Papa Murphy's

Their service is top notch and we haven’t had the pizza yet, but the pizzas were fully loaded. We also got a garden salad that had a lot of veggies and the cookie dough. The cutest though is the pepperoni heart shaped pizza.

We grabbed the pumpkin shaped pizza from Papa Murphy’s in McKinleyville and it was a hit. Fun, festive, and perfect for family night, always tastes great fresh out of the oven! Staff is always helpful and friendly. Dont forget the cookie dough!

Loving the Garlic Chicken pizza lately! Although the prices are getting closer to other pizza chains that cook them we don’t get them as much as we use to. Also it would be nice to have the option in the app to pay at store

The pizza was ready to be picked up and the staff is friendly. We never had ordered a stuffed pizza before, we wanted to try something different. The price and quality of the pizza was great! It would be good to take for a party! We grilled our pizza!

I appreciate the service and I appreciate the pizza. Loved papa Murphy’s ever since I was a kid. Something about it just can’t get anywhere else.

I ordered on the app for pickup ASAP. When I arrived 20 mins later it wasn’t ready. The young man apologized and said he didn’t see the ticket. I could see he and his co-worker were busy preparing pizzas and other things. He quickly made my pizza and offered me a tub of cookie dough for my wait. He was polite, honest and I appreciated his attitude. The pizza was great as usual!

The manager was a very pleasant surprise. A older gentleman who was a breath of fresh air. I was so tired of up tight people at other camp grounds. They didnt even crack a smile. But Charlie was trying to get me to smile from the get go. No problems what so ever on our first night here.

They were really busy and short handed. I waited 1hour and 15 minutes for 2 pizzas. But I have no negative comments because it was 2 days before Thanksgiving no one wanted to cook after all the prep for the holiday. Thanks to those girls who did a great job on my order.

Best location for sure. Staff is great and you can tell it's the only location that they care at. And it's clean. The floors need some help but besides that....always the one we go too.

I live in McKinleyville and if you don't call in your order plan on being there a long long time. My Landlord doesn't eat late at night ant I went in to order a pizza at 6pm didn't get my pizza until7:30 pm and by the time I got home cooked it it was 8:30 pm he didn't eat dinner because it was so late . He is 70 years old went to bed with no dinner and me left with a family size pizza. Never again will I walk In .

He is 70 years old went to bed with no dinner and me left with a family size pizza. Never again will I walk In .

I hate that I paid for extra topping and they don't put it. It has happened on multiple occasions. They're always super nice there and that's awesome but if I'm paying extra for something I'd like for it to be there.

My first time getting Papa Murphys take and bake. I got a calzone which was ok but I was disappointed it came in a big plastic container which then had to be discarded. Instructions indicated to cook the calzone in the plastic looking bottom part of the container which I was leery about but I couldn’t remove the calzone from the container because the dough was stuck to it so I cooked it in the given plastic looking dish. It looked good after cooking but crust was tough and difficult to cut and there just wasn’t much to it. Sauce was good but otherwise the whole thing was just so-so. But inexpensive.

My poor review is due to the lack of employees who seem to know what their doing which is a reflection of poor management and poor training. This place has had so much turn over in employees we see new faces every time we go in, whoever owns this establishment needs to invest in who they hire and give them proper training they are not dumb but if you don’t equip your staff with the skills they need, they can only do so much on their own. Also not sure how you cannot make 5 cheese bread if you have dough and cheese but we were told it wasn’t possible and that they were out. Oooookay then. Seem to be out of ingredients a lot, again poor management of establishment not taking inventory into account for ordering ingredients.

(No one had names tags on.) I felt very uncomfortable and said I didn't mean to piss anyone off !!!

He then told me I couldn't grab them because my payment was still processing. I've never felt so embarrassed. Definitly not spending my money at this location anymore.
