This Starbucks is amazing. It's clean, the coffee served is always amazing. The Baristas are super friendly. When your order is finished, they call your name and patiently wait for you to pick it up.

Very satisfied with my visit. We went through drive thru and were helped by David. Although we took a little while ordering, he was very patient. David definitely has great customer service and is so friendly.

I really like the atmosphere and the vibe is really nice, quiet and cozy for people who want to get something to drink or eat and do homework or work there. I recommend the Chi tea latte as a drink and the sausage, cheddar and egg sandwich as a food item. The restrooms are also very clean and maintenance. I give this place a 10/10

Open, with efficient friendly and fast service, we went inside and ordered fresh brewed coffee and a food item. Fresh coffee was a special surprise. Because the "fresh brewed coffee" hasnt been fresh at most cafes since the shutdown and restart. Clean Cafe inside and out, and the restroom. We visited in the morning around 830am, last Saturday. after spending the night to the street and heading out to out destination of Pismo Beach and San Luis Obisbo. Kudos to staff here. Good job.

However the reason I leave a 5 star rating is my server. I think it's called a barista but whatever. My server was named Josh. If you go to Wasco Californian's starbucks and get Josh that is an amazing person. He is kind, understanding, and asked about my day. He was really cool and safely the main reason why I have a good impression on this place. Josh If you ever read this leave a reply if you can or just know that you made my day.

It was my birthday, had the birthday blues and decided to drive to Wasco (I’m from Delano) and redeem my birthday reward and get my friend a drink too. I noticed when arriving that the line for the drive thru was very long so I decided to get off and go to Cafe instead. When I stepped inside, I was the only one in there and someone immediately took my order so the service was FAST. Now, I do have customized drinks and it’s pretty normal for Starbucks workers to mess them up (which is why I don’t like to go to a Delano location) but it’s how they responded that really blew me away. When I noticed the mistake in my drinks, the staff at this location went above and beyond and not only fixed my drinks in a timely manner but they even gave me a small gift card for the inconvenience! Like WOAH!! They were so fast at everything and extremely nice. The shift supervisor wished me a happy birthday at least 5 times. This is why I make the 20 minute drive to Wasco, even tho I live 5 minutes down the street from another Starbucks because the hospitality and the kindness from the staff at this location is what brings me in. Thank you for making my birthday a little sweeter <3

I love love love Starbucks and they always make my drinks amazing but they were charging me 3.89 for tall water and strawberry .. what I didn't understand was why when for every drink that u add them they only charge you $0.50 so why charge so much to add strawberries to a water I asked for the manager in wasco California name Marcus and he said he was sorry he couldn't add strawberries for 50 cents on my water that he had to charge me for an iced tea... Can someone explain this decision when I have had my water with strawberries at another location for a total of 50 cents ... Thank u just a random question thank ...

So I had previously reviewed this Starbucks and after boycotting this location for many months I finally decided to give it a go and to my surprise it was very much worth it. It looks as though they have hired new staff since my last review and let me say it was the best move they could have made. The coffees have been almost perfect these last few visits and the staff that has served me has been great. I give them a four star only because some of the wait times for my mobile orders have been longer than the time suggested and the location has been mostly empty the times I've done mobile ordering so I'm not sure what's going on with that. Other than that they have greatly improved and deserved an updated review.

After a few rough visits and avoiding this location for awhile, I must say they have really turned things around and stepped up their game. Their order accuracy has increased tremendously, as well as customer service. Definitely recommend this location and glad it's so close to home.

First off I wanna say that I enjoyed my coffee from there. My first impression when I went in there was I saw very friendly faces and lots of teenagers lol. Now the only thing that I can say is that there was a very long wait and for me I don't mind it but for others I know they don't have patience for it so they just leave. So if your a person that can't wait I recommend that you go in early especially in the morning.

I used to love it!! Then, they always mess up my chai tea latte. When I went last week, I asked for a warm chai tea latte since I have been sick. I got a really hot one. They weren't sure what I meant by warm, said they could only give to me really hot, so they gave me an ice but no ice one. I've been a starbucks customer since I've been a teen, and have always gotten a warm one. The only reason why I gave three stars, is because of an employee named Aaliyah who makes my drinks perfect!!

Love this Starbucks! Barista ashley was very sweet and made me feel welcome! My shaken espresso was perfect! No complaints <3

I’ve been to this Starbucks soooooo many times. And I keep going back to give it another chance. The line is always about a 45 minutes wait. Each time I go they are out of something. The first time it was the base to make frappes, then multiple times after it was cold brew, this time it was venti cups, bananas, whip cream, AND white mocha. And the barista responded with “sorry it’s chaotic in here”????? I’m sure it’s not their fault, but whoever is ordering their products needs to get it together. I’m convinced the only reason people actually come here is because it’s the only Starbucks in the Wasco/Shafter area. I’d rather drive out of my way to a different Starbucks then give this location another try.

This is the second time in 6 days that messed up my order and I only ordered 3 simple drinks. Today we ordered 1 venti and tall vanilla bean frap along with venti mocha frap. They repeatedly it back to us asked us three times if that was all. We got a tall and grande vanilla bean frap and venti mocha frap. We asked them to fix it to what we ordered and they said we have to charge you more. The person working drive through can’t multi task.

Shouldn't have to wait 20 min in lobby for 2 drinks. Ridiculous. 5 employees in floor and everyone working on drive thru drinks like if people in lobby Not as important. I'll make sure to use drive thru next time.

Worst starbucks I've been too. They're never consistent. Everything looks unorganized. The wait is always like 3 times longer than they estimate. Overall it's never a good experience.

Got harrased for relaxing outside while on a 12 hour roadtrip while the driver was buying his coffee inside. Wasnt outside for more than 5 minutes. This is our 3rd time to Starbucks today and being a paying customer being harassed for relaxing while waiting for a coffee is unacceptable.

Super slow service. It took more than 30 min to complete my order. And it's not the first time.

I’ve gone to this Starbucks 10 times and all 10 times, they have gotten my order wrong. When you tell them light ice, they put EXTRA ice on your drink. After a certain point you know they are doing this on purpose. Tin cup coffee will get all my money going forward. (Edit after receiving the company response: yes, All 10 times I’ve had to get down from ordering in the drive through to go inside to show them the incorrect drink made and watch them remake it. Not comfortable doing that through a drive through window and holding up the line.)

Ordered 2 coffees. 3minutes I'm told the coffee is cold I'll make a fresh pot. 5 min later given a French Press I opened it to put in cream (they put in cream already but there were coffee grounds floating in my coffee. 10 minutes later we received our coffee. When I drank my coffee in the car...it was cold.

The slowest Starbucks I have ever been to in my life and I’ve been to many. I’ve never witnessed slowness like this place. It’s not that there are busy. They are just stupid slow. Be ready to wait more then a half an hour for a drink on a good day.
