I’m so glad I decided to try chicken salad chick a couple months ago. The food is so fresh and delicious. Their meals have a good value too. I paid $10.49 after tax for a big sandwich, pickle, cookie, and a side of fresh fruit. The inside is clean and service is quick. I will definitely come back.

It’s a suburban box retail food chain, but the quality and price point were perfect. I got the sandwich combo and couldn’t have been more happy. The service provider was patient and walked me through the menu as it was my first time. Food was prepared very promptly and the seating was plentiful and pleasant.

The Fancy Nancy chicken salad croissant and the Poblano soup were both great! The price was good too and the view from the back patio of the lake was so pretty. 🤩

The PLACE for chicken salad! My favorite in the area! I'm so not a fan of chunky chicken anything, so I appreciate that their chicken salad is made with finely shredded chicken. The flavor options are nice, and I am a big fan of the fruity flavors. I like that you have a choice of bread or crackers and their other offerings are nice as well. You can't go wrong with a sandwich and soup combo. Also, order a side of grape salad! It's so yummy! Bonus, you get a cute little cookie and a crispy pickle for free! It's filling without being too heavy.

Today was my first time trying this place! I had a 50% off promo on Doordash and was really craving a chicken salad sandwich, but I didn't have the ingredients or time. It was so delish! I loved the sandwich and cookie and my toddler really enjoyed it too! I love how the meal is served with an extra scoop of chicken salad, crackers, a pickle spear, and a cookie. I will be returning.

This place is a great lunch spot! It was my first time here. First off, The Trio meal deal is really good value. You can get a sand witch, a scoop of chicken salad, and a side for under $13. It comes with crackers and a mini cookie as well. The sandwitch is full size, I bit into it. The server Reece was very friendly and guided me through the ordering process. I would come back again!

Update a year later…. Quality is still outstanding!! New menu items (although I wasn’t interested in the sandwiches) the prices have gone up a bit but the quantity and quality hasn’t changed. Plenty of crackers and pickles are awesome. My favorite is the Fancy Nancy and the classic 😌. Seating is super comfy also. Oh my! Food was fresh and absolutely delicious! I got the fancy Nancy and the original and side of grape salad. ALL three were incredible! Good portion and came with crackers and a cookie. Idk if cookie is good didn’t eat that lol. Service was fair. But my expectations are low for service lately. Sadly. But not gonna hurt the rating because the food was perfect! Oh and the atmosphere was comfy and unsweet tea fresh! I will indeed be frequenting this place to try all the varieties! A wee bit pricy but they offer a points club.

UPDATE Sep 2023: Return visit after eating in the last few months at the Frisco location which is closer to our residence. This was the first location we ever came to and it is still doing great. Until Frisco opened we came here many times since 2021. This time I tried their new chicken melt sandwich which was first rate. Try it. Small but important point, I like the cups they use as they don't 'sweat' on hot summer days and the straws are big enough. Five stars on 1st visit (2021). We have noticed this place next door to one of our favorite restaurants so we were overdue to try it. Great choice. Lots of food photos so you can know what you are getting ahead of time. Most of the weekday lunch traffic was for take out. They are practicing virus mitigation so its a safe place to eat. Worth another visit sooner than later. TRAFFIC/Driving tip: Weekend traffic is heavy going east bound to Hwy 75 so we used access at rear of store to get the traffic light at Skyline Drive to go east on Hwy 380 (University Drive). And then Community Ave and White Ave to go south on Hwy 75 avoiding busy University/Hwy 75 traffic intersection.

The staff and owner were pleasant and answered all our questions. Great choices in chicken salad. There was a turkey sandwich offered, and pimento cheese, spicy & plain. Fruit cup, cookies, and chocolate chip rice crispy bar.

I didn't expect the mac&cheese to be good but to my surprise it was tasty. The chicken salad blt was delicious. I got the Olivia's Old South bc I don't like nuts. Wish they had one with grapes without nuts. All in all the food was really good!

Olivia’s old south 8/10 didn’t taste any eggs at all in it, but still very good Buffalo barclay 9/10 delicious Lemon basil 10/10 my fav so far! Jalapeño holly 8/10 Kickin Kay Lynne 8/10 Grape salad 10/10 Plan to go and try everything honestly lol. Faith is friendly but the other Staff could be a little friendlier. Overall very cute little place and good food so far based on what I have had

The chicken salad is amazing hands down!!! The grape salad was amazing! I loved everything about the food. The service was that great as the cashiers weren’t smiling or that happy. They like dull looks on their faces but maybe they were tired. Who knows. Give it a shot if you haven’t tried it yet! It’s really good

The concept of chicken salad chick is phenomenal. The food taste homemade and it is very nice to be able to get a simple chicken salad meal in a pleasant environment. However, if you can’t do one thing well that is a problem. I order a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant and got home with not over toasted bread, but burnt bread. I called the restaurant Lane and they were very nice and asked me to bring the sandwich back to replace. Get a 20 minute drive each way. I don’t understand how any Cook could conceivably put burnt bread on a sandwich that cost $12. That is not OK. It speaks horribly about their staff. It also speaks to quality. I am making a drive now back to the store and will never leave that place again without examining my food. The place is overpriced and should be more concerned about quality. Even if the replacement sandwich is better, they do not deserve a higher star because this should not have happened. On the drive home I smell something burned and I thought there was something wrong with my car. It was the actual sandwich. When I arrived home, I thought something was burning in my kitchen. It was the burned sandwich. Not very pleasant.
