste of money.
