Their customer service sucks! We literally walked in ask for what we wanted and not once did the guy talk. No Thank you, would you like anything else, not the total of our food..... nothing! We told him thank you and he walked away! It's no wonder why their reviews are so low.

They have good pizza but horrible service , every time i go its a bargain and a chance i will have to wait a long time for pizza. One time i went for a hot and ready, i saw people that got there after me getting their pizzas first and i asked them what happened. They said sorry and just made me wait for a new pizza to be ready

I used to like this little Cesar’s I would drive from Delano to this one but lately the quality has been going down, the pizza ingredients aren’t it anymore and when u ask for extra cheese they don’t add extra cheese.

There's no team effort in this location. Night crew needs some training on working together and making it work fast and efficiently.. They have no Hot N' ready available. Little Caesar's is suppose to be Hot N' Ready. This place should change its name to Be Ready to wait and be served poor service. Extremely disappointing that they can't measure up to " Hot N' Ready". Help corporate office!

Honestly the worst service a business can provide. Phone rings they pick up and hang up right away. My order was missing items and can't even get a hold of them. Why have your phone number on Google if your not gonna answer. 🤔

This place is terrible!! I tried to place a phone order on and off for 2 hours for pick up before I go in for work but the phone just rang and rang and rang! On my way to work I stopped in to see why they weren't answering the phone and to see if they had any hot-n-ready. I called the number before I entered and I could hear the phone ringing inside but the workers were just ignoring it! I asked the girl at the counter if they ever answer the phone and she replied that they were to busy. Lame

Horrible service! I had ordered online and realized I had placed to the wrong location. I called immediately to try and cancel the order before they could make it, and they simply did not answer. I called for up to 2 hours waiting for someone to pick up but Noone answered. I even called the next day and no matter what time of day they would not pick up. I tried calling from different phones and they still did not answer. Every review on here complains about them not answering the phone and this needs to je fixed. Don't have a phone if you will not take phone calls. Will never visit this location !

These kids have no clue what customer service is, employees will make eye contact with you but won't help you with your order. No efforts towards their job, paper thin pizzas. A horrible experience overall.

They need to be more strict on letting people in there without a mask. Today I ordered a thin crust half Hawaiian and half combination. Just to find out when I got home it was not what I ordered. The last 2 times I been there they've messed up on my order. I would recommend to look at your pizza before you walk out. The manage needs to do something. Now the phone line don't work and the menu screen is all black.

Honestly, their pizzas are not bad. It’s their customer service that could use A LOT of improvement. I called in an order and they gave it to someone else. The manager said I’d have to wait 10 minutes until they had my order ready so I said you know what fine. I can wait. But never did she say “but please wait outside” Then this other worker comes up and says “what are you waiting for?” And I just said I’m waiting for my order. He says “well, you can’t wait in here, I’m going to need you to go outside” super rude. With his all mighty attitude. I’m like fine. But then he still yells at us from inside “ladies! Your pizza is ready” and then mumbles some things, but at this point all I wanted to do was leave. Definitely the worst experience at this place.

Only ordered crazy puffs and made me wait extra 17 min apart from my wait time I ordered online so it can be fast and easier but it was just worst then the worker proceeded to take his time I asked if it was my order and he responded yes then I said if I can have it and he said no to get it out the online box myself when my order wasn’t even in the online box yet so how can I get my order when he hasn’t even put it where it goes then he still put my order there without closing my box not even sealed

You can't place a phone order. I get to the location and I order a combination pizza and I ask the young guy that was taking my order if they don't take phone orders. He then looks at the manager with fear and I say never mind. It's starts from the top and theirs no leadership. At times music is blasting and you have to yell to place an order. They will try and give you a 2hr hot n ready so make sure you ask how old is the pizza that has been sitting... Customer service is 0 stars

I was calling to Oder a pizza because my cousin recommended this place but I learned that they won’t pick up calls after 8:30 pm since they close at 10 pm instead when I called they kept hanging up my calls this was the most annoying thing I’ve ever experienced. 0/10 worst place to eat at
