Coming from Florida hands down the best wings place!!! Great atmosphere, food was great and we had the best service by Giselle! The manager Robert was also always making sure everyone had the best service and food was delivered efficiently and in a timely manner. Will definitely come again!

Everything was good except for the loud music. You couldn't talk to the person next to you. Other than that it was good.

This was my first time here and it was absolutely amazing, the food was delicious and came out in a decent amount of time. My waitress iliana was very attentive and on point. Cherry on top, the manager Mayra handled business, she was on top of her game. I will definitely be coming back. If I could give 10 stars I would.

This is one of the few restaurants that i can really say provides a top notch environment for any occasion. From the quality food to the vibrant Big Screen. they offer a variety of accomdations for any setting. Wether youre having a business lunch with the team or taking out a your sginifcant other on a fun date night adventure. Its also a great place to catch up with live events like soccer, football, and boxing!

The manager there (Roberto) is the best. Respectful and Caring towards his customers. Ambiance was perfect if you want a social place to grab a bite with friends. Definitely coming back!

Nice place. Lots of TV's and good music. Wings ordered extra crispy and they delivered excellent crisp and juicy from inside and not dry at all. They also provided free small cups of ice cream with dressed up characters! Excellent treat. Will definitely recommend this place and will be back!

Great place, DJ/ music was great, and the food was delicious. It's hard to hear your waitress when ordering, so if you don't like loud places, maybe this isn't for you (weekends only). I ordered 10 boneless, half sweet habanero and half lemon pepper and parmesan garlic aioli fries. Portions were big for me. Next time, I will order 5 instead. Overall, it was a great place and service provided.

This is one of our favorite places to go enjoy great food everything is delicious and the staff is always super nice. Our family enjoys the food & atmosphere very much. The one perk we seriously love is their VIP room. I have rented it out for family occasions and we are never let down the food is always made fresh the staff is very attentive to our needs and that of our geusts. I do recommend this location if your looking for a decent sized place in a great location with delicious food check it out. We have celebrated 3 high school graduations and 1 College graduation party here it is super cute and your guests will love it too.

Food was great. Service was decent. The soccer game they had on was incredibly loud, and when the game ended, they switched to music, which was even louder. Not really the volume level I was expecting, even from a sports-ish bar.

Cool place when you wanna get out after 10pm. This was one of the only places open. Raul our service was very friendly and made is feel welcomed. The dj rangel sucks, and that loud horns serves no purpose. His songs are all over the place.

Overall the food is good but we had several issues with the food and service. Wr expressed our concerns with Mayra the manager. She was very pleasant and helpful and even comped us our food for the table. We will give this place another try simply because of the concern shown by Mayra.

We went on Wednesday October 31st. We got there early so there were not many people there. No one approached us for about 20 to 30 minutes and it wasn't until we stopped someone to ask who our waitstaff was. We ordered food and drinks and everything was delicious. However, no one ever came back to check on us, to ask if we needed another drink or anything. It was even difficult to find someone when it was time to pay the bill. I always come and dine at this W&R to watch major sports events especially football. It’s usually a good experience but lately I’ve noticed that there is a preference in what sport event should be played on the main screen. I know that there is many sports fans but this is the NFL playoffs and in my opinion those games should be playing on the main screen. There should be a better way to decide what MAJOR sport event should be played and turn off the loud music so people can watch and listen to any game.

Not too happy. We ordered an appetizer that was brought with thr meal.the mozzarella sticks were cold, they couldnt be pulled appart, you had to bute into them. We ordered finger food and no napkins, we ordered fries and no ketchup. We had to ask for both. We forget one of our to go plates, we turn around at the light to go back and not even 5 minutes later they had thrown it away. You dont think to at least wait a few minutes if the foods in a to go box? So disappointed.

I love love love the wings from here but today I was really looking forward to the cheese sticks so I ordered some wings and cheese ticks today and thought I’d pick them up to go since the website says they offer curbside. I got there and there was no curbside...no big deal. Got my food and got home bit into my first cheesestick and It had no cheese. I was like ok. No problem. Usually one out of the bunch doesn’t have cheese. It happens. Then I go the other one and guess what? No cheese. Got the last one cuz there were only three in the sampler and it had no cheese. Super bad service from Manager Isabel was very unprofessional today. I called an employee to ask how to make a complaint and was informed by her that there is a lot of complaints towards Isabel but was not able to help me or direct me to the correct way of making a report towards her. Will be making a report to corporate. I am pretty sure the cameras captured everything.

Stopped by on a saturday night & manager didn't wanna sell me alcohol cause i had a mexican Id. Were literally a border town, its impossible to deny Mexican Ids. She stated my Id could be fake since its mexican and its most common to be fake. Normally a good place to watch sports and have good food and drinks. Today Monday though there is a Dj and the music is way too loud and it feels more like a Cantina rather than an enjoyable atmosphere. I’m literally sitting next to a friend and I have to shout in his ear to have a conversation. The music from the Dj is narrowed down to a specific genre. It’s annoying and boring. On top of that the server we got has yet to bring the beer I ordered 25 min ago. All in all not a good experience tonight.

I ordered 10 boneless plain, 10 boneless Parmesan garlic cheese, and 10 bone in Parmesan garlic cheese for pickup for carry out. We got our order and to my disappointment no boneless wings were in our order. I called the store. A guy named Anthony mentioned there was nothing they could do because all of the cooks were gone. I mentioned so if the cooks made a mistake, am I supposed to stay quiet and nothing will be done about it? I asked for a manager. He said there was no manager at the store. He mentioned for me to call back tomorrow to see if anything can be done about it. Honestly I am extremely disappointed at this situation. Why don’t they make the orders correctly in the first place?

Manager is the most uneducated and unprofessional person I’ve come across. Last night I went to go eat around 1 with girl friends and from the start as soon as we sat down (before even ordering or even seeing a waiter) she starts harassing us saying she needs to see all of our ids, we all were shocked and confused because we weren’t even going to order alcoholic drinks so why would you be iding someone who isn’t even getting alcohol. So we let server know and blew it off, later on this random nice guy tries to drop off some drinks he got for our table and manager and server walks towards us angrily yelling we were minors (which we’re not) saying we couldn’t accept nothing and to leave. So we start pulling our ids and she immediately says she needs to scan them and proof they’re real and then denies one of my friends saying her id is cut and she can’t accept it even though she’s 22 🤦🏻‍♀️, after that she just kept staring and walking past us. Only reason why we stayed was because our food was ready, (we got our drinks after almost finishing all of our meals) WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, do not recommend. Been eating here for years such a shame they hire such unprofessional managers, losing 6 plus customers is better then admitting they were in the wrong from the start.

I just left here and let me tell you… this is the WORST place to get wings. My experience was awful… the food was awful. We sat down at 12:30 and ordered about 12:45. There was literally a handful of people there and we got our food about 1:15. Our fries were COLD and soggy … literally tasted like it’s been sitting there all day. My mom ordered a “fish basket” for $13.99 and she didn’t even have her coleslaw that was suppose to come with. It only came with ONE SMALL super thin Fish. My fried pickles were soggy as heck. My wings were cold and super dry. I just don’t see what all the fuss was about. If you like paying for over price food then this is the place to go.

Don't come here. None of the servers attended to us. Our food took 40 minutes and there were only 4 other small parties at the time of our arrival. The wings were slightly overcooked as well. So disappointed in both the Korean & Blueberry Chipotle chicken sandwiches. They were squished flat with a tiny bit of slaw. The Korean sandwich had so much jalapeños to make up for the spicy Asian sauce, I'm guessing? Just very lackluster & not what I expected in my order. It's probably one of the most premium pieces of real estate in South McAllen. I was greeted and welcomed at the door and sat right away. Bartenders & staff need training. Sadly, I walked out. I see that Twin Peaks will open soon near this location. I ended up at Chili's and had excellent service and wings for dinner. As an ex waiter, it truly upsets me to see a service group from a location wholly ignore a guest. It's not just a server assigned to a guest. It's the whole team that any one of should have noticed a guest waiting......Since I'm nearing the 13 million views of my reviews, I might suggest that Google change the stars to no stars instead of one. Restaurants have had a difficult time recovering over the last couple of years, and it is a shame that simple staff training could be responsible for bad experiences for guests.

I’ve noticed the food quality has gradually declined over time, but I always appreciated the consistently good service—until tonight. When I called to place an order, the phone was answered with a casual “Hello,” and when I asked to place an order, the response was simply “Uno momento,” with no further context or professionalism. If basic phone etiquette isn’t being followed, it makes me question the overall standards of the restaurant. Unfortunately, I chose not to place an order as a result. Disappointed to see this decline.

Order 20 regular wings and some onion rings to go. The onion rings were good. The chicken, well there’s two things wrong. 1. I ordered 2 orders of 10 and received 18. One short in each container. 2. They are fried in a tempura type batter. They were so full of grease that I’ll be surprised if my cholesterol doesn’t jump back up to 310. And the wings had zero seasoning or flavor, other than the grease they were cooked in. Please do better.
