We had our food out within 10-15 mins, hot fresh and delicious! Our server Bella was new and it was her first day, she freaken killed it! She was amazing and very attentive, definitely fav place to kick back, eat wings and drink with good people and even better service!

Jordan at the bar was a life saver. I left my expensive purse at the bar last night which happened to have a decent amount of cash, my ID, debit card in it and it was left untouched and given to management. I was so worried and when I came back she was there and was so happy I was able to get it back. She is sweet, professional, classy and kind. She’s a keeper!

Server Alison was amazing, she checked up on us constantly asking if we needed anything else and asking how everything was looking. So I really want to appreciate her for being amazing at her job. Food was also great, everything was just great.

I absolutely love Hooters! Their shrimp and fries are the BEST! We live about an hour and 15 mins from the Hooters in McKinney (wish we had one in Durant,Ok😉). Whenever given the chance me and my husband are all about driving there to eat. Cold beer and great food! For some reason the service in McKinney hasn't been the best the last few times we went (service at one of the Ft. Worth & Dallas locations had been point on). Having to wait 10 mins after you get your food for ranch isn't the coolest. Especially when the place was VERY slow. Your fries are getting cold cause you can't eat without the ranch.😄 We had empty beer mugs for awhile and I had to go ask our waitress (who was in the area where they fill drinks and stuff I guess all the girls where in there) if she could please get us ranch and beers. We've just kind of accepted is going to be like there in McKinney so it doesn't disappoint us anymore. The food is so good it makes up for the service. Go try the shrimp if you've never tried it! You will thank me later!

Big improvement over my last visit a few months ago. Last time after waiting a half hour for a table in a half empty restaurant, they told us it would be a couple of hours before they could get food out. This time we sat right down, food was good and came in decent time. They had a newer menu tthan the last time I actually was able to eat here. Big improvement.

What can I say. They have a bad rep for being a place to ogle women, and yes the women dress in tight clothing. but the food is amazing!! Just fabulous. except the philly cheese steak, DO NOT GET THAT have tried it twice now thing the first time was a one off, no it was not, it is greasy and will go right through you. just horrible. but the rest is delightful. the waitresses there are nice, a little over friendly if you want to be left in piece they tend to visit you to much! but if you like that then you are in the right place. also a lot of the girls there are not the brightest crayon in the box, trying to figure out if that is on purpose or not?? but forget the women it's the food that is amazing!!

I am posting a new review after 5 years. A lot has changed at this location. Food is much better than last time I visited. I love their wings and love the atmosphere. The ladies are always friendly, the food arrives on time and it's very yummiest and the beer is always cold. Today arrived on a Saturday evening at 11 pm. The place was busy but not crowded. Ordered fried pickels which are very nice and wings along side with a beer. All came on time and the server, Lani was very attentive and friendly. Great experience!

Definitely not the same from maybe 10-15 years ago. Maybe it is just the Mckinney location. 1 time service is spot on and great, next few times it is absolutely terrible. Food is still good, when they get it right. Service could be more consistent. Overall it is not bad. Kids menu is great for chicken lovers. When your job is about service and making $ from tips, you figured you would put customers 1st, not social hour with your friends for 20 minutes. Definitely time to head to new location.

I am a TP guy through and through. I came in here once and the only girl that left a good impression was Savannah my bartender. She was friendly, caring, empathetic, and fast. She also had fantastic recommendations. I now come every Monday just because she is working, rather than going to TP. She has great hustle and very friendly. Stood at door for almost 10 minutes to be seated. Bad experience at this Hooters, generally one of favorite restaurants to eat ar. Poor food quality (cold) and lack motived waitress.

My husband took me to dine on chicken wings bc seemed like it was a good rich flavor and he could watch the Cowboys game, The food was average and the service waitress was very overwhelming with almost naked outfits of very young girls, mostly old men were there seen teenagers, Girls are working for tipping and that makes so annoying service, they come to your table almost every 5 minutes to asking if you are ok, no matters we were good. My husband went to the bathroom and he said it was awful smell and disgusting and he couldn't imagine how the kitchen would be. Hopefully, management pay attention to the restroom facility instead of just chatting with the young girls.

It seemed like a normal Monday afternoon. I arrived around 11:32 am, by myself, for a nice lunch of boneless wings. By 11:34 am, the hostess had come to lead me to a seat. Please note: The location was not overflowing with people, in fact, it was only about half full. My server, Dani, came by quickly to get my drink order. She returned and asked if I was ready to order. I chose the 10-count boneless wings and was ready to go. About 12:00 pm, my food was finally delivered. Dani came by the table to freshen my drink and to apologize for the delay. I was informed that the kitchen was understaffed and some of the employees back there were new. I ended up taking my food to go just due to time. The service was good, the food had a good taste, but the speed left much to be desired.

I took one of my friends to Hooters for her 21st birthday. We ordered fried pickles, medium boneless wings, the buffalo chicken salad, and chili cheese fries. It took us a little while to be waited on, but afterward, service was good. We did enjoy the fried pickles. This was my first time ordering the salad and it was great! The chili cheese fries though, did not taste good, and my friend only took two bites before she was done. After one bite myself, I felt that the chili cheese fries at Sonic we're much preferred. Lastly, my friend said she was not impressed by the wings and decided she did not want to ever come to Hooters again. The only thing that saved our trip was the waitress. We never voiced any of our concerns, but she was a sweetheart.

Food was good, as always. Online order had everything ready on time except the fries. The curly fries took an extra 11 minutes. I asked the waitress to check on them and was told there's nothing she could do about it. When the fries were brought out they were dropped in the table in front of me and she turned and walked away without acknowledging me, as I said thank you.

I went tonight (December 23, 2023) and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The service was bad, so was the food, and they were slow. I went specifically to get the fish baja tacos. I ALWAYS get them, but tonight there were no tortillas! The waitress was new and we tried giving her a chance, but she was straight up ignorant. I got a BYO burger with mayo, bacon, american cheese, and TWO patties (because they wouldn’t let me do 1). It was dry, under seasoned, and plain. No cheese and the bacon was burnt. My mother got the kids plain wings breaded with CURLY fries. Everything was fine till the waitress came and brought my mom a lime for her beer WITH HER BARE HANDS!!! I usually LOVE Hooters but lately they’ve been extremely underwhelming. My mom got waffle fries instead of the curly ones and NO bleu cheese like she asked for. The waitress came by and asked if we’re ready for the check and my mom hinted at us being unhappy saying quote “she didn’t like the burger, but yea we’re ready”. I ate not even half of the burger because I just couldn’t take it anymore. My fries were also WAY over salted. When she brought our check my mom blatantly told her that we were unsatisfied with our experience and she profusely apologized, but didn’t do anything. She then took our money and checked us out and kept apologizing. My mom offered to speak with a manager and she awkwardly laughed and said quote “yea…”, but nothing. We’re leaving very unsatisfied and very annoyed. Never eating here again unless I’m forced to.

Ordered my favorite Garlic Habanero Smoked wings. Served me all drums and no flats. Waitress stated that they were out of flats. I would have liked to known that prior so I could have changed my order.

Wait staff and bar is great but food is just not consistent. I’m a smoked wing guy and either they come out burnt or something. That’s why I typically go to the other hooters and just come here for the drinks and great service. Service is great, but food not so much.

The location is great and the interior is clean and organized, however the food was TERRIBLE. I don't know what their standard is when it comes to wings, but this location is horrible. The poor wait staff has to make excuses for the kitchen. It quite literally took 40 minutes for my child's fruit cup to arrive. Did I mention it was a Dole fruit cup rather than fresh fruit? My family and I returned home from an out of state trip. Thankfully this Hooters was open and within a few minutes of our home. $75 later and total disappointment. I order a kids burger slider meal,2 family fries, 20 wings and 20 shrimp.Made fresh? Was it? Yes. It was also a Fresh waste of money. They came without sauce, without seasoning ,So bland!!! The sauces were on the side. Not a problem but they were there wrong sauces. Received two very spicy sauces possible ghost pepper vs the garlic Parmesan ordered. I wish I could accurately write how disappointing it was. The burger needed to bE microwaved to be well done because it was under cooked for a KIDS meal. I never give reviews like this. Because I believe in allowing grace. But to waste this kind of money, having to come home and doctor it up, after asking them to check the order and being told it’s right be wrong is so frustrating!

I bought their food from their GrubHub nickname "Hooties Burger Bar" and the food was a little disappointing, I mean, this is hooters, where they get most of their income from alcohol; I ordered the Texas Twisted Burger with green peppers, raw onion, lettuce and sauteed mushrooms, they forgot the lettuce and onion, which I paid for, and the peppers were still a bit raw, I got a side of tater tots and they were okay, also a little undercooked, the sandwich was definitely covered in cheese, so that's a plus, but otherwise it was just sad. Don't fall for the places with fake names/nicknames.

Hooters yall have finally lost my business. First you take the cheese dip off the menu. Then you take off a bunch of the wing sauce and then you change the best wing sauce to a rub. Anytime my husband go out 9 out of 10 times it’s to Hooters. Not anymore I’m done. The new garlic parmasen rub is so dry. And to show you how often me and my husband go there here are the amount of points I have. We used to go to the Little Rock location all the time and now we have moved to Texas. Anytime we travel we go find a Hooters. But after last night I’m done unless the garlic parmasen goes back to a sauce and not a rub.

Although our booth was cleaned,...there were bits of food in the seats and on the table. The roll of paper towels was tainted so heavily with a dark sauce to the point that every other towel had sauce from a previous customer. They should have been removed and replaced before the next customer. And yes, I understand this is not fine dining but still...gross. Ordered the sliders and waffle fries with NO salt. Sliders come standard with cheese, pickle and mustard. These did not. Although not busy, our waitress did not return for another 10 minutes, so could not request a replacement for the paper towels or missing mustard. Aside from that, the waffle fries were coated in salt. Safe to say we will not return to this location as this has become an all to common experience here.

It's been awhile since I've been to Hooters because there's better places around. However, I brought family that was visiting from out of the country and was really disappointed. The meal was just okei, BUT the service was not good. It wasn't busy (we went mid week around 6pm) and drinks from the bar still took 15-20 minutes. People at the bar were getting them faster than our table. Appitiser came out before the drinks and everything seemed very disorganised. Just so disappointed-won’t try this location again. Even the TV by our table went out and staff couldn’t be bothered to try and reboot it. Poor service really brought this rating down.

Worst Hooters I've ever been to. Service extremely slow, some food arrive cold, and returned cold after we told them about it. Our waitress had too many tables on her own and it showed. Watched the manager chew her out in front of people. The manager himself delivered our food to the wrong table. This location needs a better leader.

Worst experience ever. I understand new waitresses may struggle but this was unacceptable. Sat over 20 minutes before she took a drink order, brought my wife out the wrong drink, then she sat the entire meal with nothing at all. Only received part of the food order and was never checked on again. Table in front of us was having to get up and walk across the restaurant and get their own drink. Two tables behind, took 30 minutes to get a drink. When something was finally said, someone from the kitchen came out just to argue with customers. No apology just arguing. Last time we'll come to the Mckinney restaurant.

Bad takeout experience. Was overcharged more than what was on my takeout bill. Manager said she would fix it… cool, no biggie. Got home and my fries were ice cold. My lemon pepper wings had no lemon pepper. I usually go to the Hooters in Plano and never had this issue. I’ll stick to that location next time.

Hooters McKinney is very hit or miss on service, food quality, cleanliness. The atmosphere is tired. The wait staff most of the time complains about the management and falls into where only regulars get great service. In regards to cleanliness, most of the time you go to bathroom with sticky floors and a heavy cloud of urine smell.

Update: Shortly after my friend dropped me off, he started feeling very nauseous and took some Pepto to try and feel better, but hes had stomach problems for most of the day nonstop and had to take Pepto almost every hour. He only ate half his chicken sandwich, but i worry that since alot of our food wasnt fully cooked- that it was likely the same with his chicken. My friend is a 68 yr old man with COPD and many other health issues so this has been a big concern of mine. Luckily he's on the mend now. Truly wish I'd have taken pics of our meals now. My best friend and I came on a Sunday at 5pm and it wasn't very busy at all. First thing we noticed were the outfits- which we did not care for and prefer the white tanks and orange shorts we were accustomed to seeing... but immediately were told wait while a waitress finished something on the computer which took about 10 mins. We then gave our to-go order (a chicken sandwich, waffle fries, a hot dog, and tator tots- no drinks, that was all) and paid- $27.95 - which was very expensive in our opinion. We weren't asked to have a seat, so we finally asked after being told it would take 15-20 minutes, which was fine. We decided to purchase a couple of drink koozies we found nearby us. We ended up being there a total time of 1 hour and not leaving til 6pm due to our order taking a very long time and then none of the waitresses or manager knew how to ring up the koozies. I seriously can't believe it took 1 hour to finish our small order and purchase 2 koozies- which were $9.95 each. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. My friend was barely given ANY waffle fries, less than a handful and his food was cold and bread was soggy- my hotdog was good but my tater tots were undercooked and overly seasoned- to which I did actually like the seasoning but it was applied so heavily, it got on the bread of my hotdog and I took a few bites without really looking and didn't notice it at first... heck of a surprise!!! Lol

Upon walking in, the lady at the door seemed bothered by having to seat us. We waited for a waitress to come to our table to take our drink order for 10 minutes. We ordered two drafts and two waters. She brought us our beers and quickly walked away before we could put in an appetizer. Ten minutes later and beers drank, she returned to see if we were ready to order, remind you, we still have no waters. We placed our complete order with appetizer and asked for water and beers again. 15 minutes later she returns with appetizer, no beer in hand nor water. We asked again and she said yes, I'll go get them now. 15 minutes later our food comes out but guess what, no beer, no water. We have to ask again. She returns with the beers but no water. We waited for her to return to ask if we needed anything or wanted anything because clearly we needed something to drink since our glasses were empty. She did not once return in the 30 minutes that we finished our meal. We had to yell for her across the restaurant to get her attention just so we could get our check and leave. Horrible service but the food was good.

Food was cold when arrived at the table. Tristan and Sarah were the worst waitresses ever. I had to constantly tell them we needed refills. They could care less they took there time and were more focused on the table across from us which were men. Restrooms were disgusting. Will not return. Manager needs to up his game with employees, maybe retrain them or something.

We are regular Hooters customers. In the last 12 years this was one of the worst visits ever. They were a bit busy but not too bad. Party of 5. Ordered a tea, 3 mixed drinks and an IPA. Tea came out right away. After about 15 minutes the 3 mixed drinks showed up. After over 20 minutes the IPA was brought out with a lime in the beer and one on the room. Who puts a lime in an IPA???? Sent it back, after a total of 25 minutes got my beer. Does it take that long to pour a beer? Then got charged for both beers. I know they can do much better.

I came to pick up an order and waited 20 minutes before anyone would even acknowledge me. I guess they only care about people that can give them tips. My order was supposed to be ready five minutes before I even arrived. My order I noticed was sitting by the bar for the entire 20 minutes. Asked for a manager and a girl with red hair behind the bar said no one was there. By time I got home the food was cold. Don’t ever eat at this location, because they have the worst service in the world.

Slow service at the bar, kitchen music so loud it drowned out the music overhead. Got one beer and left. Server never came to order so left for another venue.

They did not bring it to my car, food sat inside, and when I get it open the wings are not even covered in sauce

I went here after work last night and ordered a Caesar salad. When I made it home and opened the box, it was pretty much left-over scraps with a ton of dressing splattered all over the place. It would've be better if they would've been honest and said they were out of salad and recommend me to order something else smh.

Horrible experience, poor customer service! Waitress was slow.. on a very slow day I’d understand if they were super busy. But there was less than 50 people in there out of the 20 that was in our own party.. my sons wings were cold and wrong. My wing were suppose to be all flats I explained to the waitress who served our food who said okay I’ll have your wings come out. They never came even after explaining to my waitress.. curly fries never came half of our party had food while the others had to wait. Will not be returning.

Updated Review: At one point this restaurant matched my review below however the last time I went to the restaurant multiple times it was no longer the same. Food came out cold improperly prepared nasty tasting. Service was pretty slow and most of the girls were too busy trying to talk to their boyfriends rather than tending to service. Kitchen staff was not taking care of the kitchen very well nor preparing things very well. Soda fountain was almost always failed so does always tasted poor at best. Bathrooms were always a mess and nasty smelling. I would definitely not recommend eating here until they have a major overhaul and do something serious about all of their service issues. Food is always quality and have never had an issue. Parking is great they're getting into the parking lot can be a little difficult due to being on the highway access road. They have accessible parking and seating both.location is in a prime spot with multiple other businesses and stops in the same area. There's also a gas station next door. Overall this is a great location.

We waited for over 45 minutes tonight for 2 burgers and mozzarella sticks. At no point did our waitress, Deyanna, come to address the issue until about 30 mins of waiting. The table across from us, which was sat AFTER we ordered, got their appetizers and finished them before she came over to address our food not being here. She ABSOLUTELY forgot to put our order in, lied to us about it and never came to even check on our drinks. (Water and soda) She then says she would check on it and never came back. 15 minutes later, my husband calmly walked our screaming toddler to the car and I walked to the service door to find the manager, Tonya. I asked the manager to come to our table to speak with me, which she obliged. She then proceeded to apologize, that there was a party of 30 in the back and they're training kitchen staff, to which I replied that you cannot forget about the rest of the tables. I then informed her about the other table who had eaten their appetizers already. Tonya then proceeded to get up from my table and walk away from me, while I was asking her name. She completely ignored me and started to help a guest at the front, who was over charged. I had to ask another waitress what the managers name was, because she turned her back to me. I walked out and will never visit this hooters again. Such horrible service on both the waitress AND the manager. The table across from us spoke to me, because they couldn't believe the manager walked away. I have never been treated so poorly at a restaurant. We frequent this establishment several times a year... Guess we'll be going to Plano from now on. Oh, and shake shack was delicious tonight!

If I could give negative stars I would. I think We came close to shift change. Our waitress swapped us to another server but she was there for another hour. It wasn’t busy, and the wait staff was standing around by the kitchen. It took forever to get our drinks. We had to ask twice for the drinks. It took forever to get our order placed. When we finally got to place our order, my husband and I ordered a platter to split. The waitress turned and took off, and we still had 3 other people ready to order. When we finally got our appetizers, they didn’t bring any plates to go with it. The cook had a toothpick in his mouth, was picking his nose and not wearing gloves. (I wish we had seen this BEFORE I had eaten appetizers). The silverware was dirty. We asked for a manager and some young girl came out, didn’t believe us. I was sick on the way home. Avoid this place.

My boyfriend and I went to the Hooters in Mckinney on 3/17/23 for dinner. It was the worst experience at any restaurant that I have ever had. (And I'm 51 years old)The place was dirty but I had no problem wiping the table myself since it was very busy. The waitress was nice but we could tell she was overwhelmed. Of course we took this in consideration and tried to do our best not to be too demanding. When we received our order, mine was wrong. I sent it back and when I finally got what I ordered, my boyfriend was done with his food. They forgot my fries also and she explained that they were cold so they were "warming" them back up. 1 1/2 hours later... we got our check....which was wrong. We were being charged for another order of wings. She eventually showed up and made it right but come on. I couldn't even find a manager to speak to. So basically the food was awful, the service was the worst I have ever had and we were overcharged. I understand things happen... but all of this?? Do better Hooters...

This location is run down and food was awful. Small portions and high price. The waitress forgot to put in part of our order and then blamed it on a shift change in the kitchen. The wings were small, dry and barely sauced. Everything looked like it needed it be repainted and updated. It was so run down the booth cushions were uncomfortable. This hooters has lost its luster.

Worst sit down resturant expirence i have had. We arrived at 1:50, off the bat the host was looking at us like she was irrirated and didnt want to sit us. I gave the benifit of the doubt because A) we had kids a strollers in particular so sitting us would be hard with the tall tables. B) it was fathers day so maybe it just been a long day. We sat the the front table that was meant for larger parties. The same host sat and quickly tended to the guys that were behind us. No worries still as we were sitted out from the rest and again we were a family maybe it was easier to tend to two rather than a family of 7. TWENTY FIVE minutes went by and still noone came to take our drink order. At this point the whole table keep mentioning that they should be coming soon as they were VISIBLY looking at us and walking away, us hoping to maybe let our assigned waittress know. The same THREE girls keep looking at our table yet noone came over as they keep tending to other tables. @ 2:15 i noticed 2 guys walking towards the front door i got up in the hopes that somone would come to them and i could say something to them about our table. I actually talked to a lady up in the register before they even came in. I was nice about it even though at this point it been 25 min. She didnt seem to be bothered or cared enough to say ill get someone over there. She just asked were i was seated and walked away. Okay, maybe she went to get our waitress. But no. I sat down and she met the two guys. Proceeded to take them to their table and TAKE thier drink order and STILL ignored us. We waited another 10 min and oneone came. Looking at these reviews i can see that all they care about is the tips and taking care of ONLY who they think will give them tipped. As a resrurant servung to the public why not focus on serving everyone who you sit down. I wasted over half an hour of my day ON fathers day no less. Dont come here unless you want to just to get ignored and mean mugged for just wanting some food. Im sorry you girls had to come into to work today but loolmfor another job if you not gonna have decent costumer service in your costumer service oriented job.

I went in there today and the waitress accused me of taking pictures because I had my phone in my hand as she passed by and she demanded in a rude way to look at my phone as I was on the phone on FaceTime with my wife, I showed her my phone to prove I was not taking pictures and that I was on FaceTime with my wife. I been a customer for over 10 years and coming at least 4 - 6 times a month which I hate to say it but today will be my LAST TIME. I feel like this was done in as discrimination matter as she seemed rude from the begging I arrived, after this matter I contacted the manager and he tried to convince me in staying and that all food and beverages would be comped.,,note that the manager looks at my card how much money I have spent there

Avoid avoid avoid. Idk why I always agree to hooters when it’s brought up because this seems to be a common issue I have with all of the ones I’ve visited. We just ordered wings, onion rings, kids chicken tenders and fries. They said 20 mins. We showed up in 20 minutes to have to wait ANOTHER 20 mins for our food (pick up). Then when I get home and open the food to my surprise, the onion rings have been fried so long they are dried up with holes in them and there’s a fried shrimp in the middle of one of them and a curly fry in the middle of another. REALLY?! You can’t change out your disgusting oil? The food is soggy and cold especially the wings, the chicken tenders was laughable, they were basically shriveledninto nugget size. Gross. I’ll avoid all hooters like a plague. Edit: my husband called and spoke to the manager regarding the issue and while I’m grateful he is refunding our $40 we paid for this trash, he defended himself by saying I don’t see how it’s possible a shrimp could get in there we cook it seperate. Apparently that’s false because the proof is in the picture that your cooks cook the onion rings, shrimp and fries in the same oil! If you are allergic to shrimp I’d feel really sorry for you if you ate here.

Showed up for a buddies birthday 15 deep in the party the server went south and got her childish bearings twisted on severing priorities and thought it was best to serve her average uncle buck... Mr touchy Feely over true patrons that would tip appropriately. She can enjoy her regular routine with said uncle. I will however enjoy this meal being treated with respect in a respectable establishment.. #hooters is trash and I'll gladly push the obvious with superior servers and companies.

The 1 star is for the servers. They were busting their butts to keep up with everything. The kitchen on the other hand, was ridiculous. Food taking over an hour to come to the table - over half of it was wrong. Some food never even made it to the table. They prioritized to-go orders over dine-in tables to the point where we counted over 20 to-go orders going out before anything even hit the tables.

It was a really big oyster ( I know this is for baking purpose Right? ) I couldn't taste anything...so I did smother in the seafood cocktail sauce. Hahahaah

The service was trash. I waited 30 minutes to get my drink. I ordered 3 appetizers, they all came out at different temperature 1hot, 1 cool, 1 cold. It was a party of 7 and it took 45 minutes from the first plate to the last plate to come out and there wasn't even a lot of people there.

Just left here actually the experience was so bad I couldn't procrastinate and possibly not do this review. We got seated then watched our waitress chit chat with another table for 20 minutes before we even could order a drink. I ended up waiting another 15 minutes before I got my drink. While she walked around constantly going back to her one table putting on inflated boxing gloves playing with the table and what not. Finally got our food ordered and waiting ed another 3 minutes only to have some cheese less cheese sticks. After coming to the realization that our table and the table beside us waitresses didn't care what went on with us. Me and the lady from the other table went and complained to who I believed to be a manager who by the way she handled it didn't care too much either never saw her again the rest of the night. My food was cold and under cooked( i know for sure im a culinary arts graduate)the waitress continued as she was ignoring us walked by three times at one point before I had to stop the other waitress for a water. I used tonsee this place as the best hooters I've been too. I travel a lot so I've been to a lot. Would not recommend this place to anyone anytime soon. I hope they get themselves together. I'm a foody and for me to have a hooter in one of my tops is something!

Literally the worst location I’ve ever been to. They didn’t get my drink out. They forgot our appetizers and a bigger male gentleman that looks like Diego from Dora the Explorer brought us our food and stuff. It’s not what I come to Hooters for. Never coming back

I don't know who supervises or manages this restaurant, but in my opinion, it's very dirty and looks quite run-down. It seems like they've lost interest in maintaining it. The main doors are dirty, the floor is dirty, the ceiling, the air vents, and the surrounding area all need attention. It doesn't feel clean. I won't be back.

We’ve been to this location before and always enjoyed it, but our visit yesterday was disappointing. The food looked like it was sitting for a while and then recooked. The smoked wings were burned, and the breaded hot wings had an unpleasant sauce. When we asked our waitress Mady why the sauce looked different, she mentioned that Hooters had recently changed their recipe. She said she would call the manager, but we waited and he never showed up. We eventually decided to just pay and leave.

My family & I had dinner last week and our food came out cold and wings were under cooked. I had them re order to be remade and it took addtl 40 min. I called the next day and spoke to the manager and she apologized and offered a free app or a partial credit. I spent $98 and she gave a credit of $10 I will not eating at this location ever again.

Management, Service….just ALL OF IT. Is terrible. If I could give zero stars I would. My order was suppose to be ready for pick up at 10:36pm It’s 11:30 and I’m still here at the restaurant waiting. The manager Dom does not even care. When I asked about my order once again Dom showing his lack of customer service saying maybe 20 mins. That’s not true. You have a server who keeps coming to the front and yelling, “I just don’t know, I don’t know” This is ridiculous how you do customers. This location completely lacks leadership and does not care to do so. They truly need to shut this location down until they can get someone to run it successfully. Which I don’t see any time soon. What makes matters even worst is they will bring out food for people that are not even here. Instead of even caring about the people who have been waiting for their food.
