I was a little skeptical about going and eating at pizza Factory. But Too my surprise It Was DELICIOUS!! We ordered a jalapeno pizza and Garlic parmesan wings that were So Good! Definitely recommend this place. Plus awesome service!! Will I Go Back?? TOTALLY Yes!!!

I use to live in Wasco and I was a regular costumer at this Pizza Factory. I moved to Bakersfield during the pandemic and I would still drive to this location for pizza although not as often because of the distance. One day I decided drive from Bakersfield to this Pizza Factory and the doors were open but they weren’t serving anything because they had been closed for one month and on the day I showed up they were preparing everything to open to the public the following day. I informed them that I love this restaurant and that I drive on occasions from Bakersfield to get pizza and that I miss eating there regularly. To my surprise they decided to power up the oven and make me two Vegetarian Calzones for free since they still weren’t ready to process payments. I hung out for a bit in Wasco and then came back a few minutes later to pick up my Vegetarian Calzones. I highly recommend this friendly location for their high quality food. Try out the calzones, you won’t regret it.

I placed an online order and only half arrived, but by the time I realized it the driver had left. I called right away to let them know. Even though they took a while they made things right and re-delivered the missing item piping HOT! This is not about that they had a mishap because we’re in the middle of a pandemic and I know things can get alil crazy...BUT it’s about the awesome people that work here that went out of their way to re-deliver a hot dish to me instead of asking me if I wanted a refund or something. Thank you Pizza Factory employees and special thanks to the delivery driver that came twice! You guys are awesome! Oh and the food was delicious by way!

Reasonable prices and the buffet is solid. Bread sticks are amazing!

I think if the undercarriage was cooked just a bit longer or hotter oven it would give it a slight crisp and take it to the next level, a 5 star.

Pizza is ok, a bit on the greasy side. Family atmosphere with little arcade on back/side. Can accommodate large groups. Their wings and beer selection are also ok.

Order an hour or two ahead so when you get there you only have to wait an hour to get your food. The food is ok but not great

Pizza factory is on the medium to high end of pizza prices that I’ve been to. I ordered a small awesome combo and the Alfredo pizza. I have no complains on the awesome combo, but the Alfredo pizza doesn’t taste like Alfredo and there is hardly any chicken on the pizza. The cheese bread is a total ripoff. A very thin layer of cheese with about an ounce of marinara sauce that is not enough for the bread stick. Last item was the boneless wings which were a disappointment. Boneless wings tasted like the frozen ones that you reheat and season. Maybe I should have tried the flats and drumstick.

All-u-can eat pizza restaurant. Not too bad, cheap and fast, as any a-u-c-e place should be. Not many varieties to choose from, good salad bar. Ised to b the Best pizza in town and karaoke was fun.. UPDATE: new owners fired the Brothers that ran the karaoke and hired this chincy,, couple to run the karaoke, with old outdated equipment that they don't even know how to run,and the pizza isn't as good as it used to be.

Pizza was doughy and the wings were more like chicken bites in sauce. Never stated they don't offer bone-in wings. Not sure why they are a dollar each.

Came here for a lunch buffet and tables were not cleaned. And not one employee in the kitchen wore a hair net for their head or shaggy beard. Napkin dispensers were no where to be found and they had no ketchup on hand.

We came in wanting to dine an hour and 15 minutes before the closing time that was listed on the pizza factory website, and on google. We checked before we came. So we head over and enter the store and the cashier, who was mopping told us, that the ovens are off and we're closed. Again the time was 7:45pm. Your hours say 9pm. Don't understand when places want business, but they close up shop early and they have the audacity to complain that they aint making money. This hasn't been the first time this has happened here either. Won't bother try coming here anytime soon. Fix your hours.

How disgusted I am I recieved my order and when I opened it I had a half eaten pizza I called spoke to Isela who was “in charge” very rude let her know she said no way they seal their pizzas as if I was lying I let her know what’s on the pizza and she was Oohh that’s my lunch. Are you serious. How disgusting no apology they delivered the right pizza and she requested her lunch back. I was so disgusted I Thru my whole order away she can mix her half eaten food with my order just gross.

I ordered a pitcher of beer and didn't receive the full amount of change. I deserved it and it is my right to have the full exact change. Then I ordered a medium size pepperoni pizza, waited 30 minutes and no pizza.😭

Usually a great place to go. This last time was just the worst. 1/2/2023 actual roaches crawled across the tv. We were given plastic cups to drink beer out of. It took an 1 hour and 25 minutes to receive food. Sad to say, love to support local businesses but that was just too much for us and we will not be returning anytime soon.

I picked up a pizza from this place, and I’m honestly baffled. It was COLD. How does a pizza go cold between coming out of the oven and being handed to me at the counter? The cheese was stiff, the crust was dry, and it tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. I could understand if this was a delivery issue, but I picked it up myself! It’s clear they either don’t care about timing or reheating orders, but either way, I’m not coming back. For the price and the hassle, I expected something fresh and hot—not a pizza that felt like leftovers.
