Stopped by this In-N-Out location for a quick bite. There was no line, and the service was excellent. Deborah, who greeted us and took our order, was exceptionally thorough and friendly. The entire team at this location did a fantastic job!

We visited this place three days before Thanksgiving 2024. It's a rainy afternoon so there's not a lot of people. Their service is great, with a crew constantlywalks around, and asks if everything is okay. And when we were almost done, she asked for our plates. Their restroom is clean and tidy. Their food is delicious! Loved the fries! The price is just right. Highly recommended for those craving for some good food and quick service.

Ordered the cheeseburger with grilled onions, fries, and pink lemonade through drive thru. Only 3 cars ahead of me. It was fast and great! If you are trying this place for the first time, I think their best burger is the double-double with grilled onions.

I know it is a franchise and should be the same like all others. This IN-N-OUT has the best and the friendliest staff workers. Very, very clean and with lots of parking space. Located on the Walmart and Home Depot shopping center in Delano, California. If you are traveling South or North on the 99 Freeway, this is an easy off and back on your way. Buses may find a parking spot on the Home Depot large parking lot. Fast and efficient hamburgers, drinks and milk shakes!

Made a quick pitstop on my way up to NorCal because my mom needed to use the bathroom and it was past midnight. Remembered In N Out has the cleanest bathrooms and the best food. So I stopped there and the staff was super friendly and helpful as they always are at all locations.

I was very impressed with my experience here. The manager and staff were all amazing. A special shout out kind man that was chatting with my Mom. ( Blond hair.) We had a long day, and it meant a lot.

The only reason they got a four star for food was that I ordered a whole grilled onion and received an animal style instead. It was still good. I ate every bite. The patties were cooked to perfection. The soda was so refreshing. Very good location to stop if traveling on the 99 like I was.

It's in a good location around some other popular fast food restaurants right off the freeway. It's a typical In-N-Out burger with great service and delicious food.

I don't know of another burger place that is as clean as In-N-Out Burger the glass walls going through the drive-thru allows the customer to see behind the scenes how clean everything is not just the front but in the back as well

This was the best In n Out I've been to. Everything was off-the-grill fresh, even the fries were still steamy. The cashier was funny and outgoing and it was very clean. It was in a great spot that seemed like it could get busy during peak hours, but we had no wait exiting off the freeway at night.

I went through the drive thru and picked up dinner for my family. The person who took my order was friendly & had a nice smile. They got the order correct with all the special requests & read it back clearly. It was a short wait to the window to pay. They read back my order correctly then another short wait & they gave me our drinks and then the hot food. It was fairly quick and easy

Great place that stays consistent. I was waiting with my 2 boys and they asked how everything ran. I explained the stations and how the restaurant expedited food. The manager brought out 2 hats and some stickers for my boys and said they can start working when they are ready. Thank you guys for making us feel welcomed

Cheap fast burgers. Not the best but definitely not the worst.

Food was good, but a little slow. They were not very busy but we still waited almost 20 minutes for food for 2 people.

I hate to do this because I love me some in and out. hopefully, it was just a bad night, maybe a shift change. holy smokes batman most of the empty tables were dirty, which needed to be cleaned. ketchup station was out of ketchup completely. I ask for no tomatoes. Oooh boy, 2 big ol seedy wet tomatoes right in the middle of my burger. ...bah gross.

They put hair on my food like minimum 6 hair stings. Also I had ordered a flying Dutch man and they never gave it to us. So we went inside and asked for it and they said that we had to talk to the manager but the manager never came. Also my food went cold of how long they took to remake the food. We were in the drive thru and my father realized we didn't have our flying Dutch man and the employee had the balls to say that he was positive that we had it. The service was bad too they look 15 minutes to give us our food. I do NOT recommend this in n out I recommend the one in Bakersfield. This is the worst in n out Ive been to. Y'all better give me my flying Dutch man cause that was 5 to 6 dollars and I want it or I want a refund cause what the heck. Honest review.
