Great service! The gentleman that helped me at the drive-thru was so nice and really made my day better with his kindness. My dog appreciated the compliments as well. My sandwich was perfect and I loved every bite :)

Wonderful food as normal form Schlotzshy's this particular locations had very good customer service. Visited with my disabled aunt and had one of the employees help her get paper towels and stuff when I went to the restroom. also has a nice outside seating area which was good for us because we were traveling with a little Yorkie.

The cleanest fast food restaurant I've been too. Very nice. Bathrooms were awesome also. The staff matched their environment, friendly, happy and on point.

What can I say, it's Schlotzsky's! Although the "atmosphere" is mediocre, the sandwiches are always exceptional. When I get a craving for a sandwich this is the ONLY place I go. And it has a Cinnabon inside to boot for the sweet tooth cure.

Our Family LOVES Schlotzskys! I grew up eating their awesome sandwiches and when we finally got one in McKinney I was so excited! Now my Boys love them and it's become a regular for us. Their food is always fresh, people always friendly and we always enjoy our meal. It's a lot more pricey than it used to be, drink up charges and such. But it's still better than Panera and we'd pick it over that hands down! 😊

Food is great!!! Staff is nice and environment is clean and stocked. Baught a salad and a meal for my son, half way through my salad i noticed the egg was a bit frozen. Wasn't a big deal but went to inform staff just incase someone else had an issue. They asked me if i wanted another or a refund. I didnt want either since it really wasn't a big deal and i was already almost done( i was extremely hungry). The manager came back and had comped my salad and was very apologetic about. Definately will be back in the future.

My daughter has celiac disease and this place can substitute gluten free buns on ALL their sandwiches. This is her new favorite restaurant. I had the an amazing sandwich here. It had avacado, bacon, pesto, and carved turkey. The best sandwich I've ever had!!

I had a pleasant experience at Schlotzsky's on Saturday, March 9th, 2024, at 2:55 PM. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I must say, the manager there is always very kind. They went out of their way to ensure everything was satisfactory. The food was enjoyable, served promptly, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I appreciate the positive experience and commend the management for their efforts in maintaining a friendly environment.

Want a Schlotzsky's sandwich? This is the place to go. It's very clean, buns are fresh and employees are friendly. We eat there frequently and they've never gotten our order wrong. Menu on Google maps has changed. They now have a strawberry salad with grilled chicken and it's yummy.

First time here and Arturo made sure it was a special one food was amazing and the service was even better! Strongly recommended for family and friends! Will definitely be coming back.

This location is the best! The staff is always super friendly, and the sandwiches are always hot and delicious. Anthony has helped me the last few times I’ve come in and he always makes me feel like an old friend. Visited this store tonight. It was about 25 min til close. The lady at the counter was seriously the sweetest. She was very knowledgeable about the menu & even help with special requests.. onions on the side on this amazing Mac & cheese! We also had the sliders! Tender & Juicy ;) Super clean & awesome staff. Sister at the counter had me. I love a employee who loves there job.

The sandwiches are always good and consistent. I noticed that all of the team members had exceptional teamwork abilities, I was spoken to and checked on by at least three of them randomly while dining even with a packed house. They have a great system and work with a good continuity to get your food out fast and fresh!

I was on my way home from working out and decided to stop at this location (Schlotzsky’s McKinney) for dinner. When I first entered the establishment, I was met with a warm greeting and a lovely smile from one of the Crew Members (Michelle). Michelle provided very good service and was attentive to my needs. She was very kind and friendly. She really made my day. The food was exceptional as well. I definitely recommend this restaurant/location. Michelle is awesome!

Amazing pizzas. I’m an Indian vegetarian and I love their veggie pizzas for $7.50. For any Telugu people reading my comment, the pizza is exactly like a Dibba roti with veggies and cheese on them. The base is porous and light to your stomach. Love the ambience in this place. Usually a Schlotzsky’s store looks dull and unwelcoming, but this place is amaaaaaazinggg!!!!!

My visit here was an enjoyable experience. The food was wonderful, but the visit was even better because Alexis, the manager on duty, was so helpful and such a professional. I enjoyed watching her serve customers with kindness, as well as multi-task by cashiering, helping in the kitchen, and serving food. Through it all, she had a smile on her face, kindness in her voice, and she set the tone of the atmosphere to make our dine-in visit a pleasant one. Additionally, the young lady cleaning the bathrooms was also kind and accommodating. She smiled when spoken to. This was the best dine in experience I've ever had at a fast food chain. These two ladies need a raise in pay.

We eat at this location at least twice a month and have found it to be consistently good. The staff has always been friendly. The dining area is always clean. It is never crowded, but that may be because we go after 7:00 on a Friday most of the time. If you're in the area, I would recommend stopping in to give it a try!

I love love love this location! Stopped in for a late lunch today and the girl at the counter very pleasantly greeted me when I walked in like a real person not fake at all. My sandwich came out super fast and it was hot and fresh and tasted great! I had a brief interaction with the manager and he was very friendly and when asked if they could make a gluten-free calzone he thought about it and advised he never thought about it because it was never requested, but said yes because it’s the same dough as the pizza. Something to look forward to trying next trip!

I LOVE Schlotsky's tomato basil soup and wanted a cheese pizza with it. Surprise! Wednesday is buy a pizza, get one FREE! So for $8.59, I got my cheese pizza and my husband could order any pizza for free. His chicken avocado pizza is AMAZING! This Schlotskys is super clean and the restrooms are clean! Yum! Had half chicken Caesar and half chicken avocado flat bread. Delicious! Seems like every time I go there, though, there is something wrong with the drink dispenser. Staff not very concerned with the problem.

Ok, I didn't go here for a sandwich. They are good but that wasn't my goal this trip. Instead I was hunting for the Mall Food Court Must Have. I needed a sugar fice and 1500 calories, plus extra icing. Cinabon. Say it with me Cinabon. One of the reasons American tip the bathroom scales into obesity, but a treat that you just have to have occasionally. They passed the warm box full of four rolls to me through the drive thru and I delivered them to the family. The evening was spent sitting at the table, each of us licking our fingers with slight moans of pleasure. Did we regret it later? Yes. But this is Cinabon, not a tube of rolled up dough from the grocery store with bad icing and questionable cinnamon. It was a junkfood cilinary experience with the later regret. Just go. Get a small one if you must. You deserve it

I'd give 4.5 starts if I could. I love getting the Original on medium with extra olives. They made it as ordered. But the bread was a bit over done and there was only 1 slice of each meat. I remember when there used to be 2 pieces of each. The cashier was very sweet. The inside was nice and clean.

What you'd expect from a usual Schlotzsky's; hot, filling food with a gentle atmosphere. The drive-thru is a nice, quick way to get a bite to eat if you don't want to wait inside. Further, they respect social distancing by wearing masks and gloves.

Love, love, love their bread! Sandwiches have always been one of my favorites! I have always ordered the Orginal and have never been disappointed.

This location is ALWAYS too cold. Its so cold that I have not ever been able to enjoy a meal eaten inside this restaurant. Temperature complaints aside, the food is always delicious. The restaurant itself is very well maintained, nice and clean.

I've been eating Schlotzskys for a long time. It really is a good sandwich. The bun they use nowadays is not all that. The bun used to be much thinner and much more flavorful but the current bun is just a dense hamburger bun. In fact, on a large sandwich, there is literally more bun than sandwich. They also used to toast the cheese onto the bun but the one today barely had cheese on it. The order to delivery time used to be several minutes but today it took less than 4 minutes to order in a drive-thru and get my food and drive off. This indicates a lot of short cuts to save time. I think the overall taste is similar to the original style minus the bun. This new bun is really not complementary to the sandwich, and it should be.

Good lunch deluxe sandwich w/chips and drink. Restaurant was clean and had good service.

Walking in was a warm and cozy atmosphere. We waited several minutes for someone to come out and take our orders. Several of us ordered the meal but did not receive the chips and did not think to ask for them. The tables are wiped regularly and there was a high volume of both people eating in and taking out. The sandwich was very good. We sat and talked quite a while and did not feel as though they were eyeing us to leave.

I stopped in for Cinnabon's but have concluded they're not my preferred dough. The gentleman was very friendly and helpful. A darling business space. Aside from this dish, I do enjoy their muffalettas periodically!

Ordered a beef bacon smokecheesey with jalapeno cheese bread. Got a sourdough bread and hardly any meat on the sandwich. Went in to get it fixed for the jalapeno cheese bread I ordered and still got sourdough bread. Disappointed that I ordered a large Mac and cheese to find out it's the tinniest Mac and cheese I've ever seen. The size I think a four year old childs Mac and cheese would be. $6 for this tiny thing was a sad mistake of an order. How can you call this a large? Whys it so hard to get what I ordered. 😑 You'd think a $10 sandwich would be correctly made and actually have any meat on it. Tastes good but portions/size and price is not there.

I came here a day before and got a pizza and tasted deliciou. Now i came a day after and order 12 cinnabon rolls and the lady/cashier who was serving them DID NOT WASH HER HANDS and WAS TOUCHING THE ROLLS AND LICKED HER FINGERS AND TOUCH THEM AGAIN WICH WAS GROSS. So i didnt purchased them. Eeewwwww

The drive thru was entirely too slow. It took 30 minutes to get through 3 cars. Once I finally got my order, it was wrong. They promptly got my missing sandwich, but once I got home, the first sandwich was wrong.

I go here for the Cinnabon. It's great if you don't like a whole lot of icing. But if you're like me you'll have to make it a point to ask for extra icing on your cinnamon roll because this location is very stingy.

Customer service at the drive through window was not the best. Forgot hot sauce in my bag, so I had to park and go in after driving in from out of town and going 30 minutes out of the way to grab lunch. Got home to a burnt sandwich. I live too far to just bring it back. A little disappointed. If you see that you burnt the sandwich, then just replace it and let the customer know. I would have rather waited for a good sandwich than to get home to a burnt sandwich. I ended up having to take off the meat and place on regular bread to eat it.

My first time here, I ordered a wrap and asked for no onion. I received onion in it, the tortilla was so dry and hard. Not to mention the girl at the drive thru window had hickeys all over her neck… at least try to cover them. Overall the food itself wasn’t the best, totally hurt my stomach the rest of the day.

I stopped by after I had a dental procedure. The staff looked overwhelmed and shorthanded with a busy store. I asked the gentleman when I ordered that I wanted the sandwich with just turkey and no pork products of any kind. He told me which number it was. To my disappointment, later on in the evening when I was ready to eat, I found out after I took a few bites that my sandwich had salami and something else that definitely wasn't turkey because it was distinct which might be ham if some sort Just very disappointed as this is very important to people who don't eat pork products for religious or health reasons. I don't know what would make it right at this point but I am writing this review in hopes it will bring the management's attention to a very important issue that no establishment can compromise on.

Will give 2 stars since the sandwich was very tasty. I was driving back home from an out of town trip. Decided on Schlotzsky’s because it is reliably good food. Ordered a couple of sandwiches and a drink. Asked if I can get extra meat on a sandwich, since it is an option, just on the side. We had our dog with us and it hadn’t eaten all day. This seemed confusing somehow, so I explained the situation and while sandwich meat is great for a dog it is fine for a treat, especially since the dog is starving. For some strange reason this was an outrageous request. I certainly couldn’t have extra meat for on of my sandwichs on the side. I absolutely had to pay for another sandwich. I think she was later suggesting after I got to the window I could get extra meat and pull it off myself. By this point I wasn’t happy and will never eat at this location again. If I was the owner I would immediately fire the drive-thru attendant. She has no business in a customer service position. On the bright side, the sandwiches were excellent. It just isn’t worth dealing with people who seem to be trying their hardest to make sure you never return.

It's horrible EVERYTIME we've been there .I ask for my sandwich cold so they heat it up , I want mayo so they leave it off,I ask for 3 bags of chips so they give me one ,I ask for cinnamon minis so they give me a big one .the people that work there are Incompetent my order is wrong whether I go in or go through drive thru..IF YOU TELL THE MANAGER YOU DIDNT GET SOMETHING HE JUST LOOKS AT YOU AND GOES BACK TO WAITING ON PEOPLE ..THAT MCKINNEY STORE NEEDS SOME SERVER RETRAINING......NEVER GOING BACK.

Used the drive through. My half sandwich was falling apart, sloppy and wasn't even wrapped in the paper. It was on the paper and open in the bag. I was pretty disappointed. This chain has always been my go to, but this location could care less.

I enjoy having lunch but today I ordered soup thinking it would come with crackers but it did not do. I asked the lady that brought my soup to me she said she could bring me some crackers but they might not be very fresh but I could try them of course I said no thanks and then she said how about croutons and again I said no thanks. I think you might consider having crackers with your soup orders.🙁

Extremely disappointed from yesterday service. Went thru drive thru close to 2:30...busy..ordered... slow..paid... got order but did not sit there and check it and went home....incomplete order.....missing two orders of soup and did not find receipt. Frustrating to drive all the way there and back home and had company waiting! Pretty sure I paid for missing soup. which I had ordered. Not sure I will go back without double-checking order!

Worst Schlotzsky's I have ever experienced. Bun was not fresh at all. It tasted like day old or so. Ordered Deluxe original to get more meat. If that was deluxe, I would hate to see regular! Tables had NOT been cleaned. We finally found one. Should not have eaten here. One thing for sure, I never will again. I do not recommend this eatery.

Terrible. Waited 38 minutes in store for 3 sandwiches and the order wasn't even correct. They weren't busy just forgot about our order and everytime I asked I was assured the order would be out in just a minute. Bread was totally stale and sandwiches weren't even wrapped shut. I'm not sure it's even possible for them to care less.

Late night service is horrible. Went an hour before closing to pick up 2 to go orders and both were absolutely wrong. Returned for replacements and they were horribly quality and one didn't have any condiments. Went back through the line to get that and just asked for a refund. Service was just horrible and so were the sandwiches. I know to never go late at night. I figured they were rushing and didn't want to remake anything because they were about to close. Service was just slow and horrible. Disappointing.

I would give 0 stars if possible. On March 20 around 3:30 pm, my friend and I went in for a sandwich. Upon arrival at the counter, we found no one to take our order. We looked into the kitchen area to get their attention and what we observed was quite concerning. A female employee preparing sandwiches without gloves was putting her bare hand into the large containers which contained grated cheese. She paused for a second to scratch her head and put her hand back into the cheese. A few seconds later the manager on duty came out from the kitchen area and saw us standing there. Appalled by the unsanitary behavior we had just observed, we proceeded to speak to him about it. He said she should be wearing gloves and he would speak to her. I asked for the contact information of the franchise owner and he said he would get me the information for the district manager but never provided it. We refused to order and left the store. This was a very disappointing experience and I will not return to this location.

After several times going through the drive thru and not receiving the gluten-free bread that I requested, I decided to get it a try again. I asked twice and once when I was done with my entire order for the gluten-free free bread. I did not receive the correct bread again! I really don't understand what is so difficult about getting a gluten-free bun. I am done.

Had to repeat my order three times, it’s like the lady wasn’t even listening to me. When I got to the front I was brought out the complete wrong order, completely different from my receipt. Took it back and got another order, WRONG AGAIN! I just took it at that point, been sitting for 30min. Wasn’t offered a refund or coupon or anything. If you want your order correct don’t go here.

Never really had an issue with this location, but walking in to the restaurant with 1 customer eating and a worker eating as well (not busy). I had stood at the cashier waiting for someone to ask how they could help for 10 minutes. Other staff members saw me, but never said a word. I ended up walking out and taking my business elsewhere. It’s safe to say it will be a while before I try taking my business back to your store.

I just got home from schlotzsky's off 75 and 380 ordered two medium originals. It was like 17.00 bucks and I got home to find out that I came home with 2 small sandwiches. I know I probably should have checked the bag but, I shouldn't have to. It was a big disappointment when I got home and I don't know why I keep going back, I guess I always hope for the better, but this is like the third screw up in the last 5 trips. it's not like it's just down the street we got our way to get there.

The first few times the food was good but after ordering two turkey originals late one night the bread was so hard it had a whitish look to it. The bread was dry and crumbly, the outer edge was so hard you had to take it off. There was very little meat inside the sandwhich so after taking off the hard parts there was only about two bites remaining. I called the next day because they were closed by the time we returned home, the manager was gracious and offered us a free meal. This time the sandwhich tasted like what we had become accustomed to at the Allen store. A few weeks later, same thing, dry whitish crumbly hard bread with what seem to be what ever meat was left over before closing. I called the manager again and she was equally gracious, offering another fee meal. When we returned home with the order I was surprised to find the exact same hard and crumbly inedible bread, this time during the lunch hour. I thought, this must be a joke! Never again will I waist my time and money here, we will continue to drive to the Allen location. There is something very wrong when the food is inedible and has to be thrown out.

Terrible service today at drive thru. They were busy BUT to disrespect a customer is just not right. The kid at the window had to bring my food to me, threw my sack in my car wrong order by the way, and when I asked where was the customer service he said to me, no comprehend. I am certainly NOT Mexican. Then when I called to complain they hung up while I was waiting for a manager then would not answer the phone when I called back 3 times.. guess it's time to call corporate.

I have ordered Uber Eats from this place, and since you cant leave a restaurant review on Uber Eats, they screw you over. The amount of meat for a Giant sandwich is HALF what it is if you go into the store. I know this because I tested my theory before I gave them 1 star. I figured the first time was an accident, but twice in a row is by design. You All need to stop cheating your customers!! I won't order from here again; there are too many honest restaurants.

Every single time I come TRY to get lunch here it is always some sort of production..... The staff can't hear you, staff messed up the order, doesn't have soda available. It's ALWAYS something.... And it's not a cheap mistake either... I'm not sure why I keep trying... In hopes they might get their stuff together.

First I just want to say, this is one of my favorite places to get a bite when I can’t decide. So you would imagine my disappointment. When we pulled up to the drive - thru, we asked for one minute please. We didn’t think anything of the tone of the employees voice at first, until we asked what chip options there were. The employee proceeded to say they are on the menu. No Schlotzsky’s I have been to has refused to give guidance on help with the menu. So this was disappointing. We get our food and when we get home we were more disappointed by the difference in the portion size. Our sandwich’s were more bread than an actual delicious sandwich from Schlotzsky’s that I know. Overall, I love this restaurant but this experience was very disappointing.

Very rude customer service. It was my first time there. I walked in and no one was at the counter. I stood there and the employee came from the back, saw me standing there, we made eye contact and she disappeared back into the back. No “hello, I will be right with you? nothing!” Won’t be spending my money here.
